This was my first experience renting a storage space, and the folks at Life Storage made it very easy. Their price was better than two other places I looked at nearby that had low rates online, but then added on a bunch of fees that made it more expensive when we went there in person. I booked my space with Life Storage over the phone, I got the price that was shown on the website (plus the cost of a lock), the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when we got there, and the space was clean and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! Doug and team really walked me through everything and took the time to make sure all my concerns were taken care of. The facility is top notch and cleaner than any storage facility I have ever used!

I got my storage unit about two weeks ago. Everything has been great so far. I made my reservation online and the manager promptly got in contact with me to confirm my appointment. Suzanne at the office was really helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions.

Easy check in. Great staff. Super clean and safe.

The entire process was seamless. Lisa knee exactly what she was doing; she lead me to my unit, told me the quickest way of getting there, drafted my contract and told me exactly what I was paying for.You do have to buy a special lock to store with them, but it is worth the investment because you won’t want to store anywhere else. Give this place a try.

I like it a lot in general as they provide seamless, contactless checkin and checkouts. They also have great customer services. They only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 star is that they increased my monthly fee a couple months after I put all my stuff in the storage room!!

I only needed the space a short while but manager was very accommodating. Great facility, location and service.

First time Ive ever been there and I was amazed at how comfortable it was inside the building. Easy to navigate and super clean! Was there with a friend to get stuff out of her storage. If I ever needed another room to put things in, Id definitely go there.

Moved in over a year ago and even through the switch in ownership never worried about my things. I had some trouble with my lock and Doug was so helpful! Very enjoyable and friendly! You can tell he enjoys what he does! Thanks for keeping my belongings safe!!

My husband and I moved our belongings in in November 2019 and it remained safe, in this clean, temperature controlled space until July 2020. We felt safe knowing it was here and our belongings were super easy to access throughout those months when we needed them. Thanks for keeping our stuff safe during COVID-19 until we sold/bought a new home! Great experience!

Can I give zero stars? I was in my unit when it was Extra Space and never had one issue. However, today I went to grab a box and a mouse ran across the floor. I immediately went down to the office. The lady called her manager (Doug I believe) who stated they have no control over the units and I could put down traps if I wanted to. My entire life is in that unit and I pay good money to have my stuff stored inside instead of outside (where I could have paid much less money). To be told to pretty much screw off is unbelievable. I understand things happen and critters are a possibility but to be told they couldnt care less was astounding. So now here I am at Walmart spending my money to fix a problem that I didnt cause. Awesome. Thanks Life Storage. I cant wait to remove my stuff from this place. I would have done it tonight if it had been possible.

Great experience so far! Ms. Green was so flexible, helpful and well-informed about the storage unit space, and the sign on process was very smooth. Very clean inside, beats any place I’ve used before. I don’t love how much the company adds on to the cost (admin fee, lock purchase, insurance), but I guess that’s just a cost of doing business.

Rental was a breeze thanks to the friendly staff. They recommend the right size and what I would need to keep my things covered.

Manager was helpful, knowledgeable, offered options, and explained everything I could think to ask. I arrived later than I had planned, half-hour before closing, and he was all-of-the-above-helpful comments even though the process went beyond “closing time.”These days it’s hard to find someone helpful and willing to go beyond the minimum effort. I have been using this storage facility for about a year and I have nothing but great things to say! First Doug and Brianna are by far the most courteous staff members and will work very hard with you to keep your storage unit up. Even if I have fallen behind they go over and beyond to help you! Talking to them is like talking to a friend and the rates are reasonable as I have 2 units and pay roughly about $100 a month! I dont have to worry about bugs or pests in my unit bc it is very climate controlled. Best investment Ive made in a storage unit!

Lisa was nothing short of amazing! She was resourceful, fast and friendly. I was unsure about the dimensions of my unit. She not only took me on a tour but helped me compare sizes and prices that actually ended up saving me some money. I love that I can enter my unit up until 10pm with access to carts to ease heavy loads and lifting. The office is open until 6 which gives me time after work if i need help. Definitely would recommend this location!

This place is a scam. After looking at several locations and units I finally made my reservation, they offered 1st month free and 30 days to move in which is great since I need it almost a month from now. Then I get an email saying its first come first serve and that I have to go in and pay right now or I will lose my unit. Im happy to go in show my ID and pay the administration fee as long as I keep my move in date but no, the rental would start right away meaning I would waste my free month and the reservation is just a scam since you cant really reserve the unit. This was confirmed on the chat and on the phone, they said it was company policy. Dont let these people scam you, I got a much bigger unit for less money at Mini Price Storage.

ACCEPTIONAL customer service . LISA is very well informed in her state of the art new facility. A pleasure to work with . She is professional and well educated about her job. If she is out showing another customer a unit, she always have signage clear on door with her contact and answers right away. Also if you call her before coming, she sets appointment to make sure she is there when you arrive. Upon approaching the building; she is there standing with the door open to greet you. A CLASS ACT!Our employees love the experience at Lisa’s location. Because we import furniture, having a great storage experience is key. We have found our new home for storage.

Pay for climate controlled space, dont get climate controlled space. Mold is now in everything that was there. It was clean and dry when it when, so its an issue with Extra Space. Lisa was a rude individual every time Ive been there. The guy that was there today (11/8) was the same way.
