Ok so my heated seats went out on my 2011 Edge. I took it to a local mechanic and they said the element(s) is / are bad so they cant fix. I took it to County with the hopes of rectifying this, $1800 estimate turned me away esp. for an older vehicle. This is why I dont like going to Ford for anything. Everything is costly. I give the front staff 5 stars and the service area -2 stars which equals 3. Sorry but this is why we either try it ourselves or take it local to save money. It had been years since I had been to any Ford dealership and dont miss it. And actually I don;t even see on my ticket where Ford did anything to test the elements. They only had what I said when I came in the door. $100 for nothing. Sorry for the rant but all I can say is go local versus corporate.

We were car buyers. We came in from pilot mountain area because they had a rare car in inventory that we were interested in and ended up going home with it. They did fantastic through the trading buying and financing interactions. My only negative was I specifically asked for the car to get washed because there was pollen collected on the car. They did wash it, but nothing more than a quick rinse. I wish you guys couldve given it more attention.Overall I had a really great experience here, and would recommend them again.

Recently had work done in their service department. Bentley worked hard to research our previous warranty info and saved us a great deal of money which allowed other repairs to be easily met. Work was done efficiently and fairly priced! Communication was stellar! Bentley kept in contact with two people in our family and when phone lines gave problems, continued communication thru email. I went in to purchase a reliable car for my daughter that had graduated from college and was moving to Atlanta to begin her career. My salesperson Sal was very knowledgeable about the automobile and patient with me as I went back and forth deciding what I wanted. He was such a great salesman that I ended purchasing two cars that day, one for my daughter and an upgrade for me. The bonus was that my payments will be less than what I was originally paying.

Don’t be fooled by there new F-150s there charging another $1500 on there msrp on top of there market adjustment which is 1500 again. They just take off $1000 for the retail bonus cash, making it still $2000 over the mrsp.

5 stars is not enough. I was blown away with the service I received from the service department. First, Kristan was very helpful getting me set up with an appointment and truly listening to my concern about my truck. Robbie took the baton from there and delivered a perfect client experience. He kept me informed throughout the process. You would have thought it was a surgery for a family member as he was giving me updates throughout the procedure. Everyone here is very friendly and is more than happy to help you. I ordered my vehicle through Nathan, but unfortunately the day I went to get it & have him explain all the features & how they work, he fell ill. But it was no issue for this dealership as Liz took over for him spending 5 hours with my wife and I making sure I was completely satisfied covering as much as possible on our new vehicle. As we left she went as far as to give us her cell number and said we could call her with any other questions we might have as the days go by in our new vehicle. Ford has gone crazy with all the tech they are putting into their vehicles and therefore all the more they can do for you compared to just 5 years ago. But you can get this vehicle from any Ford dealer, what you wont get is how this dealership treats you as a close friend when purchasing a vehicle from their dealership.

Unfortunately, I do not give this service center a great review. I purchased the vehicle at County Ford so it came with 3 years of free oil changes so I went in to have my oil changed. The car has less than 35k miles on it and is in new condition. During the free oil change the service tech recommended that I “flush the lines” which cost $200. When I asked what is it for she couldn’t even tell me. She responded “You know—I mean flushing the lines — gets the rust and stuff out”. I’ve owned a vehicle for over 19yrs and never once have I ever had it recommended to me “flush my lines”. Unfortunately, even though I have 3yrs of free oil changes I would rather pay to take my car somewhere where I trust the people doing the work without recommending bogus things to me.

Nate was our rep and he was nice. The experience was typical of what you would expect at a dealership. They didn’t pressure too much and they provided the info I needed to make a decision.

Had an issue where my studs and lug nuts broke for my wheel hub assembly on my 14 Ford Explorer. Had to get it towed to County Ford and Robbie in the Service Department called me the next business morning. Robbie then said he would get me in asap, get me fixed up and ready to get back on the road. Through the whole process he kept me informed and even did the recall I asked him to do at the same time. All I can say is Thank You for the good work and keep up the good work guys! Will come back here again for service work again for sure!

However, after I stated my dissatisfaction, the misunderstanding was rectified and I am waiting for a refund check they have promised me. My grandpa and dad both are have background in the dealership world so when i told the manger the price was too high he simply said “we have the best prices”. They clearly aren’t looking to sell cars if they are willing to negotiate. Clearly you DON’T have the best prices because I’m getting a newer and higher trim level car for LESS than your pricing. And that’s because all these other dealerships were getting back to me negotiating with lower prices.Come here if you want to be ripped off and treated poorly.

