Over a year ago I Purchased my truck at a different dealership but the services at the other dealer was horrible. I decided to try Yates as the dealer to service my truck and I am definitely happy I did. Since day 1 my service advisor Ashley has been my go to she’s been super professional always on top of everything, always willing to help, always keeps me in the loop of what’s going on with my truck. she makes the process go by seamlessly definitely appreciate having her as my service advisor. The initial service went without a hitch (Within the time limits stated). Have owned multiple new GMC vehicles and at all other dealer service locations they put my car through the car wash. I dont know if you offer this or not but if you do mine was not washed, maybe to save waiting time as I had the oil changed and initial service done in just over an hour.

Shout out to this awesome duo Oscar in sales and Pedro in finance. From the moment we called looking for the truck we wanted Oscar was honest on what they had in inventory and didnt try luring us down there to buy something we didnt want. He worked on getting us the best deal for the truck we wanted to buy and on the truck we were trading in. Once we were handed off to Pedro in finance he hooked us up with coupons that still kept us in our price range while providing great warranty coverage. These guys were so down to earth and worked so well together that they convinced my husband to want to get a corvette they also had there. Thank god I was there or wed be looking at 2 car loans lol 😆.

My husband had his vehicle in for service, so I decided to look around their car lot as my car was on its last legs. I was a friend of Mike Yates, I know the family, and they are wonderful. Mike the supervisor in service though... he stands above everyone else that works there. He is so exceptional. To be honest, we have only had great service. We had good sales people too. The waiting area is clean and the snacks are much better than nasty grocery donuts at most other places, which I have to say, when waiting for a while it really nice to have some healthy options. You cannot go wrong with Yates, in any way that we have found, and we have bought 3 cars there. We get serviced there even thought its 45 minutes away. That should speak for itself. Besides all that if you are lucky enough to know the family... well then you are blessed!

I went to a few dealership before visiting Yates and the vibe there was more family oriented. Oscar was extremely helpful on showing us their inventory and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We were able to test drive a few vehicles to make sure we were making the right decision on purchasing a vehicle. At the end of the day we did not find what we were looking for and Oscar informed us he would keep an eye out for what we were looking. Two days later he gave us a call and told us he had a vehicle that matched our description that was fresh off the delivery truck. We test drive the vehicle as a family to solidify this was the vehicle we wanted. Sure enough it was what we were looking for. The paperwork and signing was about average wait time. Oscar helped us set up On-Star and did one final walk through with us. They washed our truck, filled our tank and told us they were a phone call a way if we were to have any questions. Gave us one final Congratulations as we drove off the lot! We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the Yates family for being patient with us.

Katelyn made my car buying experience at Yates as painless as possible and I highly recommend her as well as this dealership! She answered all of my questions honestly, pointing out several annoying details of the car I was looking at as well as the many benefits, without pushing me towards buying anything. She was very easy to talk to and helped compare the Encore GX to my current Honda, adding in information that I had not specifically asked for as well! I am fairly awful at directions, and during the test drive almost took a wrong turn several times. But the driving environment was very calm, and she easily corrected me without anything close to anger or panic! I was pleasantly surprised by the entire dealership when they directed all questions and conversation only to me and not towards my boyfriend who I had brought along, which unfortunately has not been my experience at other dealerships who tried to add in my guests to the decision making process. The pricing and financing was fair and prompt, I was even given an add-on warranty free of charge! Overall I cannot recommend this dealership or Katelyn enough, and I love my new Encore GX as well!

Terrible service! Had a great experience with the sales staff however, my vehicle broke down three months later. Called my roadside assistance to tow it to Yates. Called Yates and spoke with Titus. He was very charismatic and said all the right things. Well take care of you... treat you like family.. He even created an appointment for me for the next morning. However, when I showed up he was behind on writing up vehicles. Keep in mind that my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 a.m. and I showed up around 12:30 p.m. As soon as he told me he wouldnt be able to look at it he told me that I should call the Dodge dealership. Get it towed there and they would take care of it. Thats what I would do he said. Well he couldnt even do that. I asked him to look at whats wrong and if he needed to get Dodge involved for him to feel free. I then received a voice mail at 7:30 p.m. apologizing that he still didnt get to it. He did however provide me with road side assistance to set up a tow and to tell me to call the local Dodge dealer. I just want to personally thank you for passing the buck and providing poor customer service! Terrible experience even when I was assured by the sales staff and Beannyth & Pedro this place was first class. Looking forward to taking our business else where since this is what they would probably suggest.

