I was impressed with the cleanliness of the garage, then with the friendliness of the staff. The problem I was dealing with turned out to be from something I was trying to get installed by an outside business, but Kevin offered to explain the issue to the other tech. That was generous and much appreciated. I also appreciate the professionalism of the mechanics. This place is now on my list of go-to businesses.

Such an awesome experience! Everyone was so welcoming and willing to assist. I was not planning on purchasing a new car so soon but the deal was too sweet for me to pass up. Brandi Winfrey, the salesperson, was truly amazing. I have several family members who have purchased vehicles from him and they speak very highly of him. I take my truck to Heisers QuickService on 76th St in Milwaukee north of Good Hope Rd. Always easy to get in, no waiting, and the service (oil change) is done at a fair price with the right synthetic oils. They also let me know if other services are warranted, but dont try to sell me anything. It costs me less there than at other places Ive been.

The Service Advisor Benjamin Kaufman was very polite, knowledgeable, competent and helpful. Not only did he have his technicians change my oil in my Prius, but he listened to my concerns about possible leaking oil, and did an oil dye and had me come back twice to make sure there was not problem. While they had my car up, they noticed my rear brace was rusty and needed to be replaced.I would definitely go back there and recommend them!

Save your money and go elsewhere! I went to the dealership four times for the same technological issue and each person I saw had a different answer than the person that I talked to before them. Their staff is incompetent and if you ask questions they shrug their shoulders and say that the answer they provided is all they know. When I left, after the fourth visit I was told over the phone by the tech guy I needed to be at a certain version of software and I was still below that level. I do not know if they are just too lazy to figure out the problem or figured I was close enough and figured they would stop there. Seriously STAY AWAY!

I absolutely Love Heiser Ford. Im on my second vehicle from them and have taken my car there for service which has usually been for oil changes and 1 or 2 very minor things that were covered under warranty. Ive never really had any problems with my vehicles. The service people are always very polite and friendly. My last visit was in April 2021 to have a tire fixed/patched. They got me in and our relatively quick. Great service as usual.

Usually have a great experience here but not this time. Took my car in for a visor repair on Friday around 3 pm had an appt. Didnt get a call or any communication from them about the repair status. I called Saturday morning when they were open and was told the technician had just started looking at my vehicle and they would call me later that day. I called about an hour before closing and was simply just told they would probably get to it on Monday. No other explanation given.

These guys offered me a better price without the haggle. They had a great selection of inventory and everyone from the porters, salesman and managers were a absolute pleasure to deal with. Its good to know there are good dealerships like this still out there that you know you are getting a fair deal. I would definitely recommend.

My son came home on leave from the marine corps and we purchase him an f-150. He need to take it back to California in 10days. We got it home and noticed a slight leak. After calling Bob, the sales manager, he set us up with an appointment to get it looked at and fixed. Heiser definitely takes care of any issue that arises and they stood by their word. I definitely will be going back to them for my other sons car purchase any future ones. Thanks guys!

Had some issues that were blamed on misunderstandings. Operation manager refunded overcharged amount.I liked the visit later. The car wash people were very nice and one of the managers washed my car off when I returned after seeing some white paint looking product on my car and he was still kind even when he didnt care for my review. Thanks for your great customer service.My first experience wasnt the greatest so I have to give 4 stars.

I have been dealing with Heiser Ford for many years. We just purchased a 2021 F250 from John Hutchinson (Hutch) and the entire experience was simply fantastic. Got the best price possible, top dollar on our trade, and it was all done without having to go to the dealership. Hutch brought the vehicle to my business for inspection and test drive, and once I was satisfied with the deal, they brought the fully detailed truck to my shop, and picked up my trade. A+

Purchased a truck here, did all my research, went in and got what I felt like was a good deal. This is my third time buying at a dealership, Ive also seen other family members buy cars at various dealerships, and honestly this was the best dealership experience Ive ever had. They never made me feel like they were trying to screw me over, which many dealerships often do. In fact, while I was there, I overheard a salesperson calling a customer, and letting them know that a car they were looking at was just traded in and had a little rust developing that is easy to miss. That blew me away that they would be so honest and upfront about something like that because many places would hide something like that from you. I will definitely go back there for my next vehicle. If they dont have a car you like, just reach out to them and let them know what youre looking for. I dealt with Jordan & Pat, ask for them if you can. Im in sales in a way as well, so I always appreciate honest and humble salespeople and was glad I dealt with these guys.