Had to get a Used Car inspection done to purchase a warranty, every dealer within 50 miles was booked 3-4 weeks out. Called and spoke with Bentley who said they would gladly work me in. Worse buying experience ever Chris Johnston. Now I want to say Steve okayed every thing that’s gone wrong for the shop to fix and I appreciate it. I traded my 2020 Ford Escape in for a 2020 Toyota Corolla. The Corolla had 48,000 and I was told it was a lease and I was trying to get in something more economical. On the first day I drove it out I on the hwy the bumper on the front left came loose and started flapping. I started worrying! Now I read the car fax and it was clear. I took the car immediately back up to County Ford and they said the clips had came loose. When they finished fixing it it didn’t go back evenly but Chris said that was the best they could do. So the next time I took the car out the passenger window wouldn’t roll down and there was no arguing they just fixed it. While they had it an alarm kept going off so they checked that out. Keep in mind this is a 2020 car and I now worry every time I get into it. I find out that Chris told that I had run the car up o a curb or something but that’s not true (and he knows it) Not that it mattered I guess because the car was fixed, but I don’t take kindly to untruths. So I have mixed feelings about the dealership and sales. Service was outstanding, and closing of the loan was easy. So I’ve pointed out the good and bad I’ll let you judge for yourself. As far as my business I’ll use the shop, but I’ll never buy another vehicle here.

Purchased a used Ram 1500 from this dealership back in Dec 2020. Fast forward to the end of April 2021, my truck was hit and declared a total loss by insurance company. For over 3 weeks Ive attempted to reach Johan to cancel the GAP insurance and EasyCare extended warranty. Was finally passed off to Vinny, who emailed me the cancellation form but has not responded back via email or phone regarding the status. Ive had little to no contact other than speaking to a secretary everyday saying theyre busy and would call me back. Wont even look at another vehicle on their site let alone in person. Piss poor communication...

This is for service dept, for a recall.The recall was for door latches, I made my appointment and dropped off my car first thing, 8:15am. Supposed to be 1/2 day fix. I finally called them at 1:30/2pm, was told theyd check on my car and get back to me. 45min later I got a callback telling me they didnt have the parts in to do the recall. Its been an issue apparently. So. Ok. Fine. Went and picked up my car, was told Id get a call when parts were in. Got the call next day, parts were in. Scheduled my drop off following week. Dropped it off 8:15am wasnt ready until 5:30 or so. Issue with serial number on replacement part, need to talk to their mngr in the morning. Got the all clear call next day. Picked it up. Alls well. Loading some groceries, found a trim piece laying in the back seat. Im handy and it wasnt hard to put on, but I shouldnt have had to do that.The rep at the desk did their best, they really did (Micah), but its just a dealer service center. It happens. Its why I dont take my cars to a dealer service department.Im not unhappy, or mad, just not surprised.

Came to get my oil changed that when good but there was a part on my passenger side lower siding that was coming off the service Bay couldnt fix it but I went over two qcs with Haro and a man named Martin help me fix deciding on the car I really appreciate that he saved me a lot of money will be coming back for more service with them in the future

I am leaving for spring break to go out of town with my children and took my car to county Ford for an oil change and I dealt with Mr Fulp who was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and I feel he is an asset to the County Ford Team.

Very nice people and a good vehicle purchasing experience over all. My only complaint was I asked for a small bottle of touch up paint so I could touch up a couple spots on the used vehicle I was buying. They told me I could buy one from the parts dept. for $20. Not a big deal, but I would think a customer paying cash for a vehicle with little to no hassle could be given an ounce of touch up paint. Otherwise, as I mentioned above, they were great.

I was billed for services that I did not request and when calling to inquire as to why, BENTLEY CECIL from the service department was VERY RUDE, SMUG, SARCASTIC AND INCONSIDERATE AND ALSO HUNG UP ON ME. He was also confrontational when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Ritchie James the service manager did make it right for me and assured me hed use this circumstance as a coaching opportunity for Bentley, however I will NEVER be returning to this company or spending another dime with them due to Mr. Cecils lack of professionalism and rude behavior. MY ADVICE TO THE READER... save yourself the trouble and money... Shop elsewhere

We found exactly what we were looking for at County Ford with the right price and car mileage. Purchase went smoothly had no issues with that like the car but my biggest issue they did not give us two keys they give me one key to this car which is b******* and the key they give me is broke I asked for two keys didnt get two keys I was told that I would have to purchase the extra key why should I have to do that youre selling the car you should have two keys with every car on this lot irregardless when I give them my car they got two keys I think its senseless to sell a car without two keys

I was approve with 0% financing!! Once we completed my purchased my sales associated walked me through Ford Pass, set up my Bluetooth, and XM Radio. She was amazing. I had one of the worst experiences working with the Finance Manager Vinny Ritorto. For over a month, I tried contacting him about cancelling my extended warranty because he did not provide me with the warranty we discussed when closing the deal. He confirmed that he made the mistake and that he would refund the full warranty amount given it was not what was agreed upon. I just received the refund and it was prorated as of last week, which means I incurred over a month of interest and service fees for a period that I didnt want the coverage. Very disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend to new customers given how they treat their current customers.

I was delighted to find that a beautiful, young Hispanic lady, Dulce Cuevas, was to assist me in showing me the car and explaining all the features and then accompanying me on my test drive. Miss Cuevas was very professional, definitely knew her product, and was most gracious. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past dealing with male salespeople who can turn pretty sour on you. What a refreshing change dealing with Miss Cuevas.
