Only been here once, but so far impressed and very happy with them. Service advisor was easy to deal with and helped get me in when I needed service done. Technician was easy to talk to and had good recommendations and advice without being pushy, definitely felt like he was trying to do what was best for me and my truck.

Trustworthy and fair priced service for my vehicles!

Brought my car here for a flat repair. Was good service at a good price. But they backed my car into another customers car and never said a word about it to me. Im just peeved theat they didnt say hey, we accidentally bumped your car into another car, sorry. Just pretend it didnt happen.. I cant say I would trust a business like that to do any more work on my vehicles. Really sucks cause this place is just down the road from me, and I thought they were better than that.

Always a pleasure when I go. Lisa is always pleasant to speak to and Jimmy always says hello. My mustang comes out maybe once a year to get its Inspection! And some fresh gas!

Jimmy and his guys always do an excellent job. The focus at this shop is on quality and once you bring your vehicle here you wont regret it. From a simple inspection to the most complex automotive repair, I would trust this shop with anything.

Wonderful service and great work on my vehicles

Called the service dep and spoke with a man. He gave me an estimate to replace 8 spark plugs and 8 coils. He said it would cost approximately $420 and worst case scenario $540 if all plugs are broken. I made an appt. Brought my truck in to have the 8 coils and 8 spark plugs replaced. I dropped the truck off @815am. At 10:05 they called me and we talked about the repair. I hung up and realized they did not state anything about the coils. So I called back by 10:10 and spoke with a woman at length letting her know that the truck was there to have all plugs and coils done for up to $540, not $420 for just spark plugs. The mechanic finally called me at 10:45 and said the job was done, and the woman had just given him the message. He told me the $420 was for the spark plugs only and the man that provided the original quote didnt notate in the computer it was for 8 spark plugs and 8 coils. The man who gave the over the phone quote and made the appointment was on vacation.

Did not have service in some places. Grrrr! And also on major hwys!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I was referred by a friend to this shop. My vehicle had been to numerous shops and still had a intermittent skip. Jimmy and his staff had my vehicle for half a day and already had it fixed. My vehicle had been to at least 5 shops and they all had my vehicle for 3 days each, with no repair. Thank you TSD Graham
