Do not get your car serviced here. Every single time I came I left with more service lights on which required me to come back. They cracked my windshield one of those times. They fixed it but took two weeks to even get back to me. The service staff does not explain to you ahead of time what it’s going to cost to diagnose your car they quickly hurry over it and tell you they will call you if it costs whatever amount but having you sign to pay for it ahead of time. Will not be coming back here to get any services there is no satisfaction.
STAY AWAY from this place. Price gauging and poor, dishonest service. I’ve had 2 repairs fail within a couple months. One within a week. My car was leaking so much oil I went through two bottles (fire hazard?) The failures were both from poor workmanship: stripped bolts and tool damage. The last time I went in for a repair they refused to give me a receipt ( I do have a voicemail though) I doubt they did anything. After driving home my oil chamber was almost empty and it was leaking for over a week. One of my spark plugs was loose and oily. I had all spark plugs replaced about a month ago.I had to take it to a different dealer (not leaking anymore!) I’m now fighting for a partial refund to cover the repair of the repair. What a nightmare!!

One of the worst buying experiences of my life. After putting a deposit down on the car and waiting an additional week to pick it up (after being lied to about the repair timeline) - Manager told us we couldn’t take the car without paying an additional $800 which had been negotiated off the price 2 weeks ago. When confronted with the lacking communication from his staff and being asked to “call the (other) manager” who we negotiated with he replied, “why would I do that, I’m the manager” and proceeded to tell us that the $800 would never have been taken off the price. (The implication being that my wife and I must be lying).Does that sound like a winning negotiation tactic? I showed up with my 10 month old kid in tow after putting a deposit down two weeks ago and waiting for repairs - only to walk away without a car because I couldn’t negotiate the $800 off the price at the last minute? Baby is in the parking lot, we took off work to pick the car up —- I don’t think so.End of the day - very bad communication and rude staff all around. Mistakes happen, delays happen, transactions don’t work out perfectly - but negotiating in good faith and dealing fairly are what matters - that didn’t happen here. We will go elsewhere and I hope you do too.
Beware. This place is sneaky and will try and pull a fast one on you in anyway they can. Take your business somewhere more honest.
First time buying a car there. Everybody was so very nice & courteous. When I get rid of my (ford) I am coming to see Zach Martinez again. He sold my daughter her first car. I want him to help me. I give them 20 stars out of 10. Love them. Their the best. Thankyou to the lady who helped put the plates on my daughters car.
Great Dealership. The detail and wash crews are second to none. The sales staff are friendly if not a little pushy and the mechanics on site are competent but seem to have a bit of an ego and talk to you like you dont know anything (Even though I was a head mechanic at a dealership for 15 years but blew my back out) which is only thing that kept it from being a 5 star

I will never return to David Hobbs Honda to purchase or service my vehicle. To give context, I had suffered a flat tire on a Friday and had my car towed to David Hobbs, where I purchased my car. I had called ahead to make sure the service center had time to take care of this. I was told it would be no problem. Then, Broghan called. He asked why my car was towed to them (obviously not taking a look at the car at all), and snarkily/condescendingly told me I did not have an appointment. He said they would get to it when they get to it, but it shouldnt be until tomorrow (Saturday). He incorrectly said my extended warranty did not cover a loaner vehicle. I did not want to argue because a one day turnaround was promised. Saturday came and went as I stayed home WITHOUT A CAR, waiting for a call that never came. I then went without any update on my car until Monday, since the service center was closed on Sunday, like all are. I called at 10am Monday, giving the dealer a chance to call me first thing in the morning. Broghan tells me that he took the initiative to order a different tire from California and that it wouldnt be there until Wednesday. I told him that he should have told me this and offered me a loaner. He still said it was $40/day if I wanted that. He also lied and said that he called me on Saturday several times however I had no missed calls and no voicemails. The tire did not arrive until Thursday. I emailed the service manager and sales manager about this experience and didnt even get as much as a reply. Pathetic. This was a piss poor experience and I have since sold my Honda due to this terrible service experience. The only good thing I encountered was working with Lenny, who got me in a free loaner after he called me on Wednesday to tell me the car wouldnt be ready for a 6th day.