Im not sure how Heiser does it... We just picked up our third Lincoln Navigator today, and everytime our experience is second-to-none!Chris Meyer is unbelievably thorough and accommodating. His no-bs approach is refreshing when it comes to a car buying experience. In and out in under 2 hours, no pressure or uncomfortable sales pitches. Just good - olfashion customer service at its best. We drive hours to buy from Chris and always leave with a smile.The vehicle we ordered came in before we expected, and it was a pleasant surprise that it was ready the same day it arrived. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. They took me right in, about 3 minutes at the counter doing the paper work. I found a comfortable chair in the waiting area and read a book. About 45 minutes later my car was parked out front washed (it really needed that) oil changed already to go.

Have treated us well and found a huge problem two other dealers said wasn’t there and was normal . Took some time but thankfully it was covered under warranty and saved us thousands of dollars . Will come here as much as possible even though location is sketchy as hell . (Us country folk don’t always do well in the city ) also providing us with a comparable truck instead of whatever was beyond appreciated.

This is the second Ford Fusion SE Ive bought. My first Ford Fusion I bought used but given the trade in value for my used car, discounts and incentives I bought new this time as it was a great deal. My used Fusion SE 2012 was a very reliable car with no major issues throughout the time I had it. The 2020 Fusion SEs additional and improved safety features are impressive. My only disappointment is that Ford has made the decision to discontinue this model.

The car on the day I picked it up could have been a little cleaner. It still had the slight hint of dog in it, and pet hair in the seats and underneath them also. The carpet could have been cleaner. I like the car just that a little more care and preparation for delivery could have been sought after.

I had a 10:00am appointment. There were 4 advisors at their station. After an extended period of time I was acknowledged by someone would be with you.After a period of time someone came out and advised I could go sit somewhere. After 1.5 hours I decided to check why the oil change was taking so long. again I was not acknowledged. I left the service area, went to the cashier, explained what I needed. Then 2 service advisors came out and apologized explaining they were preparing my bill.I requested a feedback form and was advised it would come via email. I got into my car to began my exit and noticed grease and dirt on the door and over the sun visor. I drove back into the service bay, showed them the oil and dirt. They had the same young man who told me to sit somewhere to clean off the oil and dirt. He cleaned part of it and he and the service advisor had a ta -ta with one another in my presence. I asked for the solution and rag and cleaned the oil as best as I could and left.I did report the horrible experience. I was informed the young man who told me to go sit somewhere was no longer employed with Heiser, however no mention of the other4 service advisors who ignored my presence. Heiser did have my car detailed, however I will never go there again!

I recently took my 2013 Ford C-Max to be serviced. The issue was my front bearings. I had been driving on them way past the point of repair and the vibration and noise could be felt throughout the car by passengers and myself. Heiser Ford provide a reasonable quote which I verified with a friend who is a mechanic.When I got my car back, it drove as good as the first day I bought it. The ride was very smooth. It feels like Im driving a new car!! I called the next day, asked to speak with management and let them know I was please with their service. Ive been going to Heiser Ford for over ten years their service and customer appreciate seems to get better, year after year. Please, keep up the great work!!!

