Sunday my Low tire pressure light comes on I see Big Brand is open. These gentlemen checked all four tires and found a nail in one of them.They fixed my tire, were kind, efficient and got me back on the road. Excellent service Highly recommend and their waiting area was very clean and comfortable.

Great service and employees! Came in for a tire change and alignment but found out I needed some other stuff done too. Service was quick and affordable. Been coming to Big Brand throughout SB county for years and have never been disappointed!

Highly recommend. Sam made my day. This Big Brand is trustworthy, honest, and truly helpful. I am recommending to friends and family.I came in with a bad tire puncture and Sam set me at ease, took care of my car, and it goes without saying I’ll be back because is his customer service and the attention the technicians put into my car. My only critique is that the car was left unlocked with windows down in parking lot. Still will be back with future business and will kindly ask that the techs don’t leave it vulnerable when finished with job :-)

I would definitely recommend big brand tires. I do apologize but I can’t recall the name of the young man that helped me out I think it was Ivan; he was fantastic. He was polite he was efficient he was competent and confident was able to get my car in immediately get the work done within the time limit he said he would and for the amount of money he said he could. I was very impressed with his professionalism and with the professionalism of the entire business. I would definitely go there again and I would Definitely recommend big brand tires.

Big Brand tires in Goleta California did a great job of rotating my tires… For free! It was a real surprise to find out it was free when I called to inquire about tire rotation. Now that I know they can do that and my oil service I will be going back. They did the tire rotation in less than 45 minutes, which was less time then they said they might take. Great job and I really appreciated the service.

While visiting the area, we got a screw in one of our tires. Called several tire shops until we got ahold of Tim at Big Brand - Goleta. Tim answered the phone and encouraged us to stop by. Keep in mind were about an hour from closing time. When we arrive, he checks out our tire and states that they can probably repair the hole, at no charge!! Anyone else would have taken the opportunity to make a quick sale. This shop went above and beyond! Definitely recommend this place! 5 stars no less.

I was visiting Santa Ynez when my battery light came on. I went to an auto repair shop but they did not have time . He told me to try big brand tire. They said if I could wait about an hour . They performed a full diagnostic test on my jeep.The workers there are friendly and fast at installing an alternator and battery .

Big Brand is always very helpful and they explain why you should replace your tires and show you why it’s unsafe not to, as opposed to other places that just say over the phone that your tires should be replaced. Been coming here since 2008 and even came back after moving out of town I am so pleased with their service!

My family has been trusting Big Brand for tires, alignment, oil changes, and general inspection and advice for about 8 years. I appreciate that they are always professional and courteous and friendly, and I trust them to help spot issues before they become expensive or dangerous. For example, I came in recently to get a $400 4x tire installation and ended up paying over $1000 in the end to get my 14 year old car in fine shape. 😱But the whole reason I brought it to Big Brand is so I could ask them to have a look, check it out, and advise me of any issues so we could fix them. 🧠 That’s the experience I was looking for, and I feel the expertise, the prices, the discounts, the treatment, and the quality of work that I got are all top notch. I really was looking to be able to pay to get to trust somebody who knows more than me to just go over the machine and make sure it’s safe for me and my family, and that’s exactly what I got. Took the car for tire change, alignment and oil change. The alignment was said it was done, but the car now pulls strongly to the left; before I didn’t had this problem, and …(photos), so I’m wondering if they did change the oil or just the sticker.

2 years ago i came in for tires. Told them I drive a lot....upwards of 18k a year. They sold me tires that I just found out are really meant for show cars that arent driven a lot. So I am Out $700 and now need 4 new tires.UPDATE: Sam the manager did me good. Met with me. Addressed my concerns and worked with me to get new tires on my lil Tacoma. Thanks Sam for coming through.

The last Manager named Gary and Goleta screwed me over big-time so I stop using break brown for about a year or two. I went to the Big Brand and Santa Barbara they told me Gary was no longer a manager so I decided to give it a try again. When I got there to have a flat changed I had just bought rims and tires for my car a year earlier and they never gave me the key to unlock the rimsSam the new manager went above and beyond and way out of his way to keep me as a Big Brand customer he tried finding a key for my wheel locks which was hard to fine and finally found it today 4/7/21 got my flat fixed and I will be a Big Brand customer because of Sam and nothing else. Went here to have a flat repaired. Making an appointment was easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful and they got me on my way as promised. They knew I was in from out of town and still treated me super well on a free service. It was a really excellent experience and I would recommend them.

This is a great place. The staff is awesome. They get busy, but still are courteous and helpful. I got a brake flush for $107 after tax. No worries about them trying to sell you extra stuff either. Thanks for being awesome Big Brand!

They fixed my flat, reprogrammed my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) - all for a nominal charge (flat tire service is free - my car was reporting the wrong tire as flat). The best part is, they did not try to prematurely sell me new tires. (There is a competitor next door that upsells like crazy - avoid America’s Tire.) Another thing: My auto mechanic who does not sell tires recommends Big Brand (and he NEVER upsells either). Big Brand is always crazy busy - need I say more? PS: America’s Tire set up their lot to trick would-be Big Brand patrons to go into their lot. This is a dirty trick! I am for Big Brand all the way!

There are, I think, four other tire places within a mile of Big Brand. Weve been taking vehicles there for oil changes and tire purchases for some twenty-two years and I find no reason to change. From service, including timely updates, to charges theyre solid and reliable.

This tire store is the best way of getting new shoes for your ride. I’m not kidding. I will continue to avoid the Americas Tire down the block because of the exceptional service and warranty coverage at Big Brand. Make an appointment, you won’t be dissatisfied disappointed or dissed in any way.I’m buying from Big Brand next time, no brainer.

We had to come back 3x and they said the tires were in all 3 times. Then the manager told us when they FINALLY came in he would move us up to get them on asap. No place to sit and HORRIBLE customer service.

Americas Tire, next door, told me the simple staple in my tread couldnt be repaired and that they would be endangering my life by fixing it. This place was near my final destination, so I decided to give it a try. Much to my delight, the repair was free and so was the tire rotation! Their wasnt a sales pitch for any additional services which was also very nice. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I didnt have an appointment. This big brand tire is one of the best big brand tires I’ve ever been to in my entire life they blow Les Schwab out of the water by miles and miles I came in for a quick service at around noon with them normally busy and they immediately took me in and fixed my car within the hour and got me out for free. I didn’t know tire places like this existed thank you for being here for us during this time and thank you for getting me back on the road I am quite literally astonished by how good the service was.

It’s is just so dumb so see how desperate they want to scam you, and if you have a look at the low rating reviews, you will see why. My tire got an puncture on it and the manager said I need to replace the tire, not just one, but four. (Which are brand new, only three months of use) It’s so shady and such a shame to lie to people that who trusted in you. And if you look at all the high rating reviews, you will realize how many are paid actors lol. Yeah, do not go there, and don’t get scammed, unless you want to see a good acting lesson.

Been here for easy stuffs like putting on spacers and alignment for the past 2 years and the experience just keep getting worse. Didnt even bother coming out to check my car before they give an estimate time will spend when I came in to make appointment. Have to wait an extra hour after my appointment time before they can even start on my car. So what is the whole point of making an appointment. Charge more and more for the exact same car for exact same job. Yeah as I drive my car for the past years it became premium from standard and receiving much higher price to get the job done here. The job can be done by specialized shop for half of the price. I used to come here because its close to my home and reasonably priced. Now it saves neither my time nor money.
