Out of all of the other Pep Boys locations this one hands-down has the best customer service. set an appointment on Sunday, ordered my tires, took advantage of the buy three get one free plus free installation saved over $400.00 got there at 9 AM sharp, Ignacio the service manager had my tires ready to go. Buddy took his truck to this place. Manager said they had some prior appointments but will be able to get to it in a timely manner. So at 8 YES 8 hours later buddy calls to check since he hasnt herd anything about his truck and they havent even started on it yet and would be another hour plus . Do not recommend this place I have never taken my truck there and never will.

Every time I visit this location of Thursdays or Fridays the manager at night is always horrible, has an attitude and with no cars in the shop hes says hes booked or we are to busy and has no space for you to get same day checks. Or any service of any kind for at least 3 to 4 days out, with appointment.Then when you try to notify corporate of these issues they have no clear way to address your concerns to them. So stay away from this location. Until they correct the management issues

Made an appt. My appointment was switched to another store. That store didnt handle what I needed (AC recharge). Had to make another appointment, and went back. I got there and got denied again saying that they didnt have time or spots even after I was confirmed online. Bad customer service.

Great service and quality parts. I have been going to this location for about five years now and they always take great care of all of our vehicles. Ryan has always gone above and beyond to ensure our service is top notch. I recently came in for a complete brake service and Nelson (I think thats his name) did a great job ensuring our SUV is back in the road safe. Great price on parts and labor as well as great tire sales. I highly recommend this location for all your vehicle needs.

After receiving 2 text messages for confirmation of my appointment Monday morning I had taken the morning off to get my tires installed when arriving to Pep Boys they told me they could not take care of me and that they were backlogged a month They didnt have any good reason why they couldnt get me in this morning or the reasoning behind their confirmation I didnt even get an apology for the cancelation of my appointment I was I would never recommend these people to anyone
Had an appointment for 10:00am (with a confirmation number) and the person at the register said there system has been backed up and if I made the appointment within the past few days it’s not valid.

I have been a customer at Pepboys for three years. Today I had the worst customer service experience and my truck was damaged. Ryan was extremely rude and my wheel cap was broken. Prior to scheduling the appointment I was told it would be 50 min. When I arrived I was told it would be 3 hours which I find inefficient. Being that all they had to do was add a trailer hitch. With this kind of hospitality and work I will definitely not return and I do not recommend this store.
Never again! Go in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was charged for an oil change and a tire rotation. They didnt do a tire rotation. The cashier tells me that the new tires, on my rear wheel, drive truck couldnt be rotated because the rear tires have less tread than the front tires. I wanted the tires rotated to even out the tread wear and extend the life of my tires. I think they just want to sell new tires. NEVER AGAIN!!

I dont think some of the mechanics here want to work. Was told I have small oil leaks, over 2.5 months, but they cant tell where until I go pick it up, take it to a car wash and then bring it back. They did not do a proper diagnosis! This is my second attempt for them to earn my trust as a customer. And this is the second time theyve pulled the I cant find the problem card with me. The first repair was done correctly by another mechanic, who diagnosed within 30 minutes. I try to keep business in my local neighborhood, but I will definitely not be returning. Where is the 0 stars? Firstly my oil change came with a tire rotation which did not happen. Secondly, I paid money to have my battery contacts cleaned since they recommended it due to corrosion build up. Guess what didnt start up?! My car! Had to get it towed to get looked at and found corrosion by AAA techs. Never going the Pep Boys again!