This was my second time buying a car from a dealership. I did my research and went to check out a Ford Fusion Se Hybrid and potentially buy on the same day if everything goes alright. I called ahead to book a slot for test drive, and when I arrived (albeit fashionably half an hour later) the car was warmed up, cleaned and ready for a spin. I was happy with the ride and took enough time to inspect everything I know (its not much, trust me) about cars and I was immediately given a copy of the inspection conducted by Heiser Ford for a quick understanding.Now the best part begins, I was introduced to Mr. Mike Levin who was handling my case. The best thing about him is that he created a very trusting and relaxed environment with his gestures, patience and tone. I am very pleased with his service. He is calm, composed and a good listener and of course very knowledgeable of what he is selling! It never felt I was being pushed to make a decision or any other trick at play to sell me the car (maybe its a unique sales tactic, but it worked).I did not know a dealership must fill at least 1/4 of your tank when you purchase a vehicle! Mike informed and arranged that for me. Thats plain and simply honesty, integrity and genuine work ethics. Also, Mike and Timothy (who handled my paperwork and autoloan) both went extra miles to get me a second car key and added it to my purchase contract, while I was unaware of whether this car has a second key. Their transparency won my heart!I had to go back to get the second key after a few days! Meanwhile, Mike called me, emailed me to check if I am happy with the car, or need any assistance. Very professional of him, he greeted me outside the building when I came in for the second time to pick up the key as I confirmed him beforehand that I am coming.In summary, this was a very nice and quick (around two hours) experience for me!Heiser Ford got some really nice and trustworthy professionals!Good luck to you guys!

Just bought a 2013 Subaru from the ford dealership! The car was exactly how it was described to me. The whole of test driving the car and signing out the final paper work only took about an hour. I had the absolute best experience in a car dealership EVER. I was looking for a Raptor with the options I wanted. Heiser Ford had it. I called up in early May, spoke to General Manager Chris Meyer, and explained that I wanted the truck, but wouldnt have funds until late June, early July. He said no problem, Ill hold the truck on a Gentlemans Agreement, no deposit, nothing! Have you ever heard of something like that from a dealership, they make their living selling and moving cars. Chris kept in touch with me by phone, emails, and texts. He told me a lot of people wanted the truck, but he told them no, it was spoken for. My funds came in, paid what I thought was a great price, and Chris arranged shipping, as I live in Tucson AZ. If anyone is looking for a Ford, I recommend that you call Chris Meyer. My experience was a 10+, and Ive been buying card and trucks for over 40 years. As I said, best experience EVER!!! Thanks Chris, and Heiser Ford, you have made me a customer for life.

I bought a used vehicle-not a toyota from Heiser Toyota. I elected to purchase the oil change option. At my first oil change appointment several things happened. One, I waited 1hr and 45 minutes for the oil change. No apologies for the wait other than an explanation that they didnt have the filter in stock and had to get one. Remember now that they have a sign posted that they service all makes and models. However what good is that if you show up for an appointment and then have to wait extralong because they dont have the part. Second, after the oil change and went to drive my vehicle home only to see that the technician left an oil rag on the passenger seat of my car. Third, during my wait in their showroom some one stole my prescription sunglasses. Now I realize that Heiser cant be responsible for the actions of some thief but they should have responded more proactively to secure their waiting area. Even though I purchased the oil change package I WILL NOT do business with Heiser. I do NOT recommend their service.

This is the second unpleasant experience i have had there. I made appointment to fix my rear camera that is upside down and replace my wheel well covering on my front passenger side two weeks inadvànce. I asked for a loaner at the time I scheduled the appointment and was told that the amount of my repair did not qualify for a loaner. So opted for a dropped my car off and take courtesy ride to work. I waited over am hour a driver. the service representative never told the driver that I was waiting in lobby. So i was late for work. when i asked if the work was started or completed I was told no it hasnt been looked at yet but if I want i can take my car as an option. Instead of rep apologizing to inform the driver that i was waiting. I explained that the purpose of me being here was to have my serviced why would I take my car. The driver was polite no complaints there. This all took place btween the hours of 7am to 845am. The next irritating thing that took place was notified at almost 4pm that the part needed to fix car had to be ordered. I stated that this is why Iasked for a loaner two weeks ago. The parts are never in and always have to be order which leaves me without transportation. The rep did provide me with a loaner. However, the car was filthy and unsanitzed. My car eventually was fixed a couple days later. My keys were misplaced when I arrived to pick up my vehicle which the cherry on top of the horrible experience. I believe that the Lincoln experience is great for most however I have not had the pleasure.

