Great place to bring your car for auto body work!Hit a deer and brought my car here and was not disappointed, they were able to fix over $10000 worth of damage in a timely manner and It also looks and drives like new again. Very friendly customer service stayed open late to allow me to pick up my car before leaving for Christmas vacation.Definitely would highly recommend for anyone in need of a repair shop!
Absolutely wonderful experience at forks finest auto body, they were very professional and took care of us through the process, I recommend forks finest auto body if you need repairs on your vehicle... we also love there touchless drive thru / and the do it yourself wash bays, BEST IN GRAND FORKS .
They were amazing. Got the parts I needed and kept in touch with me throughout everything and always so polite. Even cleaned the inside of my car and a car wash too! Even sent cookies to my door! Super thankful they did want they did I was super stressed and they made it easier for me. Will go back if I need anything from them!
This business will work on just about anything and with great results!!! I have had multiple boats and trucks worked on by them and they always stand behind their work and give me a great finished product.Would recommend 150%!
Went here to get my front bumper replaced. They took almost one week to complete this job, and then i ended up taking my vehicle back a week later because the new bumper was not installed properly and the paint was chipped. They acknowledged this and did fix it, however as i was looking at my new bumper more closely this weekend i noticed that one side of the bumper was loose on the drivers side, i opened the hood and noticed that they didn’t even replace one of the SCREWS that holds the bumper in place. I always try to support small businesses however this would not have happened if i had just taken my car to a larger shop like Rydells. Working with forks finest has been nothing but a headache, avoid this shop.
They were honest and upfront about what needed to be done. They finished the job in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process.
I will never support Forks Finest Car Wash or Auto Body after the experience Ive had this last weekend. The auto-Touchless car wash ended up touching our vehicle. Funny right? We werent even mad at first. We frequented the place regularly with our 5 plus vehicles. This was the first time it happened, and we were simply confused. So, we did what any other patron of the auto wash would do and took some pictures of it hitting our car, and called the shop owners. They couldnt meet with us until Monday. Fair enough, no big deal. Come Monday, the boyfriend takes it into the auto shop, meets the owner, and asks if he has video footage of it hitting the car. The owner tells him to follow him and ignores any subsequent questions. When they get to the wash, the owner hits the pads on the washer arms, says they are soft and padded, and then says that there is no way they could have damaged our car. But wait, theres more! After essentially calling us liars, he never once apologized. He never offered a refund; he didnt even offer a free wash UNTIL WE BROUGHT UP HOW SHOCKED WE WERE ABOUT HIS ATTITUDE.You know, its one thing to respond defensively if a customer is bashing your work ethic, or if they approach you with a bad attitude themselves. But if it were ME in the business owners shoes, I would have used this opportunity to show the customer how great Forks Finest truly is. Id apologize graciously for my machines failure. I would then offer to make it up to the customer by giving them a refund and a few free washes. If they still seemed unhappy, I would ask that they still have faith in me, and not to let my machines failure change their opinion of me. Hows about I wash and buff out some of those small scratches on your car? I would say to the customer, with my business image in mind. THAT would be true customer service. THAT would be going above and beyond.BUT SADLY, what happened was the exact opposite of good customer service, or even good human to human relations. The owner decided to enter the conversation ALREADY assuming before even meeting the customer that the customer is wrong and that he is right, end of story. His arrogance and downright depressingly stubborn attitude lead him to completely ignore the honest and respectful questions from the customer and instead tell the customer in a round about way that the customer is a liar. The owner never ONCE apologized. And he didnt even offer a refund or anything UNTIL after yelling at the customer. The owner then finally calms down, realizes he isnt being attacked, and then asks the customer what do you want.THIS IS NOT OKAY. You do not treat your customers like idiots before you meet them. That is how you get bad reviews. You do not begin a conversation by telling someone they are lying to you, that is how you start an unnessecary fight.I love local businesses. But I hate people with poor social skills, and a lack of overall empathy.
This is the worst customer service ever!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They do cheap work and the lady who runs the place (Dawn) is so so rude! Go somewhere else!
Real good people that run it
They ordered the part on a Thursday, had it there by Monday. By the end of the day on Monday I had my car returned and fixed!
Worst one in town.
