Worked with Brian Janty. He was communicative, helpful, and attentive. Was looking to get aftermarket work done and he provided some great options and after doing custom research on my car. Scheduled me right away after the parts arrived and install was super fast. They washed the car for me as well and diagnosed a tire issue I was unaware of (found a nail in the tire). He also sent me videos of the install which was a cool touch. Billing seemed fair for the work/parts and he went through everything item by item on the invoice. Was very impressed and already discussing future work on my truck. Highly recommend.

Used to go this place when it was AutoArt and prices were fair. My Audi got side swiped and took it in for a quote. Prior to taking it in I went to Caliber Collision down the street (Audi Certified), Glenview Auto Body, Auto Krafter, Vision Works. I go there and chubby guy name Matt comes out and right away says its gonna cost 6K without even looking at it. I dont think this guy ever did body work at all. All other shops quoted me around 2K to 2500. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND WONT BE IN BUSINESS FOR TOO LONG!! THEY NEED TO GET OUT OF GLENVIEW! WILL NEVER RETURN BACK!

Recently brought my GT-R to auto art for a little work, including new tires and powder coated rims. I cant say enough good things about this place -- I felt like I called them every day to check in on the status as I was so eager to see my car, and every time they answered and gave full updates and were excited to talk to me. My Infiniti QX80 was involved in an accident in which the rear hatch and spoiler were damaged. I scheduled an appointment with Maurice Bell at Mancuso Auto Art and it was the best decision I made for my QX80. I met Maurice Bell and his politeness, professionalism and advice made the process of my QX80 repair that much smoother. With the advice and expertise of Maurice Bell I decided to powder coat my existing factory 22 inch wheels hyper black along with repair and paint the spoiler on my truck gloss black. The finished repair and custom work took less than a week. I am very pleased with the amazing work and detail of Mancuso Auto Art on their work and repair on my Infiniti QX80. Thanks to Jack and his team for getting my car to brand new condition after a front end collision. I will admit they’re not the fastest body shop, but they did a really good job. Also, they’ve replaced a headlight under warranty on 2 separate occasions because of defects beyond their control...... Recently, they installed, at a reasonable price, a bumper I bought elsewhere because the original one installed after my collision, became victim of Chicago’s parallel parking (cracked by some ahole).

Jeff went out of his way with our insurance company to get them to do what they should do and what they weren’t doing because of a “shortage of estimators.” He also worked with our rental company to get us a great rate after our insurance stopped paying. Jeff went out of his way to keep in touch with me. I can’t say enough about how great Mancuso and Jeff are!

I guess you should avoid this place if you dont have a Lamborghini or a Ferrari...I sent my Audi here for a front end collision repair. They did a great job repainting the front bumper and matching it with the rest of the car. I requested through the insurance for my aftermarket grill to be purchased and installed since that was what I had on there. I was extremely disappointed to see that the radiator was clearly bent from the collision and it was not repaired. I had to return the vehicle and request for the clearly damaged radiator to be repaired. There were also many plastic pieces near the wheel well that were just left broken. This was all pointed out to me when I took my Audi in for service to have some aftermarket performance parts installed.

Bad experience, my brand new Maserati car sat in the lot all of last summer. Rats start chewing on my wires which short circuit my computer. Didnt not replace the 3M film, when I told the owner about it.He wanted me to file another claim instead of having his 2 beautiful but, not very professional assistances to help.

Highly disappointed! Ive dealt with many auto shops and detail shops in my life but by far this was the worst experience Ive had. The owner should be selling used cars with the way he makes excuses and promises. I could write pages and pages of issues I had with him and his shop. First he gave me a time frame of one to two weeks, took four and still wasnt right. Installed four LED lights costing $750 and the lights are installed using plastic ties. Did a ECU upgrade with no before and after values. Larry said its a program we have and we dont use a Dyno. Well you should still have canned specs, some kind of paper work for $2800. Requested the bumper to be repainted and to knock out a small bump in the trunk which didnt require any other work to knock it out. But when getting it ready for color correction and ceramic coating they noticed that the paint was thin on the trunk. Repainted the trunk lid and bumper and still DID NOT remove the dent. Over spray all over the deck lid for the convertible top and it was NEVER color corrected and coated. Requested they take it back and finish. I marked the over spray areas and a few other thinks they missed and guess what, I got it back and the over spray was NEVER fixed. Without question terrible work and it costed me $12000. Also had a K40 radar system installed and was to get more instructions from Larry on its use and a tech was suppose to call be about the LED lighting information...nothing. Take you car here and you are just blowing your money away.

Simply great. Everytime I come here it is a great experience. My Right rear caliper seized up on me on my M35, I took it to the closest shop for a quote. Then I called Larry, who quoted me almost half. This time instead of being sandwiched between a Maybach and a Rolls, I was between a Maserati and a Benz. High quality place, personable staff.