Made an appointment online and saved a couple bucks on an oil change. First thing Thursday morning, they werent busy at all. Got in and out in 30 minutes.
To repair one tire was there 3 hours called and told me they don’t know when it will be done I asked how about by 5:00pm and said he couldn’t promise me it would be done very poor customer service will never go back to a pep boys for anything they suck and I will let my friends and family know how bad they suck
I got a superior service by Ramon an auto technician at Pep Boys Auto Parts. Apparently Oreiles had done an engine diagnose on my truck they stated needed some work done which was a wrong statement. When Ramon did the diagnose he said everything was good nothing came out wrong. He even reset the maintenance light that was on. Letting me know my truck was ready for emission inspection. I was 100% satisfied with his awesome superior service that i had to let his operating manager know how satisfied I was. I highly recommend Pep Boys Auto Parts to everyone.
I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!! They treat you like family here. Great customer service. I have had multiple things done to my car here including tires and I have never had a problem. They will NOT try to rip you off, very upfront and honest with you. Again, BEST place ever for your car!!!!!
Got a nice air compressor small 2 gallon buy well made compact nice tool (came with line and tire inflators. Tired of going to wait in line at Discount tire (good place) to get my tires checked. $129 on sale and got a 10% discount for seniors.
They went out of their way to get me a battery they did not have and sent someone to one of their other stores to get it so I could leave on vacation the next day. Top notch.
I have been getting my auto maintenance/repairs at this specific location for the past 5 and a half years. From purchasing new tires to getting my brakes changed, to a simple oil change or getting my AC fixed. The employees and managers really take good care of their customers and their vehicles. They are always on top at making sure you and your vehicle are getting the best service. You can count on them at getting the job done right. The entire store and their staff are an A+. I have a pep boys credit card with them great standing and have paid all my balances however a couple weeks ago I took a truck to be fixed and they fixed the window they replaced the battery, change the brakes you name it paid over 1,000 but the rattling noice still didnt go away went back nicely and they gave me a different diagnosis and said it was the engine and they dont work on the engine words from Ryan was about to give up on the truck but my husband referred me to a diff mechanic gave us a diagnostic turns out it wasnt the engine it was the phasers and cam shifters. Long story short truck is up and running like new. Not taking my vehicles with them anymore to avoid any more issues. I definitely recomend other mechanics not pepboys.

Complete waste of time and money. Took my business truck to get the free AC check. Guy comes out and says that we need to vacuum the AC and put new freon. $130 later the air conditioner is warmer and worst than before. Within a week its blowing nothing but hot air. Took it in 2 weeks later to have them look at it, waited almost two and a half hours with still no one looking at the truck. As a business owner I find it unprofessional to have employees lounging around, talking and joking around using vulgar language... But waiting two and a half hours to not even have your truck looked at.... Time is more valuable than money.. and with this store I wasted both. Definitely wont be bringing any of our company vehicles to this location or any Pep Boys for that matter.

Recently needed four tires, I was looking around town for the best price so I finally made my way to Pep Boys the Goodyear store and once again they stepped up.- Not only did Ignacio help me get the best offer and value in tires but he took the time to explain to me the warranties and difference in each tire design.- Just wanted to give these guys a quick shout out that they deserve, remember they also do engine work if you ever need anything fixed ask for Ignacio hes been the shop manager there, trust me hes honest and friendly. Reason why their ratings are so low; find another shop guys and gals - sometimes decent results here, but now a couple times with terrible results. Wasted my time with their disorganization - was scheduled for an appointment today and they didn’t have my parts ready ahead of time.

Ive horrendously bad luck when it comes to cars. I had my car battery stolen around May of last year and its replacement died just last night. In order to overcome this most recent headache, Ive had to jump through a bunch of hoops and rely on the kindness of other people. Ramon was one of those people. Any auto shop is going to feel like purgatory when youre waiting around while your car is getting serviced, but having a nice staff can still make you come out of the shop with a positive experience. PB always has the car essentials I need and has done great servicing on my car in the past. Ramon always thoroughly answering my questions, explains the products I ask about and since he helped me previously filling my fluids I was able to do it accurately myself today, with a better product. I love taking my car here, I get service and thorough inspection on my car they are the only people I trust with my vehicle. The staff is great and very friendly and talk you through everything thats needed on your vehicle. I started coming here after finding out Midas has been ripping me off for a couple months on the same issue. They knew what the problem was and fixed it on the first visit, unlike Midas I was able to pass emissions.
Good shop! Fast friendly and affordable. We took our Corolla in for some tire work and headlight work and they did a great job. Definitely coming here every time.
This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had at any shop. Left my car for tires, told the wait was an hour and a half. On a Sunday, sounds good. Three hours later I have to call them back. Im left on hold for an hour total between three calls, them they finally hung up on me. I drove down there, asked for the store manager. He said he was sorry and Carols Z he would tell me how last name was in charge of service. He could not have cared less that we were left on hold that long, didnt want to come out from shop to even talk with us. Showed no remorse for basically blowing us off and showing horrible customer service. I normally love the guys at your stores. But you have a serious problem at this store. I took my money to S and S next door, they wanted my money and my future business, I will would not let these people check my oil let alone work on my car of thats the level of professionalism they show.
I went in for an oil change and look into why the vehicle was over heating. I was told I would have to wait because I didnt have an appointment. Which was funny since I checked in for my appointment. After talking to the master mechanic or whatever hes called 8 was told it would be two hours. He was working on another vehicle. I said ok and sat for 2 and half hours. I asked how close they were to being done. They hadnt started. No oil change no diagnostics done just sitting there. I asked for my keys and left.

