Look.. John isn’t the most cuddly sob, but he’s honest, direct and gets the job done well. I trust him with all my cutting.. He’s not much for small talk, but get him going on bikes and racing if you need that interaction from your glass store. I say that to all the people who claim the “service sucks.” He has always been on time with delivery and the glass is as good as you want it. Top notch!

Zero customer service ... I showed a DO IT YOURSELF PROJECT which I wanted Hindges and he is expert in his field and I am not and I asked him if he can show me some ideas to make my project work and his answer was “ well i need to go to the back and bring it “ kind of like so I have to ?is it worth it for me to go in the back? and etc ...... he was just standing there and looking at me and no Effort for any assistanceZero customer service,,, horrible

I just purchased two table top coverings. The finished product is excellent. They were able to get the order cut and finished in a very timely manor. I am very pleased with my order and experience.

I needed a shelf for a shower niche I wanted to split using a piece of glass. Yelped this place and saw it was local. I came in and explained what i needed. The gentlemen behind the counter was very courteous and explained to me that I need a piece of tempered glass for safety. I didnt have time to order a piece so I asked him if I could use a piece of regular 3/8 glass. He said it would be fine. I gave him the dimensions I needed it cut and he cut it right there for me. It came out PERFECT!! Thanks guys!!

Enjoyed helping customers obtain the products and materials that they need to complete their jobs they were doing to make their customers happy as well. Customer satisfaction was the main motivation for me working at glendaleglassco I enjoyed the customers I enjoyed the experience..in work and privilege to have been a part of the many historical restoration projects I can take pride in my opportunities too working with Mr Jon Parks owner, operator and artistic fabricator of his trade as a C- 17 glacier . I honestly want to wish Jon and his family all the best of blessed days nothing more then is Justly deserved.nothing less then what is righteously earned with all due respect thank you for the 6+ years of experience in the glass industry was a lesson I wont ever forget its all in the planning to successfully come in first place you mostly be sure to make effort so you finished the job or race .As for the man Jon Parks a.k.a. the fast guy is known as a winner at ama races as well as the artistic winner in his trade talented and sought after by his accomplishments for many satisfied customers. the rides on his bikes, Im so greatful!

Had some glass light covers broken and since you can’t find the same size or style these guys did a great job in replicating the original cover. The fit was exact although the new glass is a bit thicker. I would recommend them for all types of glass work.

What used to be a landmark business in Glendale gone sour. For years Chris has been taking care of all my projects. She truly stands apart from the rest of the shops in the area.But lately, John whos demeanor is so repulsive has no clue how fill Chriss shoes. He should go back to the shop and cut glass and leave the front and dealing with customers to Chris.Today, he acted up and told me he needs a deposit on my job so he can make sure I come back to pick up.How ludicrous can you get? If this is how you handle a thirty year loyal customer, how do you handel the new nonsense?A total turn off. I changed my rating to one.

These guys are really great and they have fair prices. In fact they have some of the best prices in Los Angeles. I only go to them when I need replacement glass.
