Horrible customer service and food was not that great. I asked for a side order of mango chicken...so at least I could get some kind of protein in me. She filled up the container to go, I double checked that it was a side order as it was way too much. She told me that it was and then got charged for a full amount. Staff was very rude and was trying to argue as I just practiced patience and a sound mind while paying. I should have just left the food and there. Unacceptable!

A pretty tasty meat and rice stall in the Richmond center food court. They have quick service and are great for lunch. The meat is well cooked but is tasty due to the overly sugary bbq sauce they place on it. Parking is from the mall with access to the rooftop being the closest. Transit visitors come through the Canada line stop or three major bus hub.

Really confused. I thought this was BBQ. I got the Louisiana chicken, black pepper chicken and rice. The chicken was the exact same as the Chinese stall. Did they just share? Neon pink glaze chicken and Chinese flavoured rice. AVOID. I hope this place shuts down.

Absolutely terrible customer service, small portions and they gave me food poisoning with there discusting food. AVOID IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SICK.

👎👎Pathetic🚫🚫This doesnt even taste like bourbon chicken. And Ive had it from multiple different locations.I ordered the number 3, 2 meat & 1 veggie. The veggie selection looked so old and stale, that I refused that option.The meat has no Bourbon sauce on it. Theyve found a way to water down the sauce so much that it tastes like water.No stars ! Never going back again

Tried many Bourbon St. grill, this location is the most expensive, the only place which charged me for an extra foam plate for my kid, and the food was so bland with no flavours.

My first choice when Im at the food court, foods good, staff is friendly but quick and Im in and out in 2 minutes.Plenty of choices so I recommend trying if youre in the neighborhood.

Large portions, at a very good price. The food is decent for Chinese-American food, all of the food sits under heat lamps so it may not be the freshest.

Saw a chinese guy in the back just snacking on food with his gloves on during covid, getting his saliva all over his gloves then probably preparing your food. Cashiers also served food and used same gloves. Chicken was tepid - needs to be above food safe standards to avoid poisoning people

The name is misleading. Its closer to Chinese than Southern but its still good. Its my go-to at the food court.

Great food rude cashier...she made it very obvious she was upset that i asked for a glass of water. If you dont like your job get a new one. Had the burbon chicken and noodles both were delicious.

I go many times when Im in this mall. It is food court food but it is very good. The pity is that sometimes you get a little cold if it is from the top, because they have it done. Ask them to put it on the bottom. The portions are very plentiful and they have a good variety to choose from.
