They would not answer the phone tried several times

I’m new to the area and was looking for a place to get oil changes for my cars while praying that I don’t go to a place that will find thousands of dollars worth of work that needs to be done! EONS Auto Care Center definitely didn’t do this! I was in and out in a timely manner and they provided great customer service with advice on how to care for your car during the summer. Thank you all so much and I’ll definitely will be returning! I don’t have to travel 30 minutes anymore for car service.....

I called and spoke to Steve who I was later told was the owner. I explained the problem, needed new rotors and brake pads. I had purchased my own parts and just needed someone to install them. I normally replace my own brakes but cant now due to a back injury. Steve quoted me a price of $150 and stated the work could be done the next day.I took the car by there the next day and dropped it it off. I later received a call from one of the techs wanting to confirm what work I wanted done on the car. He then ask what amount I had been quoted, When I told him he said thats not correct it would be $300 not $150 as I had been told. He then tried to cut a side deal with me where they would fix the car at the shop but asked me to pay cash directly to the mechanic. I said no and told him I was coming to get the car. When I got there I asked for Steve and was told he wasnt there. When I asked them to call Steve the tech quickly said He wont answer.I dont know how things run when Steve is there but its definitely not professional when he is not. If Steves employees are undercutting him like this he wont be in business long.Ive had my cars serviced at this location when it was Henrys Tire and never had an issue. I sure do miss Henry, he was a good and honest man.

Even though I went in with a car problem, I left feeling grateful.I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist.The mechanic went out of his to make sure I understood the situation, and what needed to be done to make the repair in the most efficient and cost effective way.Honest, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Eons in Graham, NC!

I took my vehicle to Eons for a front brake job and was very pleased with the work done. It was a pleasure working with Eons for several reasons: 1.) They have great customer service, 2.) They do quality work, 3.) They have reasonable prices, 4.) They are very diligent about providing a quote (before doing the work), and then sticking to their quote if at all possible, 5.) They have a free shuttle, 6.) They have a great website. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there again.

Wonderful home town car repair near downtown Graham, NC.When my car broke down in the middle of the road, at least 8 different cars of folks asked if I needed help. I asked where to get my car fixed and was told “Enos will do you right!”They did. I am grateful. Thank you so much!

Great people, great staff. Ask for Keri she understand your situation and she will work with you ..a people person real friendly. Keri isn the ambassador for the company to me. Ive only met her and her representation goes FAR. Also i just read another review claiming they have a free shuttle. My kind of place

If youre looking for solid auto care, these are the people you want to work with. Ive been to a number of different places in the area and many of them tried selling me things I dont need. EONS Auto gives it to ya straight and lets you know the true condition of your vehicle. Great down to earth hard-working people.

I have only been here once, but i will definitely return for my future car needs! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and fast with their work. Their prices are also fair. Bonus, they have a choco lab who loves to play also!

I walked in at 4:27 and was told I would not be able to get an oil change because they closed at 5. Take your business to a take 5 or grease monkey if you want service.

Courteous and friendly staff. Knowledgeable, professional technicians. They go beyond obvious auto problems to discern critical causes, giving me, as a consumer, options. Reasonable prices.

Overall great experience. They took care of me in a timely fashion. Very professional and very friendly. Would reccomend to anyone. They wont steer you in the wrong direction. Only place I will go from now on for my car issues. Plus their partnership with the Alamance Animal Shelter is a huge bonus.

Obviously dont know what they are doing way over priced and crappie work wouldnt recommend to anyone. Actually I would warn every one to avoid like the plague. Tried to sell my 87 year old grandmother rear brake pads plus labor for $313.
