Great location. Very professional and friendly staff. Few minutes wait and I was attended to. Good selection of frames. The warranty is real. I bought my glasses with scratch resistant lenses but my usage was rough and lenses got scratched. Big City replaced the lenses, no questions asked. You get the service and peace of mind that you pay for.

Great experience. Victor was the nicest assistant I have ever seen in a optical shop. The doctor was professional. Very patient and helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to help me make decisions and save money.

Rating 1 star only due to store closing earlier than published time. Came at 5:45pm on June 4th 2021 to pick up glasses (store called me earlier in the week to inform me the glasses were ready) and store is closed. It is supposed to close at 6pmService was good when I came to order the glasses a couple of weeks beforeUpdate: Big City Optical replied, called me back and delivered my glasses at my home the next day.

Great experience in Glenview with Big City Optical! Doctor and staff were warm, knowledgeable, and helpful with getting our kids new eye exams and new glasses. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful experience with their team.

Just got new contacts from Big City Optical. Dr. Rasa was very thorough and patient, she prescribed the best contacts that I ever had. Mike was very nice and helpful in answering all my questions. I have to say this is the best Optical store Ive ever visited, and I finally found the best contacts . Compared to online contacts store, the price of the contacts after rebate is almost the same, but comes with better annual service. I would highly recommend this store.

My experience West Loop Big City Optical was fabulous! Dr. Rasa T. gave my eyes the most thorough examination. Yet most impressive part was the explanation of the examination findings. Dr. Rasa T. explained me what was examined, showed me the images of the findings, and explained the meaning of the findings. She gave me explanation what I have to watch for and why. That was VERY impressive.Their frame collection is excellent - frames for every purpose and taste.I would not mind to drive the distance for a reliable eyewear fitting. However it is mighty nice to have such a boutique in my neighborhood.

I’ve never had a better experience scheduling and going in for an exam! The staff is amazing, they really know what they’re doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

I went for my yearly eye exam decided to go to Big City Optical because Ive heard amazing feedback from a friend. My eye exam was so top notch with new advanced technology that blow my mind. The young lady Jasmin who did the initial part of the exam explained everything to me perfectly to the point where it was more then your typical experience it was point on. Doctor Rasa came in with all the photo x rays and explained everything about my exam and the health of my eyes thanks to DR Rasa I now only need 1 pair of glasses verse the 3 I needed for every eye issue I had.She was kind caring but most of all very thorough with a great bedside manner that made me feel like my eye care was just as important to her and it was to me. Parking was easy and the location is absolutely beautiful I highly recommend Big City Optical.
