Went to this store yesterday, unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the 3 associates working, and it was the biggest waste of time ever. No customer service skills from any of them and the individual that did help me didn’t want to look at the phone at all. His answer was to upgrade. Totally useless. Surprisingly I was able to fix the phone myself and is now working fine. I truly appreciate the help.

Went in the store and found out I had a really old plan, Jeffery was able to get me more data and a really nice tablet and hotspot for the same price! Hi just wanted say that I came here to switch from othere carrier to verizon and I had 3I phones 7 plus so they couldnt activated them so they offered me $300 credit for each of the 3 I phones towards 3 new ones from them and I will make payments each month for the remaining balance of all 3 phones.they never gave me what he told me for my old phones so now Iam paying $350 monthly because they are adjusting they told me oh and my phone plans are 3 at $50 and 1 at $45Plus $12 ×3 for the monthly payment of the 3 new Iphones so I dont know but for me it does not adds up to get a $350 &400 for this coming month.So just be careful with what this guys promise you guys they dont commit to theirs mouth

Ive had to spend hours on the phone after being over billed for 4 months now for a buy one get one lg8 phone. Yesterday on the phone for an hour with a woman trying to fix it, she found the provbem, sought help from her supervisor and promptly hung up on me.The manager didnt write it up as buy one get one, he also enabled all add one onto my plan. When this virus is over, im filing a formal complaint. I will not pay my bill again and im contacting my bank to dispute these fraud charges.

This store rocks!I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S6, and it was a breeze. I was very excited to see that I didnt have to sign in and wait almost an hour to get some assistance. Believe it or not this Verizon store is the real deal. Cant say this for the rest of the stores I have experienced but i was thoroughly impressed by the customer service this store provides. They went above and beyond and transferred al my data, showed me step by step how to use my phone and went out the way to lower my bill. Cant thank you guys enough!

Bad customer service they dont stand behind their word they promise you something and they dont do it. They only want to get your account and get their commission specially the manager.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Did not help me because they gave me the wrong SIM card (for Android not apple), and then continued to not fix the issue. Then proceeded to kick me out when it was clearly their fault. Do NOT support this retailer, it shouldnt even be authorized anyways. I could get better customer service at APUs IMT (who are students) than this certified establishment.

I was a T mobile customer for life, but I came in here recently to ask questions about the new unlimited plans and I was blown away by the service the general manager provided. To make things more simpler i walked away with a new Samsung Galaxy J7 phone and tablet and still saved much more than I was paying for at T Mobile. Verizon had really great service and great people who believe in thier product.

Wow what a surprise! This store rocks Rohan and Gabriel really went out of there way to explain my new bill. I had updated my account a few weeks ago over Thanksgiving in Texas while visiting family. Long story short I was able to save $10 a month. Thank you so much for being kind and not making me feel like like an inconvenience. :)

Came in to learn about my new galaxy s7 edge. I was a little hesitant due to pricing and the whole Sprint guy jumping ship (sell out) hahaha anyway Gabriel broke down our new plan, my wife and I got 2 new phones and 16 GB. Wow, I wasnt sure what I qualified for some I thought Id stop by and see. So glad I did, I was able to get the new Motorola smart phone and the manager Rohan went out of his way and set me on a new plan with more data and a cheaper monthly cost. Btw I love my new phones thank you!!!

This place is shady. They gave me refurbished equipment as new and when i tried to claim the rebate on the piece of equipment...guess what...no rebates on refurbished equipment by corporate. The store took the equipment back but continued charging me a monthly line fee for equipment i never used and returned to the store. Still trying to get me money back for over a year and half of charges. Verizon Corporate left me out to dry and told me they could do nothing because this was an independent store. Save yourself the hassle. You can see that this place has horrible reviews for its management. Find a reputable store and stay away.

This is Syed posting from Asads account. I ordered the iPhone 7 at this store on 9/18. Order was taken by Rohan (store manager) and the price of the phone was quoted $549.99 (as per the Verizon website). The order summary was provided by Rohan. At the same time, Rohan wrote down the price of the phone as $549.99 + tax = 620. Today, we picked up the phone from the store. Sale was completed by KB. When I came home I reviewed the receipt and discovered that the price of the phone charged was actually $560. I called the store to speak with Rohan about this, but he was unavailable at the time. I was told he would return my call but I did not receive any calls. Thus I decided to go into the store. When I reached the store, I was asked to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told that he had left the store. I was asked to come back the next day. After I insisted KB was able to get Rohan on the phone. To cut the story short, Rohan was coming up with several excuses to not refund me my extra money. He said that the extra cost is built in for the retail store but I was never informed about this while placing the order. He also refused to acknowledge his quoted price and denied that he wrote the price down for me on the order summary that was provided to me.However, KB intervened when I was on the phone with Rohan and told Rohan that he will handle the matter himself at the store. KB hung up the phone with Rohan, and offered to give me a phone accessory (screen protector) in lieu of the extra money. KB was very polite during the whole discussion and was able to help me out. KB provided excellent customer service and he put the customer first.5 stars for KB1 star for Rohan (store manager)-Syed

I want to give 0 stars but I cant. Will never go here again. I have been several times and only one good experience. The customer service is awful and they give out the wrong information it made me feel like they straight up lied. Be careful, they play tricks I think so avoid this place if you can and go the extra distance to a REAL verizon store on lone hill where they are friendlier and know more. These stores are being closed by Verizon soon anyway, probably because of the bad reviews they get idk.

I would like to share the great experience I had at this store, 650 S Grand Ave.I previously had visited the Verizon store, (twice) next to CVS off Alosta and Citrus. I am older, no, lets get it out there, I am an old Senior Citizen and had questions regarding my Samsung Galaxy phone. I was quite surprised about the attitude and disrespectful manner in which the employee treated me. He didnt try to help me and made me feel like a stupid old women that doesnt deserve having this phone or any of his time.Along comes the big store on Grand Ave., Glendora. I wasnt aware it was there and thought what the heck, no way can someone there treat me any worse!When I walked in I was greeted by 2 young men. I explained that I needed assistance with my phone and my tablet. Without hesitation K.B. Kelsey stepped right up. I had a list of (probably) stupid questions but none the less, things that I needed help with.He took his time answering and explaining everything in great detail and made certain I understood. He did ALL of this without even rolling his eyes! He was extremely patient, offered suggestions about the plan I am on and extra information that he thought would help me. My goodness, can you believe he did all of this without making me feel like a dummy in a professional and polite way? I know I was born in the wrong era but K.Bs knowledge and compassion for someone his Great grandmothers age was without a doubt a rewarding and appreciative experience.Unbeknownst to me, the other employee that greeted me was K.Bs Supervisor, Rohan Misra the store manager. He was working on something nearby but aware of K.B. and my conversation. I told Rohan how pleased and thankful I was to get the courteous help. I sensed Rohan was proud of K.Bs performance and thanked me for coming in.Verizon, you are very lucky to have such a knowledgeable employee as K.B and an attentive Manager as Rohan. Hang on to them! Everyone should use this store.
