Happily surprised by the great service. Love the text feature that gives you what you want to authorize and not authorize after inspecting your vehicle. Waiting room is nice. Recommendation for improvement: faster service. It took 3 1/2 hours to change oil and drain and refill brake fluid. I feel like it could be done faster. I went during a Friday in the morning during a less busy time as well expecting a shorter wait.

I was looking for a car for the past month and happened to call Toyota of Glendora. I didn’t come in until a few weeks after. I was seeing other cars in other places. But Gina from Toyota would check in to see if I had found something. She always sounded like she was trying to help me rather than sell me a car. Every other dealership I would call was a stress, even while test driving their cars. So the whole experience of looking for a car was so stressful until I came here. They honestly should’ve been the first dealer I called. I came in and felt so comfortable throughout the whole process, I ended up leaving happy with a Corolla. Sean who helped me is the kindest and funniest person and genuinely cared about my situation. Just like everyone else there! Make them your first dealership! Youll be happy you did! You really can’t go wrong with a Toyota, but the people here make car buying easy.

My service experience was horrible. I was sent a text trying to get me to add $400 worth of work that I didnt want. Instead of coming and speaking to me when I didnt respond I was just left there waiting for half an hour until I finally inquired about what was taking so long. I went to talk to my advisor and he rudely wondered why I would change 2 tires instead of all 4. Sorry if I didnt have a $1000 to spend at the same time. Then I get in my car and my middle console has been rummaged through. What the hell is that? Since when does service require someone to go through my things? The receipt for the two tires I had bought was just left thrown on the passenger side floor. Thanks for a horrible service appointment!

My appointment was for 9:00 this morning (Monday) and I arrived 15-20 minutes early. My Service Rep was very nice. My low rating is because I was quoted an hour and a half to 2 hours for my service which was basically an oil change. But I didn’t get out of there for 3 hours. They text you when you sign in so why they don’t text to say you’re going to be there an hour over is beyond me.

The Asst Manager was rude by throwing the number onto my car dashboard. The Service Advisor took too long and never called me to pick up my car, until I called to follow-up and was placed on hold two times. I noticed most of them were standing around, which I feel that they could have tried to expedite the service since I had addressed that I only have one car.

If I could give more stars I would! Ronald at Toyota of Glendora made the impossible, possible! He went above and beyond to help me get a new car. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am for today (10/5/21) for a simple oil change. What should have taken no more than 30 minutes turned into a 3 hour wait! At the 2.5 hour mark my car was still sitting in their back lot without being serviced. I brought it to the service technicians attention and he stated the guys went to lunch. I mean, why accept appointments for that time slot if everyone goes to lunch at the same time? I then spoke to Brian Seaver, the service manager, who apologized and offered no excuse for the extreme delay. Other customers came and went while I waited for an oil change. No discount or accommodation was offered. When I tried to use a coupon from an email sent to me from Toyota of Glendora they refused to honor it because it wasnt presented at the time of service. Despite all of my lost time they still wouldnt honor a $10 coupon for a $100 oil change service. This happened before to me when I had purchased a service plan in which I was made to wait 4 hours for an oil change. Shame on me for giving this dump a second chance. Ill take my business elsewhere and support a local business instead.On a side note, if you dare to purchase a car from this dealership, MAKE SURE TO READ THE NUMBERS! I luckily caught two issues when I went in to purchase a car I was leasing. The first shady act was they entered the wrong interest rate. They added over 2% of the agreed number. Then they tried to get away with adding an interior protection plan without my knowledge. When I challenged them about it they said that plan automatically populates into the contract. So, if youre not paying attention they will slip through an extra $900 into the final sale price. Once you sign and walk out there is NO RECOURSE.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

First of all Chris was amazing, he showed us different models and we test drive a car. A beautiful Toyota camry. My boyfriend Danny felt in love with the car. Chris was very patient with us, we wanted to know if we could afford it. Jeff came to the rescue and he help us to get the payment we could afford . Now in these days !! Everything is so expensive!! And every penny counts . Manny help us with the financing and gave us free oil changes. And Manny explain to us what was cover. Pretty much the car is cover bumper to bumper and we decided to get gap. Most of the time I really dont like to go to the dealers because they pressure you so much. But Chris, Jeff, and Manny really work with us and my experience was wonderful. If you are looking for a car, please go to Toyota Glendora. You wont regret it.

