Stopped by for my birthday drink and although they did make a mistake it was quickly fixed without question. My only problem is that I realized after being off sugar for a few months that the old drinks I used to treat myself with no longer taste good. This was a quick stop off the freeway into an outlet mall and the Starbucks is outside. Thank you for my birthday drink!

You need to fix your time management. Can’t even make one drink for a customer present at the store and kept doing bunch of mobile order. Ridiculous

Yeah yeah dont judge but I asked the cashier guy if he could make this drink i saw on on Tiktok. He said sure, no problem then was like why would do that and starts talking technical barista terms that Im supposed to know? The girl who was actually making the drink heard my order and she was like I got ya! She did an awesome job and it was delicious but had to take a star out because of the guy.🤪😜

The exp is always flat.. not like the proper outlets.. pay the same cost like elsewhere yet get cappy coffee! I hate it and try to avoid many a times!

Wish I can give them 0 stars. Literally the worse Starbucks I have been to. I waited 30 minutes for my order just to be told they didn’t have what I ordered and another 5-10 minites to get a refund.

They are amazing and the staff is always cheerful and fast I love coming here!

Went to this Starbucks mocha was warm and croissant wad cold when ask to warm up the employee stated the ovens were broken for awhile.

Theres a couple baristas that are really friendly, remember me every time!

The baristas were both very kind, helpful and polite! My mother presented a few requests after ordering and they were more than happy to accommodate. Also, when they saw that the half n half was running low, they immediately replenished. I come here at least once a week. They have Fast service and great drinks just wish some of the employees were nicer.

Interesting. I ordered a small cappuccino for my wife and asked for less milk foam. I ended up getting a small cup entirely of milk foam. I understand mistakes happen but when I complained about it I was getting rude looks from the employees as if I was being difficult. Seriously who in their right mind orders an entire cup of milk foam? The correct order that my wife got she was happy so Ill give an extra star since they at least corrected the order.

The first time I buy tea Chai latte in US they told me I cannot get less sugar. Get it with less syrup can be an option but not just say no it can’t be less sweet.It is just too sweet for me personally. Now I get a drink I don’t want to drink it at all... such a waste. :-(

This is the Starbucks to frequent if you want a good drink while shopping. Ive tried the ones off of Tenth Street and will just go without because the wait is long and the order is never right. This drink actually tasted better than my favorite store here in Hollister. Kudos!

Drive thru location. Great access from freeway. Good access despite being in a shopping center. On-par with other Starbucks. Good customer service, friendly.

My sister from out of state was visiting and wanted to come to the outlets here to go shopping. The Starbucks was a nice place to stop and take a break.

Love the frappuccinos. The employees always go above expectations in making sure you are satisfied. They are always willing to fix any problems

I ordered hot coffee and asked to leave room for cream. Got my plain coffee with extra room. No cream in the kiosk available...a bit disappointed.

Try the tic tok drink! Delicious. But you have to tell them how to make it.

I dont visit this location much but when I do, its mostly good. Went yesterday and ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and barista made me a hot macchiato. I told her I ordered it iced. She took the hot one and made a Venti iced macchiato minus the caramel. Listen its not my fault that you cant hang taking and making online orders as well as in store orders. Find a new job and stop messing peoples orders up. Thanks for the apology and offer for me to at least keep the first drink. Im done here!

Need some energy fuel before work . Never fails its busy at 1400 but Soo worth it . I never tried the sandwiches there never got my attention, ah I am sure there delicious.

Really fast service in a perfect location.

Siri tried to route me to this Starbucks on Leavesly Road — but you cannot access it from Leavesly Road — you must turn right into Arroyo Circle and then turn into the Outlets or the service access road. BTW, this is a kiosk with no indoor seating, only outdoor tables, and no drive through.

Ordered the Teavana Green Tea and the after taste is horrible. It literally taste like pencil shavings. My suggestion to the person who made my tea is to read a book instead of working at starbucks.

Odd little Starbucks with a walk up window. Only been here once while in the area. My mocha seemed up to other Starbucks locations.

I would give a zero if I can... worst Starbucks ever I wanted a water cup with iced and they said no were running out of cuos worst service ever denying a cup of water.... in this 102 hot weather

This tiny starbucks is very slow. They also charge adding little soy for gold memberon pike place. They charge soyon refill as well.Took forever to get my frozen drink.

Lines are always long and staff is slow and unprofessional. Most of the staff are just standing around. Im basing this on more that one experience here.

Wow worst location ever. Its a kiosk and the employees dont have any customer service. Made themselves drinks while we waited in the sub forty degree weather.

Long line. Limited choices

Another customer and the two of us were waiting for 10 minutes after opening. There was a woman inside who didnt open the door and didnt bother to say anything even though the sign clearly said open at 630. We all left without coffee. Very disappointed.

Always stop here to get energy for shopping. Its an outdoor booth with somewhat limited selection.

Unlike almost every other Starbucks this place has no restroom. Not very useful on a long road trip.
