Great pricing compared to a few other companies I got quotes from, and they scheduled an appointment promptly. They showed up about an hour before the appointment window but it worked out fine. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! After assisting me with two chip/crack repairs and a full windshield replacement on my old vehicle I had lost their information and attempted to go through another facility for my more recent repair. Boy was that a mistake! Luckily, after some googling I found this company again and they had someone to my residence- in southeast Chandler- within hours. Never tried to pressure me into replacement and honored my request to first attempt repair, even siding with my reasoning. Plus, both Ed and Keith are both so enjoyable to talk to and work with.

Called, a person answered the phone ED, gave him relevant car info and he determined that they would need to look at the car to accurately determine what parts would be needed. The car is 20 years old. Ed came to my house and did this for no extra charge. This gave me piece of mind in that the installers were not going to have to fudge a wrong part in – or – waste my time with a second appt. This was a Professional/Excellent move. Pricing, Low to fair range. Great Value. Scheduling, set appt. time window, installer George called then arrived on time looking clean, neat and professional. Additionally, Veterans sends 2 techs out for installations. Very important to aid in setting the windshield in properly because the glass should or MUST be set on the sealant in a parallel fashion and not at an angle. This technique ensures continuity and consistency of sealant bead between the frame of the car and the glass. Furthermore squeeze out around the glass is reduced which prevents air/water leaks. Install rating 10 out of 10. Clean up and wrap up, explanation of does and donts, 10/10.I have had many windshields installed over the last 10 years. I will return to Veterans for my next one and recommend Veterans Auto Glass to friends and family. 10 out of 10 experience for me.

Ed and his crew was able to replace my back window that the Dealership themselves have not been able to fix for 7 years on my truck. The rear seal always went away on my back window. It has been roughly a month since my work order and it still looks just a good as when his guys left. Their customer service is outstanding and Ed knows how to help make everything come together. Ed even personally delivered the replacement window. Great place. I will probably never use a different window place again.

I had my car serviced by this company cause 1) Im a veteran 2) they serve veterans and 3)they are approved through my insurance which means I approve. I can only give 5 stars, but Veteran Auto glass deserves 10 STARS. They far exeeded my expectations. My windshield was broken Wednesday morning. I emailed for a quote on Wednesday night. Even though it was Thanksgiving day, Ed sent me a quote. I was shocked. I called on Friday, to set an appointment. Because of the weather, we agreed on Saturday. Ed said if the weather let up he would call. He called and I had a new installed windshield by Friday afternoon. The technician was Taylor. Wow, this young man was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met . I see why everyone gives Veteran Auto Glass FIVE STARS. I made the right choice.

I needed a windshield replacement for my pickup truck. I chose Veteran Auto Glass in large part to support veteran owned business. Ed was very responsive and helpful. I needed to have a calibration after changing the windshield due to having the lane assist feature. Ed coordinated changing the windshield, calibration, and installing the tint strip with respect to my work schedule. His techs came out to my work place and home. Great customer service. Was traveling into AZ to visit my parents and needed to get my windshield replaced, so I called around before my trip and Ed contacted me right away. He was so nice and helpful giving me tips to ask other shops since he knew I was calling around for pricing. He was the highest quote I recieved but with the best quality of an acoustic windshield, I called back to book with him. I am a firm believer that customer service far exceeds price and they has great service!