Toyota of Glendora is where I have taken my Toyotasto be serviced because of their efficient service Department.When I took my current Toyota in today at my appointment time for the 1 year service, I was told it would take an 1 1/2 hours and maybe sooner.After waiting 2 hours, I went to service intake personand asked why it was not finished yet? He said it was almost ready. After 30 minutes my cat was finally ready. I left feeling disappointed.

Told me it would be about an hour and a half for a standard service, no worries that it was longer. They called me to ask if I wanted to have my windshield wipers replaced. When I declined the service agent got snippy with me. Then they never called me to pick up my car. 4 hours after I dropped my car off I called to see if my car was ready, and it took three very angry people to see if my car was actually ready. When I go there they hadn’t washed my car like they offered. By this point I just wanted to leave. I most likely won’t go back to this dealership even though it was the closest to my home.

When you go, shop through the internet (I used true car) and then ask for Peter Mehanna in internet sales...truly a genuine and honest salesman (how often can you say that about a car salesman!) And when it comes to doing the numbers you gotta ask for Jeff. They work really hard to make sure you get not just the deal you want, but the deal thats just right for you! Ive had my eye on the newly redesigned Venza Hybrid since it came out last year in 2020. In this insane car market, Toyota of Glendora had just the one I want for the price I was willing to live with...they made me a deal, and I couldnt refuse! Thanks Peter and Jeff! Ill see you in a few years when Im ready to trade in! 😊The car itself is a beauty, even at the LE base level. You get all the safety bells and whistles, along with some really cool luxurious features like the foot activated power lift gate and automatic folding mirrors when you lock and unlock the car. Oh, and its a 2.5L *and* a hybrid! You get the power of the 2.5L engine, and the overall 40 MPG mileage! Drives like a beauty! 😊

On September 18, at 8:15am, I brought my car in to fix a deadly recall with the airbag - which they fixed. I also needed the service center to check my horn, as it is not working and I do not feel safe driving it without a horn. Unfortunately they told me the horn issue could not be resolved. As the folks worked on my car, they cracked my dash. I was told they cracked it. I was told the dash cracked because my car is “brittle”. I was informed they would order the part and it would be replaced, however I have heard nothing back from Toyota of Glendora service center. I am deeply upset and dissatisfied. I purchased my 2010 Toyota Martix from this very dealership, which is an added element of disappointment…

2005 Prius had my Cat stolen and took it to Toyota of Glendora to be replaced. A week later and less than 20 miles the vehicles check engine, red triangle and HSC Alert goes on. Car jumps into maintenance mode and engine shuts off while in drive. Towed back to dealership where they cleared codes and drive it for 5 miles and say nothing is wrong.They made no effort to explain the issue, but acknowledge that the codes were present. A glitch was best answer I got. Made me lose confidence in the dealership and my vehicle. Can something go out with it anytime ?Is my only solution to bring it back to be rest each time ? Very disappointed, I was suspect that it could of been the result of unfinished work from the Cat replacement. But that’s unclear to me as not well-versed in hybrid cars.I was in contact with M. Mcvey.

Dealer could lot find what was causing my car to make the transmission jult after running test in it for two whole business days. They wanted to charge $600 to take it apart after they replaced a battery was still under warranty. I believe they caused the jilting effect but of course they don’t want to take responsibility of it. Taking it to Longo Toyota in la puente to get a second opinion.

My mom recently(08/2021) took her 2015 Sienna for an oil change and check for any problems/recalls before an upcoming road trip. So disappointed because weve heard the rumors around town that theyre cheating customers. As in replacing a rear tail light bulb($38) again, which was supposedly replaced on her last oil change. The quote was actually for more than $1,000. We thought that was outrageous, so we took it to a family friends shop and not one thing on their list needed to be done asap, except replace the tire with a nail in it! The battery and brakes were more than fine when tested and checked by our family friend. We wont be returning unless there is a recall...