Thats for their website. I like shopping for my parts online, Because you can look up anything. Literally. But pepboys have no parts at all on their website I think your stores location needs a tune up .
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with an auto shop. I brought in my vehicle for wheel balancing, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Dropped the car off, returned to pick it up maybe 2 hours later only to find that they never rotated my tires like I asked them too. I had two brand new tires on the front that I needed moved to the back. The wheel weights look like they were thrown on with no care. Last but not least my car as still pulling to right after the wheel alignment. I feel as they rushed my car just so they could get done before they closed.

This is the best of the Pepboys stores around. They are very helpful in all their departments from parts to the service area. They work to help you find the best value and price for what you need. I appreciate not being talked down to as a woman buying parts.
Everybody at Pep Boys does everything they can to help you. I had a blown out headlight I pulled in I went in and bought the headlight I asked the manager see youre busy is there anyway you could help me install that light and my truck? He said well I got five cars and only two mechanics and I said alright I understand I said Im going to take it out here in parking lot you can see me and if something breaks let me know you said Okay. So I go out to lift up the hood Im looking at the headlight and spring and I lift up one of them and it comes up right away. Then I try to get the other one up and seems to be stuck, so I go over to the guy, the mechanic inside and ask if he has a long handle wrench? Not only do they have one but they come out and replace the bulb in my burned out headlight..... Now thats service.
Destoryed my truck just passing through town. The service here went right to work telling me what had happened and getting me the best price to fix my truck and get me back on the road with quality parts. Let me watch from the side as they fixed my truck and gave me a step by step understanding so I knew why and what they where fixing. Very impressed and will definitely be a pep boys shopper from now on.

Went to have the air conditioner fixed. I was never called to be given any updates on my car or schedule pickup. Air filter was left out on passenger seat. Store manager buisness card given to me was the assistant manager with incorrect information. Paid $200 to get in my car and the air conditioner didnt work after 5 minutes. Refunded my money and told they would move forward on fixing the problem. Called back 5 hours later to say take it to the dealership we dont know whats wrong.
Went in for an oil change and received great service from the manager Ignacio. Was in the day prior and did not get good service from Jesus. He didnt want to honor a coupon for an oil service price match, he then said by the time other fees were added it would be regular price. Went back the next day and things went very smoothly and professionally with Ignacio. He honored the price match no problem. Took off one star because of Jesus. Noticed a lot of bad reviews about this location. Maybe Ignacio should train the other employees how to provide great service like he does.

Very helpful and Fernando is always very informative and helpful for me and my wifes cars. She has a Monte Carlo.. And I an Impala.. very helpful unknown information for both cars. This is by far my favorite pep boys store.

Always had a great experience here until now. Quoted 90 minutes for an oil change? Had an appointment; they had 2 cars in the garage. They have never taken more than 45 minutes before. Quite annoying.
The store have to many rules. if you car has a check engine light on.no longer the sales person can go out side with you.you must take the car to the shop and then wait for long time.

I would give them 0 stars if an option. I received the worst customer service from Carlos Z., the service manager. After dropping off my vehicle to check out my tires. I received a phone call about my vehicle 3 hours later, unfortunately I missed the call. I tried to call back and was placed on hold for 45min. Then hung up on. After trying to reach them multiple times by phone and failing I drove the 30min drive from my home to find out what needed to be repaired. I asked to speak to the manager because of this experience and at first he refused to come out sending one of his team members. After finally speaking with Carlos Z. He was not apologetic at all and could care less about how he is treating the customers. Seeing multiple people leaning and doing nothing really is frustrating when being on hold for 45min. I decided to take my business next door to s&s tire.
Quick, fast service. There seems to be a larger selection of tools and parts than the other stores. As well as tire service. They unfortunately didnt have what I was looking for. But neither does the chevy dealership so Im not holding it against them.

