Fabulously well cared for. Clean, secure, well lit, climate controlled, everything you could ask. The manager was incredibly helpful and kind when we first came in- she answered all of my nutty questions. Each time we went in to put in a couple of things it was always clean and everything seemed well cared for. While we are nearly 2 hours always I never stressed over something happening to my daughter’s college stuff while she was home. Thank you!!

This is a good location to store your items. I was able to get a unit on quick notice. The facility is clean and there is easy access to trucks and a loading dock. Nathaniel Johnson and Stacey Stutzman helped me with the picking the correct sized unit and with recommendations on how many boxes I would need. They were helpful and professional!

I left my old storage at storage facility at Public Storage because it was in a doggy neighborhood, was outdoor (so there was a greater chance of molding or mildew incidents) and plus they kept raising the rent on me. I tried Cube Smart because it is near my doctors office and in a much nicer area. I had NO IDEA HOW LOVELY this facility was. I also felt like my prayers were answered when I learned that the units are indoors! Ginger provides such a quality service- she is the best, really. I think I am gonna like it here. :)

One of the few storage facilities that does NOT have a truck to use. BummerThe new manager, Odessey (cool name) is nice and friendly. Within a mile from my house which helps too...fast forward 7 months later.3 managers. 2 price increase . just received notice going up again $15. Month! Ridiculous, getting out of there. RIP OFF
