Many complaints come from the place being busy... That will happen. Its in a busy location. Every time I have gone the staff has been calm, cool, collected, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. If you value your time and safety during covid dont bother. Crowded. Rude clientele. A disaster waiting to happen. Every time I go to a Fed Ex stores in general I just end up printing at home or going to Walgreens for prints or literally anywhere else instead. Its that corporate environment that seems to bring out the worst in people. I dont blame the staff for hating their jobs. Meanwhile you have the UPS store which has less staff, less people allowed in store yet they can keep up better and take better safety precaution? Considering theres no real price difference its worth it to just go to UPS.

Last minute order for my daughters school pictures left me in a bind with a new policy of printing out a copy of the receipt. I dont own a printer and would usually just head to the library. They close at 9. I called FedEx at 9 and they told me I could come to the store and they would help me print out the receipt. When I arrived they were very courteous and friendly even though they close at 10. I had to email them the receipt and they printed it out for me. Thank you to the 2 guys working tonight!! Yall saved this mom from a headache!!

Was having technical issues with my computer at home, and needed to scan some docs fast. Called this location to inquire about the cost of using a computer, and was given a rate. I went into this location, and there were multiple people waiting to be helped. There was one clerk trying to help people (#1), and another over in the printing area working on something (#2). Clerk #1 called #2 and asked for help multiple times, but #2 just kept looking over, but ignoring him. After 3 out 4 callours, #2 finally came over in a huff and asked what he could do. I told him what I needed, and he hastily walked me over to a computer station and left me there to basically figure out what to do, which I did. But the rate that I was charged was more than I had been given on the phone. I did my business and walked out. Were not talking a lot of money here... Its just the lack of decent customer serving and inconsistency where there pricing is concerned that I dont appreciate.

Chris the Assistant Manager offered amazing customer service to me on Monday, Dec. 26th. Having had a bad experience at USPS, I decided to use FedEx to ship a 27 Apple Thunderbolt Display. Its big and heavy. Boxing was a bit of challenge as the dimensions are not typical. Chris was diligent in his attempt to help save me $, but get the fragile item shipped safely. I cant thank him enough for his problem solving skills he displayed that day! I would highly recommend Chris and his staff for your shipping needs!

There is a political sign out front, endorsing a particular candidate. I’m not a fan of businesses overtly endorsing one candidate over another (regardless of party), so I drove past this business snd went to Staples for my printing project.

Went there today, to pick up a fax. I, give thus place only one star because, first customer service wasnt that great. I, paid, $3.08 for 2 pages, then thought I better have the make a extra copy for me. The two pages was 29 cents, just 2 black and white pages, I, only had 28 cents, but the woman, wanted the whole 39, do I had to break a dollar just for the penny.nect time Ill go to Staples.

Two people working and a very long line. Multiple machines out of order. Asked for two-sided print got one-sided. Terrible experience. CSR did not know the machines in the store and had tow scream across the stoes to talk to the other employee.

Easy in and out, someone asked if I needed help right away. Great experience.

Not very kind to customers of color. The skinny blonde is especially rude to costumers of color. I observed her excellent service to Caucasian customers. She was loud, short, disrespectful to customers of color. She did not even welcome customers of color into the store as she did with the Caucasians. She should be fired because she gives FedEx a bad name.