The service advisor we were assigned to gave us the run arounds on the day of our scheduled visit to have a key fob replaced. It never got done after sending us to a different dealership to get the key cut. Also routine safety check was not conducted. In addition, two phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. One was not returned at all.

Always courteous, professional. We do still have a rattle under the motor, sounds like a loose pan. Hasnt been taken care of for several visits. (the visits were not mainly the rattle the reason we brought it in. You can see that we have purchased 2 vehicles and all service, work has been done by you.

I’ve been to several dealerships looking for exactly what I wanted - wasn’t really sure what I wanted. Couldn’t believe the push from several dealers - ended our day at Yates without any plans to really buy. Sean Nagler was wonderful - aside from being a military veteran ( we are military) he was so chill and not pushy. Answered our questions, made it so not stressful. Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Service was very good, and personnel recognized that I had a maintenance warranty and applied it, so the services cost me nothing. It did take longer than anticipated, but it was a busy day. Overall, I was happy with everything.

I needed to have my 2008 Suburban looked at for a strange noise. I drove it to Yates on Wednesday October 6th with the intent of leaving it. I was turned away and told I needed to make an appointment because they were busy. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM the following day and drove it back. I had it there at 8:00 AM on Thursday October 7th . The service rep told me they probably wouldnt get to it until maybe Friday. I am still trying to figure that one out. Why are you telling people to make appointments and then letting the vehicles sit for days before you work on them? whats the point of making an appointment? they finally looked at it and I paid $246 for diagnostics that said I need a rear differential cover gasket that costs $40 online and they would replace it for over $400 and an oil change that was just done three weeks ago. I have been a return customer at Yates. I paid them $10,000 to put a new engine in my Suburban and purchased a Tahoe from them last year. This last experience made me feel like a number. Doubt if I will be going back in the future.

I’m tired of dealing with this dealership. Totally unorganized dealership. They will send you from person to person because no one is willing to take the initiative to help. I’ve been trying to get stuff taken care of with them since March 2021 and cannot get a call back. I went up there to get my oil changed and speak to someone in person for the second time now and the people I need to speak to “won’t be in until noon”. I was promised calls back and never received anything. I would never recommend this dealership to a family member. They also don’t clean your car when you get service. LIBERTY GMC IS WAY BETTER

Ive taken my car here a few times and have always had decent experiences but most recently had the best customer service experience with Jeremy. He is polite and seemed to really care about my needs. He also explained the services that I needed very well (which has never happened). I hope the next time I bring my car here I will get to work with Jeremy again! I would have given a 5 star review but in our case within 24 hours of driving from the lot we had a problem leaving us without our newly purchased vehicle for almost an entire month. Service took a long time to give an estimate of damages/repair cost and finally when we got the vehicle the interior was not in clean condition. The staff treated us with exceptional professionalism otherwise. Kudos to our sales person Beannyth for her continued support through the entire process. Finally in love with our new vehicle. We will recommend and consider a new purchase from Yates Buick/GMC.

Took 2 of my vehicles. The 1st vehicle I took in was a new model Traverse for oil change. When done they told the vehicle outside. And it wasn’t! They had sent my vehicle to a different location. At first the service rep acted like I didn’t know what my own vehicle look like. I wasted 40min for them to locate my vehicle. The 2nd I took in a 2014 regal for a A/C check up. They diagnosed the vehicle and said it was the compressor, paid a little over $1200 for parts and labor. Took the car home and 2 days later no A/C . Took back to the dealer and you guys checked again and said it was the condenser. But did not want to fix after they had fixed and replaced a compressor that didn’t need to be changed. I still don’t have A/C. I’ve thought about taking this to my local new station..

Returned due to lost lugnut on passenger driver side tire from previous week oil service.It took 45 minutes to an hour to replace and confirm torque on other nuts.Oil unexplainably got changed again.Makes a customer concerned about what actually is being done to vehicle.I had to confirm torque and oil level personally after visit.

My husband and I decided to purchase a new SUV for our family. After much deliberation we settled on the GMC Acadia. I reached out and made contact with Roy. We discussed everything upfront from what we were looking for to finances. He even took a personal video of the SUV as we live 30min away from the dealership. When we arrived he was ready to do our appraisal on the trade-in and had the vehicle pulled up and ready for a test drive. We completed the credit application, discussed bringing the cashiers check for our down payment in a few days later, and were set to go! Very efficient and friendly. Next was Brandon (?) in finance.
