I highly recommend using Modern Auto Body if you need a repair. From the moment my vehicle was towed there they were wonderful. Constant and clear communication, reasonable rates, and great customer service. They kept in touch with me, finished my vehicle earlier than expected, and did a wonderful job! Also, they have the cutest and sweetest dog in the lobby. I hope nothing else ever happens to my vehicle, but if it does, its great to know that there is such a great place to take it to if I need it!

I sent my son in to get my door looked as it was leaking air and i work full time hard to get in during thete hours as we live out of tow. They were very easy to talk to on phone to work with make an appointment.. then got in taken care in and out the door in 5 minutes. I 10/10 recommended this place!!!

Ive always taken my vehicles to Modern. They always provide me with a loaner vehicle and do excellent work. I have my insurance with Farmers, which Modern Auto Body is affiliated with, so the estimate and claim is all taken care of for me. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I am not a paid spokesperson lol!

My experience with Modern Auto Body in Grand Forks was excellent in every aspect. The repair was perfect and the price was very fair. I received a very understandable explanation of the needed repair and the estimate. My final price was exactly as quoted even though they had to do a little extra work. Finally, their communication with me was terrific before and during the repair. If I ever need body work again, ill go straight to Modern Auto Body.

The go to place for body work! I have never been so satisfied when it comes to having my vehicle worked on, and I can say it all has to do with how friendly and informed the employees are at Modern Auto Body. Went in looking for an estimate came out with a buffed out scuff that was completed beyond my expectations. Have had work done by Scott and his people for years. Excellent service and now a beautiful building to go with it.

Left our vehicle there for the week to be worked on. Dropped it off Monday, no call by Friday. Monday morning we call, goes to voicemail, leave a message. No return call. Call again later and ask if the car is finished? Yes. What a shitshow. Dont return calls, didnt have the common decency to call and say youre car is finished, so sorry we didnt reach out to you sooner. What a joke.
