I have always had a positive experience in UPS in Glen Allen. When during the beginning of pandemic, they were respectful, efficient and responsible. Once I had a bunch of gifts to send and did not have a properly sized box- the employee took her time and found the box for me and packaged my gifts in a very nicely. I have not had similar experience anywhere else. My favorite UPS store!

I LOVE UPS Stores❤ It was my mistake by bringing a large envelope pkg to be sent using The UPS store. Although the store wasnt able to send my mail out to where it was going, had to be USPS only. However, the gal in the store went above and beyond to help me get my package I needed so desperately to be mailed fast. She hand drawn a map for me with the local phone number to the closest post office, and explained in great detail how to get there. I found it very easily. I truly thank her for taking that time with me. She was so polite and helpful.

My husband and I travel to this UPS store to get documents notarized due to our location near home being unavailable to do. Go into this store to do an amazon return yesterday. Heavier set white lady with a rude undertone tells me to come to her counter. I said maybe 7 words to this woman after a long day of work in the heat. The whole time you could tell she was reflecting her personal life outward. Hands me the receipt I begin walking to the door and I clear as day hear her mumble a*shole. I walked out stunned this business would treat a customer like that. I walk in to ask her what her name is and she would not tell me. Open a case with ups for a complaint. I get a call from the store manager and he tells me he basically slapped her on the wrist with a “don’t do it again” and wants me to be ok with their business after that. Had to be the most wild encounter I’ve ever had with an employee at a big named business. Do not suggest going to this location. Very unprofessional

Hello, my experience was awesome. I arrived sort of close to the closing time on a Friday night. I had to ship Amazon and a personal package. The associate took care of Amazon first. When she prepared the label for my personal item, she said it would probably arrive on Monday, well to my surprise it arrived on a Saturday. I was so excited as i had shipped some gloves and masks to family members. I like the ease of being able to ship packages with very knowledge associates that are always able to answer all of my questions. Thank you so much.

The UPS Store Innsbrook is my go-to UPS store, not only for packages, but other services like Notary, printing, etc. The location is very convenient and the staff are always friendly.

Clerks tried to tell me that I could not return my no package Amazon return without purchasing a box and shipping. Both women were extremely rude and would not allow me to explain the Amazon Return process. They said were too busy with other customers. This is very disappointing as I was their customer as well. Will never go to this location again or recommend to anyone.I have already contacted corporate about this and still have not received a response.

Took $3 extra for black and white print saying computer cost. Never go for print in ups store. Fedex print is far far better than this. No hidden cost and self service available.

I was at Panera and noticed the store was open on Sunday. I thought I’d drop off Amazon returns while I was there. I only saw one girl working, Lynn, she was not friendly. Another woman and I waited almost 5 minutes to be helped while Lynn was writing something. I could not believe the customer service she gave us. I come here all the time and it’s usually very fast and friendly but this is the first time Lynn has waited on me. I’ll be sure to avoid her if I come back.

I live an hour away and whenever I come to Richmond I always use this location - UPS Glen Allen 4820 - to ship my packages. It’s convenient to the area where I shop, close to the interstate, and has longer operating hours than the other UPS stores in the area. Service is always quick and friendly, they also are stocked up on their merchandise. Honest review.

During Covid and Christmas peak, staff works extra hard, even answering phone calls with only two people to get through the line but holding safety as a number 1 priority. Still nice and pleasant. They all deserve permanent raises. Went to them after a horrible experience at FedEx store next door who in contrast had 8 workers plus a manager on duty and were still not taking safety or timing seriously. The clientele is just night and day too. At UPS everyone took everything serious, everyone was helping each other with their packages, prioritizing, holding doors, wishing the staff a happy holiday, being patient, standing 6 feet apart, only 4 people went in at a time and it didnt need to be enforced to have less than 10 people in and pleasant despite having to stand outside in the cold. It felt like people cared and were looking out for each other. At Fedex it was a full house of 20 people in at once. I got cut in line twice, people stand so close theyre breathing down your neck and had to deal with antimaskers lying about health conditions just because they dont want a mask while people with actual conditions are still wearing masks. I cant deal with selfishness and people who cater to it for money. I just left. At UPS its worth the wait.

It was quite busy when I got there. I haven’t been to this location before but needed to drop off a package. They’re only letting five people in at a time so there was a line. They only had one girl working but she completely rocked it. She was helping 4 different customers. Each one doing different things in different areas of the store. I was impressed by her ability to handle so much at once and STILL keep a smile on her face the whole time. You could hear people praising her for doing a great job and I made sure she heard it from me too. I hope her boss sees this and gives her a raise or a bonus because she deserves it. Amazing job and I will be back to this location.

I have a mailbox there so im in and out almost every day. Staff is always helpful and they stay busy and work hard. I used to be in customer service myself and I can tell you they have a lot of patience with the folks that come in there.

This UPS store was one of the best I have ever been to. Not only were the staff friendly, but they were engaged with the customers as well. This is the first time I actually saw the staff take the time to wrap and label your items accordingly and not try to hurry you out to take the next customer. You knew your item was being taken care of right then and there and not shoved in the corner for later! The location was also clean and organized, which is always a plus as well.

The UPS store employee was friendly and efficient but due to covid-19, the prices and timetable to ship to the Philippines was outrages. Shipping via overnight on a Tuesday, the package wouldnt arrive until Friday and the cost was over $725 to ship a $350 laptop.

Yesterday was the second time I had came in to the store this week. There is a skinny girl who is very very slow and looks like she may be on drugs. She was there the last time I came in and acted the same way that day too. An older woman with glasses was helping someone and the skinny girl was standing there at the other register. She looked like she was falling asleep standing there not moving but her eyes were open. It was weird. This went on for a good two to three minutes. Do you drug test these people you hire? She should not be working with the public if this is how she acts. It is not a good look for your store.

I needed to take an online driving exam at this store location and was extremely pleased with the experience. The staff were very helpful and considerate during my visit. This is all the more impressive as it was during a rather busy period for the store(6:00 PM). I would certainly recommend this location to anyone needing to use this as a testing center. I will be using this location for shipping needs going forward!

I often use this store for computer rental and notary services. The staff is excellent. They are professional and courteous and get you in and out quickly. I have occasionally used shipping services and that experience has been great as well. This store is actually a middle man between UPS and the customer. I found that out when UPS actually lost an extremely important package (one I sent to a child who was in the hospital). Although their only obligation was to give me information on how to report it to UPS, the staff at this store actually ended up tracking down the package for me and making sure it was delivered. They are just truly THE BEST.

The UPS STORE 4820 in Glen Allen, Va has always done an excellent job of shipping my packages to their destination in just a few days. The employees have always been friendly. I also like being able to buy stamps there without the hassle of going to the post office.

I stopped in this UPS to drop off an Amazon return after work last night, and the lady working at the desk gave hands-down the best customer service Ive had in recent memory to everyone in the store. She offered helpful tips to the person in front of me, asked me if I needed stamps or anything else, and greeted the person behind me by name. All of it was completely unnecessary but showed that she takes her job seriously and cares about the service she provides. I was truly impressed and will go out of my way to make this my go-to UPS store.
