Nick, Tim, and the entire team were very accommodating. My 3 week old SUV at the time had a decent dent on the passenger door and they popped it out perfectly. I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with a very unfortunate dent on the angle of the roof to Mike who said that he said he might be able to get it to 80 to 90% but couldn’t guarantee he could make it 100% without actual painting. Literally, within an hour he brought me out to see the finished product and I was astounded that I couldn’t remotely tell that there was ever a dent there, however, he was pretty beat up because he said that he could still see it. I found a significant dent on the hood of my Lexes ES350. I sent a text with a photo attachment to Nick Sanfilippo and had a repair estimate within a couple of hours. The repair was near perfect. They said 98%. I cant see it at all. They touched up other scrapes and dings and polished the head light lenses. They are clear again. A young man named Forest did the work. His was conscientious and a pleasure with which to work. In an era of marginal products/services and sometimes truly awful customer service, it is a pleasure to have found Acci-Dent.

I cant say enough positive things about the professionalism and competence of the guys at Acci-Dent. They did a bang-up job repairing the many minor dents and paint chips on my 1999 Porsche Boxster and even polished my headlights -- all for a very reasonable price. The owner and employees were very professional, friendly and competent. My car looks fantastic thanks to the skill - not the right word---artistry is what it is - of these guys. Super impressed. Even after I was paid up and ready to ride off, one of the employees asked me what I thought and when I pointed out a discolored area I forgot to mention during the estimate, he proceeded to polish it out for me. My only beef: the loaner car that they generously offered to me was a dent-ridden Mazda with a brake pedal that depressed to the floor before the brakes kicked in. Since I ended up crashing it though, Ill call us even 😆

Set up an appointment with Nick and I could already tell things were gonna go smoothly. They fixed up a dent and a couple of scratches on my Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier. Tried to get one of the scratches fixed at the dealer, and the difference in the job that Nick and Mike did is unbelievable. They even offered me a loaner car so they could put in the necessary time. They completed the job an hour early. Quick and easy, with fabulous results.

The auto body shop used by my insurer gave me an estimate of $2000 to remove some scratches and one sent in the rear bumper. Acci-dent did a phenomenal job for a little more than 1/3 of that amount. I am very happy with their service, the result, and the price. I highly recommend them.

I went to this shop after two body shops and one car dealer told me there was no way a dent less repair shop could get my dent out. All 3 places told me the entire right side of my truck bed would have to be repainted and redone to remove a large dent a car wash put in it from the dealer. My truck was less than 2 months old and this is not something I wanted to hear. I spoke with Nick and he said they could take my dent out no problem if I left my truck for a day. Love these guys did my buick lacrosse. They even took out dents that I didnt notice.

I had a very minor scrape and dent from one of those parking lot hit-and-runs and got ridiculous quotes from other auto body repair shops for anywhere from $700 -$900 to repair it. I really wasnt concerned about it looking like new but just getting a little touch-up done. I figured I would just have to do it myself, but then I saw that this place had good reviews so I talked to Nick and he came up with a much easier fix for me for super cheap. He went way above and beyond and also helped me out with fixing some other dings and scratches that were on my car when I bought it used last year without charging me much extra. My car looks great now. He was a really nice guy and clearly prefers helping people out over making tons of money off of folks misfortune. Ive been recommending him to everyone.

Our Cayenne was struck high on the tailgate by a hit and run parking lot scoundrel leaving a big dent and no contact info. We took our vehicle to ACCI-DENT where Nick worked all day completely removing the dent. Nicks expertise and attention to detail cost us less than half of what a normal body shop would have charged and also eliminated the hassle of insurance reporting and a subsequent blemish on a future carFax.First class work at a very fair price. Doesnt get any better (unless of course the person who hit our Cayenne has a flash of conscience)