We had ordered a refurbished part online and picked up at this location, not only was the manager flirting with me with my boyfriend standing right next to me, but when we came back the less than 12 hours later to return the part because it was defective the manager who sold it to us (Fernando I believe) treated us as though we were trying to rip him off or something. We asked about just exchanging it for one, but they didnt have it in stock, then he tells us that the part was only sold as a refurbished part, because they didnt make that part new. We looked it up online again once we got home, and not only did they have the part we needed, but it was a NEW part, and it was $20 cheaper that the rebuilt one!! So, I thank you jerks for making my kids and I drive around without any a.c. in our car for 3 more days in triple digit heat and humidity, you were all too kind!! Ill make sure to return the favor by never stepping foot in your store with my business again!!!!
Three stars because after 20 minutes of figuring out which deal is the best deal to get oil and filter for my two cars I pay for everything and I see that they have a maintenance special at Pep Boys where it was $5 cheaper and they do the work that didnt make me happy. Plus the sign said if they dont ask about the manager special ask for a free soda I asked for the free soda and they said hey are you interested in the manager special, and refused to give me the soda three out of Five Guys three out of five

First time shopping PepBoys. Needed a battery and installation. Called the store, and was told they do free installation for batteries they sell. When I got to the store, they said there would be a charge. In all fairness, the battery on my car is a pain to install. In the end, the guys voluntarily cut the labor charge in half. I really appreciate their willingness to do their best with a difficult situation.

They cannot get a front end alignment right to save their lives. Replaces the worn caster/camber kit, and still is off more than a degree. Claiming thats as far as he could adjust itDefinitely would not recommend coming here.

They remodeled the store. I guess it was to make more space for parts but it just seemed like they lost alot of things people like to go to their stores for.The service was sub par. We ordered an oil filter and were promised it would be in by noon the next day. It was coming from Chandler. They proceeded to tell us they would call us as soon as it came in and we would get a call no later than 130. 130 the next day came and went and still no call. We ended up calling in at 330pm and asked about or order we were told it hadnt even shipped and that it would be in in 2 days. Seemed like they had no idea what they were talking about when we ordered the filter in the store. We promptly cancelled the order and asked for our money back. which we got.. Thats the only reason this isnt a 1 star review.We found the part at orileys on litchfield.

The manager Ryan does not support military personnel. I dealt with the worst manager possible who refused service after I had made an appointment. He completely disregarded the appointment I had made by telling me there would be a minimum of a forty-five minute wait. I kept asking if there could be anything done to speed up the process since I told him I was promised a ten minute wait over the phone. He didnt ask any questions, he just kept repeating that it would be a minimum or 45 minutes to even be seen. I ended up driving to a different pepboys fifteen minutes away. Even though I didnt have an appointment, they got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Night and day service, definitely worth the drive.
Every time I take my vehicle some else I end up returning to Pep Boys and getting a great service experience.
Never going to a pep boys again.. Horrible customer service. Id give 0 stars if it would let me. They installed new parts on my truck knowing there going to get damaged. After bringing my truck back several times they always told me theres nothing they can do. I called corporate, and left Bill Cleverly the Distrit manager several voicemails reguarding my case number and the horrible service... And still no phone call back. Its been months now. So here i am driving my truck with broken brakes because pep boys wont stand behind there work or replace what was damaged. Go anywhere else! 👎
For the most part the guys that have helped me have been great, although certain ones can be pushy with signing you up for a rewards card and selling injector cleaner. I dont mind the pitch but dont get angry if I say no.love pep boys.
Went in on 4/17/16 to get an estimate on how much to reconnect, a muffler that had fallen off. A service tech came out looked at the muffler and looked under the car. He told me I would need a new muffler, and new brackets, The total cost would be $173 parts & labor). Then I went next door to S&S Tire & Auto Service Center, They put the muffler back on for $28.20, told me there was nothing wrong with the muffler or brackets I would highly suggest you get a second opinion on any service estimate
I came in to get some items to wash my car. I wasnt greeted by anyone or asked if I needed help. That was ok for me since I already knew what I wanted. The cashier checked me out in a timely manner.

Had a tire blow on a Sunday at 4. Of course my options were limited but this Pep Boys location is near my house and it showed open until 6. I called ahead to make sure they were in fact still open and see if they could help me. The person I spoke to in the service department, upon hearing my issue, basically said that they were still open until 6, but they stop taking cars at 5 and even though it was only 4 he just didnt really know if they could/would help me so I probably shouldnt come. Not that they were already busy, not that it was possible but thered be a wait etc. Just, that he didnt think I should bother trying. Keep in mind I asked about possibly replacing all 4 tires or just the 1 depending on their availability, and that due to my work commute I was desperately trying to find a same day solution. I understand if they were busy and that is exactly why I called first, but if that was in fact the case they did not communicate it. I have never encountered a service company so uninterested in getting business, let alone the unfortunate situation and taking care of a customer in need. I took my business elsewhere and would be hard pressed to use pep boys in the future.
Though they did great job. Advised me on what I needed be do in the near future. Felt sorry for those guys, working in this heat!
