I came in because I was having a problem with an iPhone staying on, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and easily. I was able to go to the grocery store across the street and the phone was fixed by the time I got back. Very reasonable price, friendly service, and overall highly recommended.

Came across this new store and thought I’d give it a try to fix my phone. Brian was my salesperson that was able to help me. He was experienced and informative when it came to fixing my phone. The prices were cheaper then others in the area. He was able to fix my phone very quickly. They had great customer service and I will surely be back again in the future.

Avoid at all costs! Caused more than the original damage I needed fixed, ordering the wrong parts, and unprofessional service and agreed times. I gave up and just bought a new phone.Edit: yes, this is the right location. I have long since replaced the phone.

I took my phone here for repair. I met with Sal, the store owner, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and gave me some great advice. Repaired my phone within 20-30 minutes! All the staff were courteous, professional and helpful. I highly recommend and will be returning for future service and repairs. Good prices, honest and expert service.

Really cool staff told me they’d have my iPhone 11 screen done in 20 minutes and it actually took less they hooked me up with a tempered glass also since they were out of cases for my phone will be coming back

Went into this store to fix my iPhone 7 was referred by a family member unfortunately my phone wasn’t fixable after it got wet but ended up upgrading to an iPhone 10 with a bigger screen and it’s a lot faster awesome prices and service guys will be sending friends and more family.

On offerup the company, Simple Mobile, had 3 unlocked S10 galaxy phones. I drove 30 min. to Glendora after several confirmation texts/messages confirming they had what I needed at the stated price. Once I arrived they say that there are several people who run the shop and took no responsibility for not having any of the phones as stated online. Then Sal said he would follow up with a call the next day. No call. What a waste of time. My recommendation is look elsewhere for your phone needs.

I went in with a broken screen, I needed my phone ASAP, Marcus took care of my screen and after shopping around I have to say prices and customer service are outstanding. To me service is important, you will NOT be disappointed here.

Went into the NEW location in Glendora, the service was great! Marcus is always Welcoming and friendly to myself and my children. I was worried that the prices would of went up due to the new location, but Marcus kept the same great prices he offered at the Pomona Shop!

Scammers phones don’t work at all they’re literally selling broken phones and calling them refurbished.
