I started this review on the Walmart Pharmacy at 9600 N Metro Center pkwy West. Where they didnt have my prescription in stock, said it was back ordered and offered no options for how to get my medication. I get a text message saying it will be ready today. It wasnt. I gave them a bad review and a manager calls to address my issue. She tells me I can call other pharmacies to find my medication and then they could call her to have the prescription sent to them to fill. I got to the 6th store and someone answered the phone and put me on hold without saying anything. After a while someone else picked up the phone. He confirmed my medication was in stock so I gave him all my information including the address and phone number to the original pharmacy to have my prescription sent through the System so I could fill it there. At this point it was 6:27pm. Note, I have been trying to fill this since last Friday. It is now 10:01pm and it still has not been filled and obviously they closed at 9pm. They couldnt fill it in 2 1/2 hours? When they had everything they needed? And why did I have to be the one to search for it? I am changing pharmacies.

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE PPL I HAD JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND I WAS TRY TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION I CALLED THE CURBSIDE PICKUP AND WAS RUDLY TOLD TO CALL BACK AT 2 BECAUSE THEY WERE AT LUNCH AND JUST HUNG UP ON ME WHAT KIND OF MANNERS AND PROFESSIONALISM DO U PPL GET TRAINED WITH YOU NEED TO BE TOUGH ALL OVER AGAIN AS TO HOW TO BE A KINDER HUMAN HOW IS IT OK TO TREAT PPL LIKE THAT THE WORLD NEEDS LESS PPL THAT MAKE IT HARD TO DEAL WITH U PPL HERE ARE HORRIBLE

The pharmacy tech is extremely RUDE. Someone needs to retrain her on how to speak with people and not be so snappy. 🙄

Extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service. I called the pharmacy to check on cash price for flu shot they informed me with discount its 47 I showed up and they said they dont do discounts and the price was now 70. Worst customer service from EVERYONE in the pharmacy, per an email they received they dont do discounts. I literally spoke to them in the phone 5 min prior to showing up. They dont take Good Rx per the pharmacy, but I get all my medication with Good Rx discount?? I called Good Rx and they if informed me Walmart pharmacy does accept the discount.

I was slightly irritated because my insurance cards hadnt arrived yet so i could get my prescription but it was worked out after all and im grateful for the assistance they were able to give and the patience that the staff demonstrated so overall i was satisfied with my service.

Please update your pharmacy hours on the sign and on your messages!

Great service. Ran out of meds and gave me enough to get thru a week until I could see my doctor

I was there on Sunday afternoon to pick up medications. I noticed a couple of people sitting down and waiting for their prescription go through on some computer work and phone call one lady was busy to taking care of that. The second lady did help me with my prescription but they didnt apply my secondary coinsurance data so she had to spend a long time to fix it up. I noticed the line started to pile up behind me so I looked around and I saw the third lady who did collect trash bags. I know she did served me before so she know the computer work. But after she was done with the trash bag she remain behind the table and did nothing I noticed she keep looking at the people but she still didnt come to the computer to help the other people. So I asked the Pharmacyst lady what would make that girl who do nothing right this moment to come over here and help for the people. Oh you should see the girl with the head scarf on it her face and she right away straight called me out Im discriminating her. So I explained to her that her job not stay behind the counter and do nothing and she just keep calling me Im discriminating her. I get so angry I hardly can hold myself back. Luckily the first two girls took care of me they were the best and i was able to leave the place. I dont give a damn about religion you can do and believe whatever you want. But if thats your work thats your job, thats what you get paid for, you better do your job and service the customer that was over five or six people behind me waiting for more than 20 minutes. And call me a racist thats really outrageous.

Got help from 2 girls named Lina and Karol, they were chill and helped me for find the items I was looking for👍

The store is filthy, the pharmacy has to be the slowest. But, then what can you expect? These employees, dont get raises, not allowed to work overtime and Walmart tells there own employees to sign up for medicaid. Now you have some understanding of why Walmarts employees dont care about the customer!!!

I went here for an oil change, after an hour walking around the store I was called back to the counter. At this time I was to that the tech broke my ignition key in the cylinder and my oil cap was broken, there for the oil change was never done. I was told that I would be re-imbursed for the need repairs and parts. After buying the parts and fixing the truck myself, I was re-imbursed for the ignition switch and key only. They will not pay for broken oil cap at all and MY LABOR requires an official receipt. Do not trust these people with your belongings.

This Walmart should not have a pharmacy or at least get all new staff and new manager very unprofessional and impolite they messed up my prescription when filling and changed what insurance I have when I updated and was told everything was fine when I dropped them off and when I called to pick them up I asked if everything was good and if any copays husband went to get them they told them my insurance was terminated cause some changed the name of my insurance pretty sure they did all this cause they were about to close I hate to be in pain and restless all night and day cause I took my service else where do not go to this Walmarts pharmacy I would not trust them with your medicine

It seems like in todays world there are problems at just about every pharmacy. I think this pharmacy does a good job at limiting these problems. Great pharmacist and technicians at this store.

This walmart pharmacy has the slowes service. They are rude too. I went and dropped of my prescription and went back a couple hours later and my medicine wasnt even ready! I was in line FOREVER and then the stupid lady was there and wouldnt even call me up. Then after she called me they couldnt even find my prescription!! After they found my medicine after like 15 minutes the other cashier decided to attend another customer in the place where i was like are you serious the other cashier was helping me there. She was just like Sorry to the other cashier. WORST WALMART EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BakeryI will never get a cake from this store again in one month iv ordered 3 cakes and have had issues with each order. the first i got my daughters cake and they lost it then found it and when i went to pay it didnt have a code so i was late for my own daughters party. then my birthday cake i called to make an order and they put me in the deli because the bakery doesnt answer the phone and they were in break for 2 hours wtf i worked for walmart they dont get a 2 hour break and the 3rd cake they refused to make it so we went to frys. this is the worst place to get cakes

Im a stage 4 cancer patient, and they made excuse after excuse why they cant fill my script. And the customer service is cold heart less people, that look like they hate them selves as much as they hate you for asking them to simply do there job. Not to mention they look like they havent washed there apron since they spilled there golden coral all over. DO NOT GO HERE.

My disabled father was shopping there yesterday and trying to load a heavy item from his wheel chair and the only employee that offered any assistance was the crippled greeter.... REALLY WALMART!! This Walmart SUCKS!!!

I called them for a certain proscription and they told me it would be ready in a hour. I go there and they dont even have it in stock ?? Then they made me wait in a long line to get a transfer and then told me I had to do it myself. Never again am I going there!

This store is ok. The employees act like its just a job. The Rxs are less money, but you do not get very good customer service.

Pharmacists over there serve very slowly, and not enthusiastically