The staff here go above and beyond to make sure your visit is as easy and stress free as possible. While dropping my car off to replace the back windshield, they patched the tire on my boyfriends car (he doesnt even have a Honda). 5 star service!
Such a GREAT place to work at not to mention an AMAZING place to buy a car from. I bought my mom a car from here a few years back, and the service we received was amazing. I am a previous employee who left on great terms. I still refer people to David Hobbs Honda til this day, whether you need a place to work or a place to buy a car from and build a relationship with your salesperson and management team. Worst dealership experience ever. I went though the online purchase process, and received a specific price quote. I wanted to pick up the vehicle in person, so upon their request, I gave them my credit card number for a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle while I drove the 100 miles to their dealership. They then refused to honor the price that they quoted me online. Complete bait and switch. Additionally, their handling and treatment of my possible trade-in vehicle was atrocious. When I got my vehicle back after their assessment, the clutch was smoking, reeked of burnt components, and wasnt shifting well (it was working fine on the way there). Zero stars. Beware.

Reviewing on behalf of a family member. She went in for a check up and the technician told her that her battery needed to be replaced. The supervisor Eddie Vargas explained to her that she needed to replace her battery based on the technicians paperwork. The Technician, Arthur Cainion indicated on the paperwork that she needed to replace her battery. She returned to the same exact dealership another day and another unnamed technician checked her battery and diagnosed the battery as completely fine. Stephanie, the service assistant at David Hobbs followed up with some emails asking about her experience. After returning Stephanie emails, my family member was told shed receive a call about her experience. But, this call never came and there were no further points of contact between David Hobbs dealership and my family member. Do not trust them because theyre a dealership. If you dont know much about cars, always get a second opinion, outside of David Hobbs dealership. They will try to swindle you. If David Hobbs Dealership had contacted me or my family member at any point after the check up, this couldve been easily solved. However, David Hobbs dealership has proven to lie, avoid their problems, and offer terrible service. Please reconsider giving David Hobbs Honda your business.

My debacle at David Hobbs is by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a car dealership. They have awful communication. My sales person did a terrible job at taking down my information and they had the wrong phone number. After a week of trying to get a hold of them I gave up.When they finally figured out that she entered my number wrong on computer, the used car they said they had there was sent to auction even though it was on website. When they got it back,, the power steering was going and rust was everywhere,, obviously not shown in pictures.There are many other dealerships in the area, do yourself a favor, and use ANY one of them instead.Look at the reviews this place is a shitshow.
Edit: David Hobbs Honda was quick in responding to my review, and we were able to fix all the outstanding problems easily. Very impressive. (Hopefully there is follow-thru so that another edit is not required.) Original: Eleven weeks. Thats how long ago I picked up my used car purchase from David Hobbs, and was informed that I had been overcharged and would receive a check in the mail for this. Also, my registration would arrive separately in the mail. Neither has arrived. Multiple emails to the Director of Sales have been unanswered (the first being a reply to their email to me).
Today I bought a Chevy Volt from David Hobbs Honda, and I’m so glad I went there to do so! Brad, Tom Jr., and Bobby were kind and accommodating, answered all questions and provided me with every single bit of information I asked for. They were amazing at giving me financial advise, and I didn’t feel any sort of pressure at all. Thank you for making this such an effortless process!

