Under staffed and cant seem to send me a quote for replacement headlights.Last time I use them for any service!THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION WAS THERE AND LOOKED AT BY A SERVICE TECH. NO COMPETENT FEED WAS GIVEN BECAUSE HE WAS PULLED OFF ANOTHER JOB BUT RECORDED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHAT I WANTED TO HAVE DONE TO THE CAR. IN THE MEAN TIME, YOU AS THE OWNER SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME WITH AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT YOU WERE GOING TO DO TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.APPARENTLY, YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH TIME TO EVALUATE MY FEEDBACK ON OTHER BUSINESS EVALUATIONS, CALLING THEM ALL NEGATIVE RATHER THAN TAKING CARE OF MY CONCERNS!BELIEVE ME, THAT IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH!THERE ARE MANY THREE STAR PLUS EVALUATIONS WRITTEN ON MY PART.YOUR CUMBACK WAS A POOR ATTEMPT TO COVER YOUR BEHIND, BECAUSE OF THE FACT YOU NEVER LARNED THE BASIC BUSINESS PRACTICES OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICES.IF YOU AS THE OWNER, DOESNT HAVE THOSE SKILLS, YOU MOST LIKELY SHOULD JUST BE DOING OIL CHANGES FOR A LIVING!YOU ARE A WORM, JUST THROWING BLOWBACK, RATHER THAN WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING AS AN OWNER..

Took my car for an emissions test and the staff was so friendly, nice, professional, and funny. Great customer service. I even conversated with them while the testing was getting done, which was a plus!!! Testing was quick. Would totally recommend!

I had an emission test and oil change done. I dropped my car off, they took me home and delivered my car back to my house less than two hours later. Fabulous!!! This was my first time using Valet Services but I can already tell I will be a longtime customer!

The work was not done in a timely manner, they didn’t install the electrical components of the hitch and worst of all he is terribly rude. I don’t know much about cars and really want to support a local repair shop I can trust but the owner at Valet was really awful.

This is the greatest place ever and I will only bring my car to them. Mike knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to make you happy. He is also a licensed dealer and when I told him I was looking at a car for my daughter, it took all of two minutes for him to show me one he had in my price range and he made sure it was all ready to go before I picked it up.

I had a major problem with my car to the point I had to scrap it. They allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until my title came in. They were extremely helpful!! Would definitely recommend!

Had the rear brakes on my Hyundai Santa Fe completely replaced at Munroe tire on s. 74th st about 2 months ago, pads, rotors, & calipers & paid almost a thousand dollars for it. A week later it started grinding & locking up. After ending up in an accident because the brakes locked up, i stopped in at Mobile Automotive services & spoke with mike & asked him if he could take a look at them as soon as he had time (it was almost closing time). He immediately said of course & said he could do it 1st thing the next morning & even offered to pick the car up at my house or give me a ride home. The next day i took it in, he jacked it up & took the back tires off & inspected the brakes for free while i went home & waited. After a few hours, he finally called & informed me that the bleeder screw had been stripped to the point that it couldnt be repaired or even put back on at all. In order for the car to even be moved it HAD to be replaced, & that piece would have been replaced with the rest of the brakes & could not possibly have been damaged like that by wear & tear or in that amount of time. I didnt have the money to pay for the repairs & Munroe tire was 100% responsible for covering the cost, so i called them & fought with them for almost 2 hours & mike also spoke with them, took pictures for them & faxed them a detailed report just to help me. I finally was able to borrow the money for the repair after they agreed to reimburse it. As soon as i had everything straightened out for paying him, i called mike to tell him to go ahead & get the new part & put it on & to give m a call when it was ready. I then asked him how long it would take him to get it & do the work & would he be able to finish that day or would i have to wait since it was almost closing time. He shocked me by saying to go ahead & come get the car. Apparently he had gotten the replacement part & done all of the work before he even called because he remembered me saying that i really needed the car so i could get to work. Mike made what easily could have been a horrible experience into a bearable one that i would almost call pleasant except for the problem that brought me in in the first place. I will be taking my car to him from now on for everything & will recommend him to everyone i know. He was great & went so far above & beyond what he needed to that i almost wouldnt have believed it if it hadnt happened to me!!! :D
