Today’s visit with three little kids was pleasant and fun as a trip to disney land. even the not-so-good news about myopia of our 4 year old haven’t ruined the experience. the guidelines from Dr Bramlys (?) were reassuring and comforting. thanks to every member of the office!
I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY EYEGLASSES WITH THEM FOR FIVE YEARS WITH EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AND PRICE. SERVICE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. WHEN I LOST MY GLASSES A FEW WEEKS AFTER GETTING THEM, I WAS ABLE TO ORDER PAIRS OVER THE PHONE WITH NO PROBLEM.
Service was very good and the doctor was very professional highly recommended .!

A few months back I walked in to get my glasses adjusted and the girl asked how old they were and I said I said about 2 years old. She told me I would have to sign a paper stating that if anything was to happen they arent responsible. Well.....I was on my lunch break and 1.5 hours went by because the associate snap the black piece that goes around my ear and they were trying to find a new frame to fit my lenses. I was getting impatient but understood they were trying to make things right. As of today, my glasses continue to fall of my face when I lean over, they wont buy new frames for me and you cant get a hold of anyone in customer service. I will never buy my glasses from them again. Poor customer service skills and a lack of acknowledgment of wrong doing.
Now I very rarely feel the need to write a review but I am beyond irritated! I went into For Eyes for the 1st time on November 10th and the experience was pretty good. Francis was great, she helped me pick out my frames and everything. She informs me that it will take up to 10 days to received them but reassured me that I could possibly receive them earlier. I walked out feeling satisfied. November 15th I called to see the status on my glasses because my current glasses were super loose...well this is when the trouble began. Francis lets me know that the frame were on back order, so I was trying to figure out when were they planning to notify me of that. No worries though because technically I still had until November 21st. I was told they will notify me Friday and let you know what the status was with my frames, well I never received that call. Now its Monday, November 19th, I call customer service who tells me that the lab did receive their shipment and that they would ship them out on the 16th...wait the 16th of like December? Yup!!! The 16th of December...a whole month after my exam. Now I am not so nice, the rep stated that she will see if she can have my frames expedited sooner and to arrive Wednesday, November 21st, she also stated someone will call the day before, which is TODAY at 11am, which no one did, thats okay though, it was probably busy so I called....was placed on hold for the rep to call the lab...only for the rep to inform that they have not received their shipment. What in the tomfoolery??? So how was a rep going to expedite a package that the lab never received?? I gave For Eyes 2 stars because my initial experience, but what I do not appreciate is them taking payment for lens and frames, not communicating that the frames were on back order, being lied to, and STILL no date on when I will receive my glasses. I wish I had the wonderful experience like the rest of these people had but that was a fail.
