We have been going to Ed and his crew for years now. They are honest, reliable and do quality work. I cant imagine going any where else. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family and all of them were equally impressed with him and his services. This is the only place that I have trusted with my car. Ed and his team are honest, thorough, and efficient. Ive been to a lot of different shops and Im just glad I dont have to find a new one. He has everything from classic to luxury cars in his shop. Hes super knowledgeable and it seems like everyone that goes to his shop is a regular or a referral. Im really glad my friend referred me to Ed! Ill be back soon (I hope not, but I know I will eventually come back for something).

Bottom line: Ed puts the customer first. We took in a car, and the engine and transmission were both out. He could have perhaps made lots of money fixing it up, but instead he gave us wise advice to not throw more money at the vehicle since it would cost more than market value. He also gave us a number for a junk yard which paid to pick it up. He is kind and easy to connect with. The best mechanic you could ask for.

Other shops in my area said my issue would cost over $2,000 to fix. Ed identified the exact problem and fixed it for under $200. That is not a typo: $2,000 vs $200. Ed is an amazing man of service and after 10 years of living in Los Angeles and looking for a decent car mechanic, I finally found the place where I will be taking my cars for years to come.

Ive never been so mad with someone in all my life. Ive used this place in the past and they were great. However, today Ed made me so mad I could have choked him. I called yesterday about an oil change on Monday and was told to get the stuff and bring it in. My new job called and needs me to report to work Monday over 1500 miles away, so I needed an oil change today. I called and the mechanic said Ed was out and would be back in 30 mins. An hour later no call back and I called again. The mechanic laughed and said he left again but would be right back and ask what I needed. I told him. He said they werent busy and to come on up they would get it knocked out for me. I get there 30 mins later and Ed comes in the office and ask what do you want. I tell him the mechanic said come on up for an oil change. He looks at me like Im speaking another language and says did I call you? I tell him no but your mechanic said come up. He says, I dont care what he said he isnt the owner. So basically his mechanic isnt competent enough to let customers know when to come up for an oil change. I mean if that stood true all the way across business, when we go to other large businesses and employees tell us something should be not believe them since they dont own the place. Anyway Ed ends up following me out into the parking lot yelling at me like a total idiot. I was wondering how he has 5 stars, Im guessing after that they are family, friends or people he has paid to leave a good review. What a nightmare!!!

I cant begin to rave enough about Ed, the owner of this wonderful auto repair shop. I had an urgent matter that he helped me with -- and I am going back for further repairs when needed. His waiting area is beautiful, with WiFi and all that one needs in case to have to wait for the repairs. He was not able to fix one thing needed because it had to be programmed by the manufacturer -- and he took care of some minor things at no charge -- he took care of me as if I were paying him $1000s for the work. I am going back to him as soon as I need other work! Thank YOU, Ed. You are the best!