In the past my experience at the Heiser Ford Lincoln on Silver Spring Drive has been consistently outstanding. My most recent visit was a disaster. My car was scheduled for an oil change at 430 pm I arrived at 415 pm. Approximately 30 minutes into my wait I was incorrectly informed that my cars entire electrical system was not working and that my car would need to stay overnight . ( I had driven my car in without issue except for low tire pressure).I informed the service representative that I needed to obtain items out of my car and it was only then that I pointed out that the car they thought was mine was not mine and to make matters worse they could not locate my car as they had not even started working on it.My oil change eventually was completed at no cost to me except that it was done late, I was misinformed about the status of my car and did not obtain my paperwork until 3 days later.Not the best of experiences but the staff continues to be pleasant and addressed the issue professionally.

On Wednesday July 8, 2020 I had my Ford Fusion towed to Heiser Ford for service on the power steering. On Saturday July 11, 2020 I called the service department to see if they had looked at it yet. When I called they said they had no record of a car there under my name. After I explained that it was towed there after hours Keith- Service writer told me he would go look for it. He called me back and said it was there but the name was spelled wrong on the service order and that is why he couldn’t find it. I was told they had done the diagnostic test and that the steering problem was related to a recall on that Make/Model. He told me what the cost would be and that they would submit it to Ford for approval to cover under the recall. He also told me that he would call me back to let me know what he found out. On Tuesday July 14, 2020 he stated he had to file special paperwork for the recall because it was over on mileage. We picked the car up on Wednesday July 15, 2020 and was told there was still not response from Ford. We had to pay for the service and they would reimburse us if Ford authorized the recall? It has been 3 weeks now since we first took the car in. I have called several times to check in on the recall and all I get told is we are still waiting to hear from Ford? The entire week my car was there nobody took the time to call me with any progress or to tell me when it would be done. Every time I called it took forever to “find” the car because nobody ever corrected the spelling of my name on the invoice so when I called I didn’t exist. Then I was told it would be done by Noon on Wednesday 7/15 and still had to wait for almost an hour before it was done. I had to pay the full bill and still have no answer as to if the recall would in fact cover the cost. The customer service I received was appalling, every time they said they would call me back they didn’t. I had to continuously call them. I don’t even think they actually submitted anything to Ford for the recall and simply made me pay for it. I feel like I am still getting the run around about it as I have called several times since we picked it up looking for an answer. I will never do service there again.

I bought a vehicle from these guys in 2016 and I honestly will never purchase another vehicle from them again. The service department is average at best and is the crux of my problems with this dealer.Last Fall I wanted to take advantage of a tire special they were running that offered up to $140 in rebates on select tires. I asked the tech which tires were eligible for the deal and he proceeded to show me. I picked out some tires and had the old ones changed out. When I went to fill out the paperwork for the rebate, it turned out the tires I picked were in fact not eligible for the deal. My wife called the service manager and explained to him that the tech gave us the wrong information. He vowed to check into it and ultimately he agreed we would receive the rebate. That was three months ago. Weve since been getting the run around and I dont expect to see the rebate we in fact earned.As an aside, my wife and I went to this dealer last summer to look at purchasing a Ford Expedition. The sales guy they assigned to us was a disaster. You could have gotten more knowledge about the vehicle from a mime. When we complained, they finally gave us a sales rep who was more informed, but after wasting 40 minutes with the other guy, the mood had been set.Again, I would not recommend this dealer for a new vehicle and definitely would not recommend the service department.

