Fios internet is the worst internet service I have ever experienced. From technique support to customer service, neither of them respect their customers, extremely bad attitude. our internet disconnected on Monday, I called technique support and spent 87 minutes to deal with them, they even couldnt identify the modem we were using, which was actually installed by them. They said it cant be fixed over phone, and can only be done by technician on site. They scheduled the urgent service on Friday. Can anyone imagine you dont have internet service at home for 5 days... I really cant bear with that and call to stop the service. They charged me about $100 for early termination. I dont want to terminate the service, but they cant provide the service continuously and then they charge us for the early termination. Anyone didnt start the service with FIOS yet, dont start it!!! Its a absolute nightmare once you need technique support!! I really want to give them a minus star, but I dont have that option.