By far the worst service I have ever had I first took my Honda crv in a few months ago to ask them why my car hesitates when trying to start (thinking it was my starter) I then came in not even 3 weeks ago to get a diagnostic done because I had a check engine light on now and the hesitation was still there. They diagnosed it was my air sensor but nothing else they also replaced my right ball joint and gave me a front end alignment and stated the my right caliper rotor and break pads needed to be replaced. then not even 2 days later I went to take my son to his therapy and stopped at kwick trip to put gas in, just for me to try and turn my car on and nothing me and my 2 year old son had to sit in the cold for 2 hours because the starter went out completely.!!!! I then get it towed to hobbs and they said they had paperwork to do and they would call me back I didnt receive a phone call till 7am (not even awake yet) asking if they can look at it and they would need to do another diagnostic seeing as I was half asleep I didnt put together I already had paid 100 .00 for the first one so I had went up to hobbs to ask them if I can get papers out of my car to get a second opinion on my car and i ask the service guy if anybody touched it yet he stated no that there was only a tech that was attached to look at it so I told him do not touch it im getting a second opinion then not even 45 minutes later I receive a call stating they had just looked it over and coolant spilled all over my starter and it would be another 800 to fix the hose plus the starter he proceeded to tell me that I wasnt charged for it at all. So I had told him that fine im getting my car towed to someone else to get a second look at it he said ohkay just to let him know what I was gonna do then called me back 10 minutes after to tell me if I move my car I will be responsible for paying for the diagnostic which I stated not to do in the first place .I ended up talking to the service manager Sara which told me it was already touched at 7 am this morning so now I was told 3 different things by these people . So they ended up waiving that fee for the lies they told to top this off when I got it towed to my other mechanic they proceeded to tell me my left ball joint was ready to break and it needed to be replaced so tell me how a mechanic at hobbs can notice a caliper a rotor and break pads but missed this.??? They diagnosed 6 things that werent even wrong with my vehicle and 4 things that actually were which were major replacements to top that off I tried speaking with the sales manager Allen and told him I would like my 200 dollars back seeing as the alignment I paid for was worth nothing seeing as the ball joint was broken along with the axel and also paying for a diagnostic that they didnt even diagnose all the problems I was told he would have a meeting with them and see what would happen and Id be receiving a phone call by last week Tuesday didnt hear bad even left a message to see what was going on and nothing so me and my friend decided to go up their and he said someone else called you and we had told him nobody had and that we left a message his response back was yeah I got that then proceeded to walk away he came back with his paper and said they were not going to refund my money not because I wasnt owed it but because the service manager Sara believed that her top tier mechanic marcos would never miss something like that she said she would speak to him and see if he actually did end up missing that and said he was honest and she would call me today needless to say I never heard anything back.!!! I will never bring my vehicle back to this dishonest place the worst service ever.!!!!!

Just signed a lease for a 2020 CR-V and was extremely impressed by David Hobbs Honda! Tom Dulaney Jr. was so kind, thorough, and straightforward throughout the whole process -- not to mention he gave me a great price on my vehicle. This was my first time getting a new car and the whole team here was so professional -- I never felt like they were rushing me into a decision or trying to gouge me in price as a first time buyer. In my initial car search, I visited some other dealerships and did not receive the same level of commitment and service as I received here. They have a strong focus on customer service and their staff is always friendly. I have used James Gruenberg as my Sales Associate and recommended him highly. Overall, you cant go wrong at David Hobbs Honda.
We stopped in to look at a car that my son saw online. When they pulled it up for a test drive it had two flat rear tires. We asked them to fill them. They did fill the tires but there was so much else wrong with the car we didn’t even bother taking it out. They offered us to go and look around their lot. We ended up leaving without a car but did find one at another place a day later.
The best solutions/sales experience Ive had. My go-to person was Alan Saavedra-Aura, and he knew the Honda line inside and out and offered great options. The test drive was perfect, the negotiation was friendly and the paperwork in order. Great experience! Ask for Alan when you go to David Hobbs.

