I have nothing but great things to say about Auto Glass Factory. I was looking for a place to replace my windshield and glad I found them. They were super quick to get me an appointment, they were very affordable, and Hector (owner) was super friendly, provided amazing customer service and was efficient. Hector was very nice and did a great job. He was profesional and did a great job on two of my cars. I will use them evrey time. This was fast triple A service. You will be missing out if you do not use them. Not just on a good service but on a good savings. You wont be disappointed.

Had a small chip in my windshield. Called to have someone come fix it. Dude arrives today and spends less than 10 minutes on it and then says, well you can still see it, but that happens alot. Never had it happen before, so spent $50 for glue and chip still there. Stay away.

10/10 would recommend their service. I made a call yesterday to make an appointment for today and he took me in right away. He said he would be here around the evening but came sooner than that! He got done with the car within 30-40 mins. This is really great service and the pricing is really great and affordable. They are quick, great customer service, and great quality.

Tech was polite, came near the end of the service window. Done swiftly.BUT: left debris in car and on driveway.THEN: my Homelink rearview mirror wouldnt open my garage door, and all interior lights wouldnt work. Called for a return visit, but they scheduled that for two days hence.SO: I investigated the possibility of a blown fuse. Took me a morning to find out which fuse it might be. Went to AutoZone for a replacement. At 76, with arthritic fingers, dealing with mini fuses, the fiddly fuse puller, and then fiddling with inserting it while on my hands and knees, leaning into the lower dash and juggling a flashlight WERE NOT APPRECIATED.Tech DID NOT ask me to check the car over, just asked me to sign his e-invoice.Poor show.
