I really like Sweet Frog and look forward to the opportunity to visit. Being Diabetic, their no sugar added selections allow me to occasionally enjoy small portions of this cool sweet treat.Imagine my surprise when I found a full sugar flavor in the no sugar added machine. Then I discovered the loyalty program my home store got me to participate in wasnt valid at this store! The store itself seemed darker and less bright than other stores Ive been to.So I still like Sweet Frog, but I will never again return to this store.

Seemed understaffed at the time of our visit (Sunday afternoon, 8/29). Dining area was a bit untidy. Outdoor seating was available, but not clean (e.g., sticky froyo toppings on the chairs and tables). But the desserts were yummy and the kids (as always) and adults enjoyed.

Stop my little ones in . . . the cashier asked for tip when she rang us up 🥺WhaaaaThats a little bold!!! and NO!!!! This is self-service.

Service was great, love all the flavor options, toppings, etc. Id like it a lot better if there was not a biblical quote on the wall. This is why I usually avoid all Sweet Frogs.

We arrived 20 min before closing. As we approached the cash register to add hot fudge and pay for our 5 cups of ice cream, the hot fudge was empty. The girl working got annoyed when I asked if they could refill it, but did refill it. Then asks us if we want to leave a tip. SMH

I like how they just charge per cup, not based on weight but they were doing some weird construction in the back and it was really loud in the front of house so...idk, maybe do that after hours if you can absolutely help it?

Great that they offer gloves and hand sanitizer at the entrance. They will hand you the cup size of your choice to avoid people touching cups.

Im fond of the more premium places in town for shed number of flavor & seemingly naturally sourced. Yet SF had nice tasting product & was kids heaven; nearby vast number Short Pump S/C restaurants.

I hate coming to the movies because I cant help but stop into this Sweet Frog and all its deliciousness! Its welcoming, friendly and the yogurt is fresh with so many incredible flavors and toppings. In fact, its a chilly 50° outside and Im craving it just thinking about it 🤓

Very clean, ample parking. There were two employees actually paying attention to us. They were friendly and helpful. Many flavors and many many more toppings. You pay by weight after you prepare your goodie so you can have as little or as much as youd like. We enjoyed the experience.

Very clean store with good customer service in person...can’t answer a phone to save their life. I mentally prepare to call twice knowing they won’t answer the phone the first time. Once they answer I ask a question and they always ask me “what did you say?” It might be time to invest in better phones.

I always have a good experience here. The employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. There is seating outside and you can walk around if you dont want to sit inside.

This place is great. Took two great kid mwith me. I got a small & talked them into the medium & not the large cups. They piled on toppings. Then the shocked came YOU PAY by weight!! $24 !! Joined their club & got 10% off. The young later explained the small is 8oz, medium 16 oz large 24 oz. So next time I will get the small cup. Still was a lot I ate 1/2 & took the rest home. Kids will love it!!

Delicious, but had to wait too long for the employees to acknowledge my existence so I could ask for a sample cup.

Wish the store was a little cleaner. Tables are often dirty, laminate on the tables and bench are peeling away. Some of the toppings have been there a while (butterfingers look a bit iffy).

Variety of ice cream. Being able to decide how much I buy according to the weight of the product seems great to me.I also love being able to make the mix you want and place several additions of sweets or chocolates.