I would not accept a estimate from them and rely on it being close! Took my F350 in for a oil change, which should have included oil, filter and check other fluids level. This is what I ask for, and noted on the estimate. My estimate was for $51.12. My normal change in La. is between $60-$90. Thought maybe they had a special on at the time. Even made a comment to service manager about the price being good. Upon receiving my bill, low and behold it escalated to $150.33. 3 times the estimate. They charge me for extra oil, hell they sale Ford trucks. Don’t they know how much oil their product holds. Charge me for gaskets, didn’t need the oil pan removed, just a plug! Then $45.00 labor. So I can’t for the life of me figure out what the estimate was for! If they had said it’ll be $150.33 I would have said fine, getter done. It’s the taking advantage of and assuming that since they have my truck, I’ve gotta pay! I had even schedule my truck in for a tire rotation and tire sensor repair. Guess what folks, I want be seen near Heiser Ford Lincoln ever again!

Best Car Purchase Ever. I typically hate when I comes time to purchase a car, and we have done it a lot. We have purchased a total of 21 cars in our history. This was by far the best purchase ever. The day we bought it, we didnt even intend to make a deal - just checking things out regarding the stock of new Ford Rangers. Well they had one quite close to what we wanted. They asked if we would be trading in our great condition 2004 Ranger. Within a few minutes we had numbers on what they were thinking on both vehicles. None of that crazy...let me take this to my manager just good honest communication. We put down a deposit and they assured us that they could find the exact vehicle we wanted so we could have the spray in liner in the bed. Within 10 days we had the truck on the lot and it had all we were looking for and the price remained spot on. They likewise negotiated well with us on added warranties. The delight continued as we picked up the vehicle. I bet the concierge spent an hour with us showing us the ins and outs of all the features including the safety features. A great buying experience.

I need them to get better training on Ford cars and trucks. I almost spent money for something minor. I tried telling them wat I felt the issue was and they wouldnt listen until I went to go get my truck removed a decor and the problem was solved. I had other issues but Im not in the mood to discuss. They really just need more training and to listen to their clients.

I give a 2 star two due to the service attendants, one star for each. The service attendant that checked me in was very disconnected right away to my concerns regarding one of the main reasons I brought the vehicle in that day and right away I felt I was not going to receive the typical service that I had been accustomed to at Heiser. When he came into the waiting room he brought attention to the lug nuts that needed to be changed out but not about that foil boom A shield that was coming off under the car. I told him I just had new manufacture lug nuts put on like two years ago and was surprised to hear they were wearing out already, the car is a 2013 Ford Escape SEL. He said I could buy them online and when my husband approached him asking what size, he said he didn’t know and would have to go to the parts department, so he went only to be treated rudely there (star #2). Mind you my husband had just got off work himself that morning and was looking a bit grungy. When he asked the attendant at the parts desk there about the size of the lug nuts he ask my husband if his car was being serviced. What does that have to do with the question he asked him? I ended up looking it up myself online and by the time my husband got back I ordered them through Amazon, and I’m glad I did.Eventually the car’s oil change was done and I asked again for a quote on how much the repair would cost to replace that shield under the car. He said “300 to 400”, i then said what is it then $300 or $400? I asked for the quote again. He finally went back to his computer to figure it out. He came back into the waiting area five minutes later waved the papers at me and then dropped the papers off at the cashiers counter and went back to the garage and didn’t say anything else to me. I read the quote as I was checking out, only to see that it would cost over $500 to replace this piece on my own, no input from him whatsoever.I’ve been taking my car to service here since I bought my car so they could see that I took good care of it. This one visit has made me realize that my commitment to servicing my car there is no longer welcomed and that I will drive clear to the south side or another town if I have to service and eventually buy my new Ford Edge that I want this year.It doesn’t take much to be kind and helpful in customer service and if your job is assisting customers and you are getting paid to do that job, do that job well to the best of your abilities. Provide the same experience to all your customers in all your encounters, regardless of whatever it is that make your cringe when you see them. If you can’t provide exceptional service in your encounters in a genuine manner, then don’t work with customers period.

I stopped in to the service department in the morning on the spur of the moment, no appointment. I was going to be in the area for a few hours and asked if if they could fit me in for service without an appointment.They said it shouldnt be a problem and would call me when my car was ready. Service was completed and car was ready before I was done with my errands. We have been dealing with Heiser Ford for about 9 years with no problems or concerns. Always courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating when possible.
