This dealership is one of the greatest local used dealerships in Glendora. I bought my Ford Mustang in 2016 and went back this year to buy my second car from them. Im glad I read reviews before I came here. The people who were sold lemons all seem to have the same problem...the check engine light goes on after a few weeks driving their cars.

Very nice staff.Friendly and helpful. BUT....The used vehicle I purchased should not have been sold this way. So. Many. Issues. I have spent thousands of dollars in first 6 months. Never ending.All the local mechanics I have taken to after purchase agreed this car should not have been sold like this. Somethings wil never work. Speakers.were all.blown. diplay screen has issues. I found fries and trash in the car storage areas weeks later. Even the prior owners credit cards stil .in box. I wouldnt purchase a car here again. Mechanical issues costing me $500 a pip. Please have a mechanic look at a car before you buy here. I am beyond frustrated

In fact the entire staff was friendly with a large handful of them making sure I was being assisted.When it came to purchasing they helped make my final decision easy. I was looking at another 2003 vehicle, but that vehicle was dirty and had several issues that would have to be addressed if I bought it.Universal Motors won me over with how they take care of and present their vehicles.( DEALERSHIPS THAT TAKE CARE OF THEIR VEHICLES TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS) The Element was clean AF and a well maintained body. They sold me a car and within 200 miles the check engine light came on needs both Catylitic converters and I had to replace 2 coil packs. This car is a lemon nothing but problems with it. Dont believe anything this car dealer has to say. Feeling ripped off.I asked for the read out from the smog and you would not provide me with it just the paper showing it passed had I seen the read out I would not have purchased this vehicle from you. So far I have had to replace 3 coil packs both catalytic converters at a cost of over $1500 and I have only had the car 6 months.

Will never buy a car from here again.Not a month after a bought the car the check engine light came on, air conditioner stopped working, brakes need to be replace and the traction light came onWish I would have read the other reviews on here beforehand. When contacting them about these problems they kept pushing the date for them to check on my car till my warranty was up. Really disappointedSo much for being neighbors

Dont take a vehicle there until YOU have it inspected. The vehicle I purchased ended up having a lot of problems. Test drive it to a mechanic and ask for at least $2000 to $3500 off sticker price
