I frequent Costco because I love getting snacks and a few items I can only get from Costco as they are not sold anywhere else. On this occasion I was looking at curtains for an elderly friend….they had good prices and quality items which I was comparing to JC Penny’s. The store is always clean and I’ve never had any issues or problems with their employees. I typically use the self-checkout and there is always at least one employee dedicated to that area to help in case of an issue but there rarely is any issues.I will continue shopping here and would recommend it.One thing I’d change is the poor placement of their gas pumps as people dead set on getting gas just line up spilling out into the road….in their defense they are adding pumps and there is 2 lanes in that area but lame people seem confused over going around the line.

Wonderful place! I think it’s funny so many people complain about the long check out lines. Costco does everything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied with speedy and friendly checkouts. There’s only so much they can do though, and for the things that are out of their control; like long lines/ I don’t think it’s fair to be rated by that. I just wanted to say thanks Costco for great service! 🤗🛒✔️👍🏼

I’ve really never considered writing a review before, either positive or negative. But tonight’s trip to Costco really got under my skin. My wife and I showed up to the Costco on north 79th Ave in Glendale at 8:15 to buy a membership. I dropped her off at the front door and parked since they close at 8:30. By the time I parked and walked toward the door my wife called and told me the lady at the Membership area told her it’s a lengthy process and she would have to either come back or do it on line. Despite the person at the door who first showed her to the area and the second person who called this lady to the membership area. Neither one of them seemed to have an issue.Doing it online is fine but this is bad business and I can’t believe it would’ve taken much more than 15-20 minutes. I know the lady’s name but I’m not into throwing her under the bus. So perhaps Costco could show this review to their membership crew and explain why they’re still on the clock until the doors actually close at the very least. We are now reconsidering buying the $3,000 item we wanted the $60 membership for.Or at least I am. My wife really wants the item, but it’s the principal for me.

Its a Costco. On a Sunday with the after church crowd... This is a good Costco, it has a gas station, parking is typical Costco and laid our about as poorly as any lot meant to pack as many people in as possible can be. The staff here is friendly and helpful, they have a Pharmacy and an eye doc. Go during the week if you can. I prefer the business center selection on 35th and Grand but this is okay.

Found everything I went for. Asked for help finding things and personel was great

So many great items there and for a great price! The only bad thing that I would say is that it is very hard to find parking even during the week.

This past Saturday I was getting gas and when I went to start my car the battery died. Im so thankful that Josh, who was working at the gas station area that day, because he helped push my car out of the way and also gave me a jump. Had it not been for him I would have been lost!!! Thank you so much Josh for going above and beyond your duties.

Ive been going to this location for over 10 years and its just disappointing to see what the shopping experience has become today. The self check-out really isnt self check-out when the staff insists on helping even after you tell them you dont need help. I only had a few items and can manage on my own. The lady at the self check-out today and also other times that Ive gone, dont seem to trust customers to do the scanning on their own and just have to wonder all kiosks and so some scanning. Its confusing and annoying when Im scanning and you just have to come in and start scanning too. Today, after paying, I decided to switch boxes for the eggs and what I didnt realize was the self check-out lady already had a guy standing behind me ready to scan. In a super derogatory tone, she asked if I had another purchase, I said no and simply was switching out boxes so the eggs wont break. Immediately, she got so annoyed and said OH GOSH! right behind me, making sure it was loud enough for me to hear. Be a little nicer to your paying customers. I have seen their staff getting annoyed with customers if there are hiccups and they dont hide it at all. They all show it to make sure you know. The fact that no one has responded to a single review here tells me they dont care what their customers have to say.

The food court never disappoints! Love me some churros. And great deals for when the items needed are an excess amount like enough for a small village!

Is there really a reason to review Costco?? If you are not going there at least 3 times a month are you really living life?? Headed there today for cake for my bday cause if you know what I know about that cheesecake filling....theres nothing better.

Costco has been cutting some of its services. Went online to look for tiers for my vehicle. Shows that store does not have them in stock, so, I placed an order.Next day I stopped by on my way home from the airport for some items.Turned out that the store has them in stock. Tried to cancel my online order, but it was to much of a hassle and I had to call a third party supplier instead of Costco. Now I have to wait more than 10 days for the tires to be shipped to store, then make an appointment to get them installed. A great wast of time just because the Website was greatly misleading.

I love Costco, but the one in Glendale leaves a lot to be desired. The lady that greets you is very grumpy, unless I always catch her on a bad day.Also, Im wondering if management knows that their employees are parking directly out the front door to the left where the customers should be parking.I like that they brought back the special shopping times for seniors on Tuesday and Thursdays but they need to keep it to seniors only!

Very busy place. Great samples. Good employees, who seem to know where everthing is located.Great selection of food, electronics, clothes and jewelry.Dont leave without stopping for a hot dog. Yum, yum.

Love, Love and Love Costco. Go for one thing and always come out with extra with a smile... Always find things Im not looking for and the prices are great. Employees are so friendly and helpful... Even when lines are very long it really doesnt take long to check out. Love that... Then I have to stop on my way out for pizza and a strawberry sundae...

They always have what I need when I need it the only thing is do not go on the weekends unless you are comfortable being around lots and lots of people it was so busy this weekend that you could barely even get around the corner to do anything let alone push your cart and when you did you had to make sure there wasn’t someone standing right next to it because it felt like I was playing bumper carts!! Haha

Picked up this great item at Costco. This changes the way you can cook healthier, without using foil or worrying about the grill touching your food. This ceramic cooking tray is a must-have for the serious Chef who wants to cook healthy foods. Non stick, easy to clean. Highly recommended! 👍👌👊💥😉

The store was fine but the service and time for our food was very long. We waited 45 mins for our food...however, after speaking to the manager he did make it right by returning my money for the pizza. I definitely appreciate him doing that.