We have both bought and leased four cars from him. Bobby is top-notch. Hes very personable, informative, and just goes above and beyond for his customers. We have been so pleased with him weve even sent customers his way. We recently just leased a car from him and Junior. Not only did we deal with Bobby but this was our first time meeting Junior. Again could not be more pleased. Junior also was very helpful and informative. In my opinion this is the perfect dual of a team. We only buy Honda cars now. We absolutely love them. I’ve gone here a few times and for those few times I’ve had to get something replaced and or something looked at ive had Kyle Thompson to help me. And I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to cars and sometimes have a difficult time understanding when they have found problems in the past, but Kyle Has this Laid back nature of explaining things that helped me understand better and put a lot of my worries to rest. He’s makes sure everything is checked and looked into and keeps you up to date,He answered any questions I had and really helped me understand the world of cars more. Too embarrassed to put out the price of their type RCame in to look at the price of their type R it was atrocious there is about a 10k mark up on the car for market adjustment. I get that they needed to mark up the cars price since its a hot commodity but charging nearly 10k more of what its worth is absurd but its their house their rules. Seems like a friendly staff though.

I leased a 2015 Honda Accord Sport from David Hobbs Honda in August of 2015. During my lease they kept me informed of all my financial responsibilities, recalls, and any other updates. The car itself was wonderful and I enjoyed every mile I drove. I got good gas mileage, it drove great, and had a backup camera to boot. . Less than half the staff wear masks, including the ones who are in your car! Do not go here if you want to avoid COVID-19! I saw 6 people without masks in a 10 min visit lol and they dont sanatize your car, wear gloves, or take any precautionary measures recommended by the CDC

The sales representative “Jr. “ was definitely groomed and trained on how to provide Excellent Customer Service.The sales manager Brad and finance manager, Tim really supported him and finally, Tom, the GM weighed in with a real “congratulations” only after he asked if we were happy.I’ve told my entire office, friends and family where they need to go for their next auto purchase.That was my wife’s new car. Buying a car is usually an awful experience.... just like what buying insurance is usually like I guess... Hobbs process is definitely strong than any other local Honda dealership. There are a lot of opportunities for improvement, yet with the low bar the industry has set, Hobbs clears expectations and then some. Recommend.

We purchased a vehicle that we are very happy with. The problem was the vehicle was clean. The seats had some stains I got out, the center council had some residue, they reached out to correct this issue and had pla ned to set it up but never got a call back to take care of the issues. Car is great but the customer service wasnt what I expected.

Excellent buying experience at David Hobbs Honda. Salesman Tom Jr. was very informative, going over the important features of the car, patient explaining the new technology we were not familiar with (being less than computer savvy) and felt very comfortable while there. Tom has also been helpful during 2 brief follow up calls the past 2 weeks to field questions about the CRV features. The price was lower than others and the color we wanted was available. Finance person Jeremy was easy going, helpful on final pricing and no pressure for add ons at the end, just informative.

I came into the dealership Last Thursday on 12/3/20 with an issue with my rim/tire and a humming noise. I made an appointment for Saturday and my car was kept. Sarah Graf was a delight to work with from getting me in a loaner car while my car was looked at and entering my warranty information into the system. Tracey Morales has always been a big help anytime I have come into the dealership Im on my third car from Tracey. The biggest help with this whole ordeal was Tom Dulaney he is the absolute best at what he does. He takes his time to listen and find a solution to the situation at hand. Lost the keys to my civic and needed a new one programmed to my car. Kyle Thompson in service pretty much took care of everything once the car was towed there. There were some hiccups with the car itself, but with the tenacity of the service crew calling Honda for assistance they were able to get it back working.

The service team is great and my favorite part about the dealership. While waiting, there are limited amount of drinks, and only popcorn. Would be nice to see more more variation and healthier alternatives. It would’ve been 5 stars if the Sales manager would ever return a call, and if my paperwork for my civic wouldn’t have gotten messed up by your sales team. They put my last name as my middle name on my credit check, it part of my fault for signing off on it too. Getting a car through you was more hassle than when I got my ford at Hiller.Edit** in response to the comment from below left by the owner; Tom had called me while I was driving and I didn’t know who he was. I was expecting a call from a girl. When I realized who he was, I gave him a call back and even left a voicemail. To this day, I have not received a call from him. I’ve received a call from one of your sales team member trying to sell me another car! The audacity!!

Had a great experience getting our son a new car! Safety measures were in place and we got to test drive with ease. Very smooth process and our sales rep Tim Olson was knowledgeable and very helpful!
