The staff is nice but the products aren’t so good why? Because some of the items sit on the shelves for apparently months... my poor boyfriend of course never checks the expiration date & ended up taking some of this expired medicine, while I always check & found this. I’ll be back to return it & hopefully find a non-expired one 😳

I’m canceling Family Dollar until I am given the choice as to whether or not I wear a mask in this store. This plandemic is getting very old. If everyone has the opportunity to get the vaccine, they should get it if they are that concerned. And if this vaccine is available, then masks are unnecessary. The governor of AZ has lifted the state mandate. We live in the United States, land of the free. If you wear your mask, you’re protecting yourself. Don’t worry about me and my health. That’s my concern.

I went in barefooted And the black man tiled me that I have to have shoes on it’s the law I said no it’s not and he said yes it is I work I work 60+ hr. A week on my day off I don’t want to Shoes it’s my right and There’s no sign at the front door so I went on on in he was so rude no one else says anything at any other stores an im always going to this store not anymore

My family comes to this store a lot. Id come in here and there with my hoodie up and there was no problem. And I always followed mask protocol. But today I was discriminated against and accused of stealing because I was wearing a hoodie and basketball shorts. The employee by the name of Nancy stopped and stood behind me as I was shopping and just stared. I asked her if she needed anything and then she proceeds to tell me to take my hoodie off. I refused. She then accused me of stealing and told me to leave the store making a scene in the process. This was extremely unprofessional and discriminating. Hopefully the manager Elizabeth can retrain Nancy on some etiquette lessons. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

To the employees at family dollar. Before telling your customers that it is mandatory and embarrassing someone over the intercom about wearing a mask. Do your research. Some people cannot wear a mask due to health reasons or etc... law suits will be popping up. We do have constitutional rights ! Read them and educate yourself. And as far as shopping at this location. It is the most dirtiest and has the rudest employees. And cant hold onto their managers. Dont do your shopping here. There are other dollar stores that will gladly welcome you into their store.

Not sure if its because its the holiday season or what. This location did not have anything I was looking for in stock. Food items were expired and the cashier was rude.

I really hate this family dollars. Everyday they dont open on time. Its always 12pm to do inventory. If they cannot do inventory and open up the store. What kind of business is this? Rather miss out on money to do inventory. Please change the rules. Just lost a customer. 99 cent store is where I will start going. Family dollars dont know how to multi-task.

I was informed that masks are now required but i legally cant wear a mask while conceal carrying here in AZ or its a class 6 felony so for my fellow 2nd amendment supporters beware of family dollar stores from now on

Store was very cluttered. Many fire hazards present and the cashier( an older lady) was very rude. If there are limits on how many of a certain item you can buy make sure that there are signs to indicate that. Otherwise, the customer should be free to purchase whatever quantity they want/need.

You can get name brand cheap

The store is dirty feeling. They apparently require 3 employees to surround you to demand you wear a mask. When told you have medical exemption, they say it doesnt matter, and flank you to get you out. What happened to the social distancing???

Never really leave review a when I know what kind of place or hood Im shopping in but I shop at this family dollar often and these ladies working tonight were lazy and just chit chatting the whole time. One lady asked if they could check the back for something she needed and had already came for the other day and it was still out and instead of amusing her to go and check they told her they didnt have it with some stupid excuse after the lady had already been looking for someone to help her for quit awhile. I only know this because Ive passed her by like 6 times and she kept looking for someone and ask me if there anyone here to help whatever not my problem so I kept shopping and ran into two men that were obviously shoplifting eating chips and drinks as they pretend to look around in which I felt a little uneasy because I had my two children and they kept come down the same aisle as us and got way to close each time but whatever I just kept my kids close to me. if the staff there wasnt watching them or care that they were stealing not my problem so i continue shopping and finally my daughter 4 years old needed to use the restroom knowing Family Dollar doesnt allow people to use the restrooms I still ask because she is 4 years old and I also had a 10 month old with me and for me to Run to a another store or to the QT was going to be just way too much so we asked and to get their answer was no I said not even for my daughter if she just needs to go and they said no so angry I wanted to leave my stuff but having to juggle two kids I still went ahead and paid for it told my daughter to please hold it and hopefully you dont pee yourself and only then did they offer to to let her use the restroom angry already with them I said no checked out and went to the QT across the street where I dont need to make a purchase for my four-year-old to pee but I spent my money at this Family Dollar and it was a straight no for my four-year-old to go to the restroom. As an ex employee and customer service this is not how I was trainned to handle these situations and I am very upset with this stuff that they had working Im more mad at myself that I purchased anything here. If it wasnt cold outside and if I didnt have two kids that I had to juggle around I would have had left.

I love Family Dollar. It is affordable with a good selection of quality merchandise. I was so happy to find out it was just across the street from Glendale Manor my new apartment complex!

Well usually great experience but someone yesterday was trying to hustle the store with some stuff they bought the cashier dealing with him did well but maybe call for back up cashiers.

I love this store it has almost everything i truly need..

So I went in 8/3/18. Most days I see the same employees but that day I walked in and there were two women. Cas was one and the other was named Marcela . I guess Marcela is an assistant. Well anyways Marcela sat there and was given dirty looks. I didnt mind it to much but the way she was talking to Cas, was crazy rude. She was treating her like she was stupid and was given her attitude. I dont know how this Marcela has a job. Why do you guys keep people like her in your company. She sure respect her employer. After all that Marcela was on the phone telling whoever she was talking to in Spanish that Cas was stupid and the reason why her sister doesnt have a job and how she cant wait to get her fired. Really people. Fire this disrespectful child. Cas was nothing but nice to the customers and made sure everyone was quick through the register . I will be reporting to coorpate as well
