First off.. Great customer service. Spoke with Karl on the phone. He answered all my questions and knew what i wanted and eased my concerns. After arriving we were greated and Cisco came and took care of us. He answered every question and every concern. It took about 2 hours and did not feel pressured. We drove off in a new car. I transferred to Phoenix with my employer and needed to buy a vehicle. I haven’t purchased a new vehicle since 2010 and having cars to see online makes it so much easier. I went to the Mesa Drive Time and Manny was extremely helpful with a few cars I had seen online. I kept looking to make sure I wanted to go with a hybrid, (duh, gas prices these days) and found one I wanted at the Glendale Drive Time. I worked with Cisco and the Manager, Karl. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with the whole process of buying a car from them. I highly recommend Drive Time.

He got me into a vehicle that was exactly in my price range, Francisco was able to help me before going in with finding the right vehicle with the exact amount I wanted to pay monthly. I just went in did a test drive and was in and out with my new vehicle ! Francisco also did a follow-up call to see if we were still happy with the vehicle ! VERY HAPPY with our decision !

They work very hard to make sure your needs are met. I had a gentleman named Cody and he did an excellent job to make sure I drove out of there in a car that same day, as well as Faith the receptionist. Any questions I had Cody made sure he found the answers. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesnt want to be ripped off by other riff/raff car dealers. They are very honest, hard working people, no reading between the lines, straight forward people.

I had fun. Andrew was a hoot and friendly. He had me feeling at ease during my visit and the paperwork was breezy. There were many cars to choose from and I never felt like my budget boundaries were being pushed.

The information they give you isn’t accurate. I had been communicating with them for about 2 weeks. Making sure my down deposit was correct, calling periodically to see if the car I wanted was still there, and just making sure I wasn’t going to be wasting my time. I show up money in hand, making $2500-3000 a month, and working full time delivery through Uber Eats. Keep in mind I asked MANY times if they took Uber as a form of employment and the general manager Maurice told me many times that they do. I show up and spend 10 whole minutes there before they tell me they don’t take delivery services. But the cherry on top of this whole situation was, a customer came in with a big ole “UBER” sticker in the windshield and they treated him like royalty. Took his car, taking photos for a trade in I would assume, and can sell to him as a Uber driver but not me? From here on out I will tell everyone how they treated us like dirt and treated another customer in the same situation like a human being. Unlike us. This place is trash. Also, the salesman saw we had masks on while looking at the car we wanted outside, and the second I walked in the door he literally FLUNG his mask on his face. I won’t give you a sale because you fake caring about the worldwide pandemic. I don’t need fake. I don’t care if you wear a mask or not, I have a 1 year old at home and I feel more comfortable wearing it. Just an awful experience all round.

Everything was great..i was, only, not happy with a request for a full tank of gas at signing, they said okay. However, at pick up it only had a quarter of a tank.Everything else was great!Well lit area and covid protocols calls in place. Easy accessibility. Great online store and pre approval.