I was pretty happy with the service until it was time to finalize the deal. I was told I could finance a certain amount by the salesman but the financing department told me that was wrong. It seemed that they didn’t communicate well as the lady in the financing department didn’t know our payment plan that I had discussed with the salesman. Finally, we were given our car with very little gas in it. The low fuel light turned on on the drive home from the dealership. Very friendly people. They seem like they really do want to help. But it wasn’t the best service.

My first Toyota purchased Aug 2021. My last Toyota I will ever buy. I am disappointed in the Camry Hybrid and the zero service.Re: FINANCE - I cannot reach Toyota Finance. When I finally do, after 1 hour wait time, the rep disconnects me and DOESNT CALL ME BACK. So, I have to call them and wait 1 more hour on hold. This is atrocious. I have not received any payment information from them and everyone is blaming someone else. Finance says the Dealer is supposed to send it. The dealer says Finance is supposed to send it. ZERO customer service.Re: CAR - Disappointed overall. Not comfortable to sit in after 20 minutes, back hurts. The lumbar support is pre-set in ONE height position. It does not go up and down. Toyota thinks that a 48 person and 65 person have the same lumbar position? This is ludicrous! The lumbar pushes into my tail bone and has ZERO support. The hybrid model has a VERY slow acceleration, 1/2 of the Kia hybrid. The Hybrid gas is below posted MPG. I cannot reach the radio knob to change the station because Toyota places the knob far away on the passenger side. The cabin air is really bad. It is ALWAYS hot in the car, even on a 70 day. The air conditioner has to be on 24/7 or you roast. I never had the air-conditioner on in my Kia. The recycled air, to keep out traffic pollution and smoke, doesnt work. Its always hot air. The fan speed is low, even the high setting you do not get much air blowing. All the great features sold to me, are subscription services only, so very bad sales pitching. The BSM (blind spot monitor) does not have an audible alert, so its completely useless. When headlights are in your side mirror, or the sun, you cannot see a warning light. The light isnt effective. You need a loud audible alert. The Lane departure warning wont turn off. Its pretty worthless too. When I try to drive around a dead cat, or move out of the way of a Semi truck coming into my lane to hit me, the steering pulls me back. Ive turned it off 4 times but it doesnt stay off. I paid $5000 for extra features (I made them look for a car with lumbar support, BSM) and none of it works.BOTTOMLINE- not a great car, HORRIBLE customer service. (I am STILL waiting on hold for finance dept, 45 min. the entire time Ive written this review.) I called Glendora sales and complained but he cant do anything for me either. Toyota of Glendora was the best Toyota dealership that my family and I visited (compared to the Ontario and Claremont one). They are a smaller dealership but the selection is great. Our salesman was great and the manager was very understanding and helped us get a great deal.

Dave Davenport in the service department was amazing. Every time I’ve come to get my corolla serviced that I also purchased here he has made the experience a memorable one. He knows how to do his job well and he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are informed of everything that’s happening. He takes The time to explain everything step-by-step what to look out for to be aware of and he explained the entire inspection he allowed me to ask questions and answered them. Everything was done in a timely manner including Dave having my car washed without me asking. He also went as far as to advise me of my wiper blades so I purchased new ones and it was also taken care of while I was there considering the season changing and it being a safety issue. The level of customer service he provides is why I’ve recommended friends and family to not only shop at this location but have vehicles serviced here as well. I wish everyone had this understanding of how people should be treated in general and during the strange times we are in. Toyota Glendora is lucky to have someone representing them like Dave Davenport, Thank you for all of your help sincerely.

At first we couldnt agree with the deal but the salesman name Tony Manzo came through. It took a week to get the amount I desired but Tony Manzo helped me out. He made sure I got the number I wanted. The only thing this dealership should improve on is their own PR. I dont know if it was the weekend but not a lot of the crew were smiling. They should also offer clients some snacks or drink. I saw a lot were not offered any food.

After just buying a car from them, the words I would use is ‘dishonest’ for the manager and closing gal. Both the manager and closing gal rushed me through signing paperwork, not explaining well and talking very fast.They charged me extra for two items that I didn’t want, but said I had to purchase. The paperwork work was misleading. Beware of the document called ‘Contract Cancellation Option Agreement’! Also, they weren’t friendly.