Clean and mostly well stocked. They were out of TP and are limiting paper towels and bottled water.

Membership services was a pleasure to talk to, quickly got our cards ready, & very informative.

Costco always have our needs from grocery to hardware and personal needs. Gasoline line is pretty steady with traffic, but the car wash makes up for the wait.

We have been exceptionally happy with Costco, which may sound a little odd for a warehouse wholesaler.The service is always great, whether we are getting new glasses, getting a new mortgage (yes really!) And today getting new phones.Geoff was knowledgeable, very energetic, and walked us through the whole process and sent us home with what we needed.Every aspect of our history with Costco has been awesome. Oh, except they dont carry churros any longer! Not enough to remove a star!

Discontinued items sends us to Sams more and more.After getting hooked on homemade Costco pull-apart cinnamon rolls,they stopped.Cabbage Rolls were great, now gone as well.Same for Shout stain remover, gone.Multi purpose degreaser. White,leather tennis shoes for 15.00, gone.Environmental safe dish soap. Regular Lays potatoe chips.So, Seems as Sams is watching what Costco lacks and quickly fills the needs.Spices were a Costco great with full line of Tones, now just about all they have is Salt and pepper.Maybe the Buyers will take notice and react, before we just stop altogether.

Great Costco and location. It’s the first one I’ve been to with a car wash! I hope the other ones get them too. Most only have a gas station.

Like the prices (gas is 20 cents less expensive) and everything is excellent quality. Really like the meats and veggies. Glasses are the best price available. Only drawback is the overcrowded parking lot and long check out lines.Update: Spring has come to Costco. Every year they have a new whirligig and this year it is a really different and very attractive. Bathing suits, spring clothing, bbqs, spas, outdoor dining sets, and much more. Only getting paper products and vitamins today, but that whirligig is intriguing. May have to come back soon.

Went nearing closing time hoping for less crowds but fairly busy & unlike the location in Tucson it does not seem to check that all wear masks. I also saw quite a few noses hanging out! Next time will try early in am during senior hour.

Customer service is great, they keep carts really clean and sanitized, they were fully stocked, lines ran smooth, and parking no problem. Getting gas there meant jumping into crowded line of cars, but it moves pretty quick. Had to return something from a year ago, and no questions asked, they are awesome like that, as long as you DONT abuse that privilege and ruin it for everyone!

Costco is a a 5 star 🌟 store! They usually have great deals 👌 on bulk purchases. Try not to go any weekend M-T is best. ***My review comes with a disclaimer that comes with a visit to Costco. So everyone in the store is usually a paid member 🤔 which is fine and dandy. Thing is you would swear by the smug plodding along or clogging aisles while they obliviously browse and having to touch everything in sight that somehow they paid more for the membership that entitles them to be a douche, barrier, and nuisance and this is all types of people man, woman and child.***💯

We really do like our Costco. The store is clean and bright, the parking lot is large enough to handle the crowds, and the restrooms are cared for.Shopping is easy, the staff is helpful and will find out if they do not know.We use the departments, the bakery, the pharmacy, the optical, the photo, etc.We save money on our home and office needs.Costco is consistent, so if one is away from home, the Costco where they are will be like the one at home.Sometimes they do discontinue a favorite item, but then it can usually still be found online.Costco also has Business Centers which are different than the warehouses and cater to the needs of the small business or restaurant owner.

Costco is on of the best places to find good deals. I have found it to be the cheapest place for K-cups when you buy the Kirkland brand. Pacific Bold for a dark roast and Breakfast Blend for a light roast are my favorite and when on sale you can purchase a box of 120 k-cups for only $35.00.

Costco is usually packed but they manage to get you out fairly quick, its one of my favorite places to shop when Im looking for electronics or oddities

We always like it when the fresh seafood comes in.The hospitality that makes you feel like youre an honored guest. Always helpful employees make shopping here great experience most of the products are far superior to any traditional Grocery store.

So I usually dont have this problem here but I had gone to Costco today and I was open carrying, practicing my second amendment. I was approached by a costco member and was asked to put my firearm in the car. I advised there is no posted sign and the associate advised it is private property and can request it. He went on to say that the reason they request it is because of the type of clientele at Costco. Goes to show costco will kneel to the Karens of the world.

I love going there when Im insta shopping. Almost always find what Im looking for and Associates are always willing to help find items or to verify that they are out of stock.

A clean, well-kept Costco with all the standard fare you would expect at Costco. This is a fairly busy location with parking at a premium and some lines depending on exactly how busy things are. My only con is that it was difficult to find an employee to ask questions when I was trying to locate items. This has been my experience more than once at this location. Its not a major gripe but is something I feel that should be noted.

Insanely busy and sometimes rude customers but the staff is always friendly, the facility is clean and the value for the quantity is great for large families! One of my favorite places to shop since high school. Love the fresh pizza and yummy treats on the way out as well!!

I have always liked shopping at this Costco until a month or so ago! Something has really changed! Employees were always friendly and easy to find now they are rude, cold, unfriendly and hard to find when you need one. There are always a lot of them hanging around the front of the store but not in the aisles to help. The cashiers used to greet you, be friendly and say thank you. Now they dont look you in the eye, bark at you, hand you your receipt and move on to the next person.So, Im paying a membership fee to spend money here and be treated rudely...

Costco, is just plain awesome, what else can I say. Great gas prices, clothes are great, great for stocking up pantry items. Fantastic electronics. DO NOT forget your rotisserie chicken!! (I buy 2, one for dinner, then de-bone the second one, use the meat with fettuccine Alfredo, or simmer in taco seasoning, 2 meals done)
