OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Loved the automated and personal updates each step of the way. From the check-in and pick up of my car I was greeted with professional and kind demeanor. Felt like a VIP! very satisfied with the end result!!

These people are so incredibly nice, professional and helpful. They have the best BMW customer service, the best BMW repairs. I hope I dont need them anytime soon, but knowing they are out there would bring some comfort if The Zipper (my cars name) ever got hit.My BMW X3 is my first German car and my first non-Japanese car. Driving it brings me joy, and it is in its 9th year, so it has served me well. But there have been a few disappointments. The cover on my glove box peeled away from the metal base, after warranty of course. Having it glued or trying to fix it myself didnt work long term. (Its a thing for older models. Google it.) It had gotten so bad this year, the hanging vinyl took over the front passenger side. I had to do something to get ready for a road trip with my husband. Unfortunately BMW was completely out of my part. I was able to find it from a third party source after communicating with the team here and having them look worldwide to try to help. I was just so impressed that they were willing to help me even when there wasnt a profit in it for them. They were so much more helpful and smart than all of the other dealer shops I called. And when the part came in and it was more difficult than I realized to install, they actually were willing to help me and replace the old door cover. With all thats going on these days, it was such a comfort to get this help so I can get out of the house and on the road. Thanks guys!!!

This place stands behind their work. They pulled my grills to paint and the holding bracket cracked and instead of not telling me and slapping it together like every other place would they actually called me and were apologetic and honest about what happened and they offered to changed the whole bumper for a new one and painted the car like brand new again. Amazing job! Thank you Anna and Andrew and the team for your honesty, and your professionalism. Very impressed, if You would fix all cars Id bring all my cars there if you didnt only specialize in BMWs.Stay honest and safe!

Constant communication throughout the process without over communication, if that makes sense. My car was ready a week early and they even detailed and waxed it. Seriously great work.Thanks again!

I had a major repair and Daniel R. and the team in the collision center were so helpful. They took extra time to help me work things out with insurance and seemed to actually understand and keep me very up to date. They were great. The car was beautiful when I picked it up. This dealership knocks it out of the park for me. Both sales and collision.

I had a great experience having my car repaired here. They kept in contact with me and I constantly received updates. They finished the repairs earlier than promised and the quality was superior. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Excellent Repair Shop. I was rear ended on the fwy. Pacific BMW used only OEM parts and did a fantastic job. Not only were they efficient, their craftsmanship is impecable and the finished product leaves me smiling every time i get into my car.

Pacific BMW is the only place I will let touch my car. Ive had to go to them twice unfortunately, and they are Awesome across the board!!!

I have a 12 year old M5 that still looks brand new because of these guys. Andrew, Danny and the guys down at Pacific BMW Collision Center are always super professional and get the work done right and they do it lickity split. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

They charge enormous amount of money for repairs and labor. They claim to use bmw certified parts but based on my personal experience I would disagree. Try to avoid this place....
