The best café here, its beautiful and really cozy. Their food is really yummy and their drinks are amazing. I especially love the lemon bars they have too. And its great they showcase peoples artwork on the walls. Its relaxing to step foot into.1st Street Coffee House reminds me of those sweet spots artists and writers chill in, lounging in a cozy corner of the café drawing or writing with a nice steamy drink by their side. Very homely.

Place is great but unfortunately today is their last day in business. The employees behind the counter are friendly and great. This is a real loss for the locals.

The cappuccino was really good. So was the lemon cake.

This used to be a good coffee shop. Ever since the original owners left in 2017, it’s never been the same.

This is our family favorite coffee shop! I am more of a tea drinker and love their cold teas. I have had their pumpkin pie coffee and the flavor was great! Also, if youre looking for a quick breakfast this is the place! Their egg burritos or croissant sandwiches are delicious.

This aint no regular coffee shop. Theres something about it that makes me feel at home. Maybe it was the Lumineers playing in the background. Ive been oddly obsessed with the Lumineers lately, especially the song, Long Way From Home. Ive been struggling to play anything else. Whenever any other song plays, Im just thinking about Long Way From Home. First Street Coffee House made me listen to more than just that one song. I believe Nobody Knows was playing by the Lumineers. On second thought, I know Nobody Knows was playing. Its good I got a break from Long Way From Home because it made me miss the song even more. As soon as I got back to my car I put it back on reply. It also wouldnt have been fitting if Long Way From Home was playing at that coffee shop because I felt so at home there.While there was no questions about the music choice, I did have some questions about the coffee. There were so many coffee beans to choice from and on top of that, I didnt even know how I wanted them roasted! I felt that if I asked for a large coffee, it would have been as if I went to a brewery and asked for a large beer. I ended up getting the House Blend and had no regrets, which is rare for me. Thank you First Street Coffee House for making me listen to more than just one song and making great coffee!

Great coffee at great prices with great staff.

Coffee is pretty good, but even an added shot is not strong enough for me. I had a bagel sandwich with bacon and cheese. It was ginormous! I ate the whole thing. Bacon is mixed in as bits with egg. Bagels are fresh. Good stuff!

Place makes good coffee drinks. Has a whole slew of options. Makes some of the food on the spot which is slightly tastier. The baristas were very friendly with my little boy which made him enjoy the place which translates to mom and dad got to relax a little more.

Super friendly coffee and sandwich place that we sometimes stop by on our drive from the Bay Area to LA. Coffees are decent. I also tried their smoothie (mango) but it was a bit too sweet and watery for my taste. Not sure they used real fruit or juice/pulp.The sandwiches were decent. Wife got tuna sandwich that satisfied her hunger, and I got a delicious everything bagel with avocado.The service (super sweet and helpful girls behind the counter) and prices, besides easy parking and the fact they are open on holidays makes it a worthwhile pit stop.

Best coffee spot in town! Tbe coffee and espresso drinks are all great, but the staff here is what makes this place so special. Always a smiling face greeting you at the register, even during the busiest, most stressful times. This place is my go to coffee place. No more Starbucks for me.

Another one of our local favorites. We have a personal mission to work with the little local guy whenever possible and this is a perfect example of where we love to hang out. The young hip staff are always upbeat and happy. The music is quiet enough yet usually fits the mood. Also a nice selection of healthy treats and snacks for when you’re on the go.

In an era of Starbucks and Peets coffee, it can be tough to find a small business coffee shop. First Street Coffee has been around since before I was born and it maintains the same cozy feeling that you dont get in a chain coffee shop. Support this place!

The coffee is average. The service is nice and hospitable, but dont count on them getting your order correct. Ive been there a few times as they have delicious breakfast sandwiches, they have yet to get my order correct, and they take zero accountability for their mistakes. This place needs NEW ownership as the current owners obviously do not care about their customers.

Very clean patio seating area outside. Designated smoking area. Very pet friendly and next to it is a veterinarian. 2 thumbs up. Much seating an clean atmosphere in side also very clean restroom.

I have been coming g here for years. This is a great place to get coffee or a snack. I always get an avalanche, my boyfriend gets a funky monkey with no coffee and he loves it, so whether you love drinking coffee, or want something uncaffeinated, they got you covered. The staff is always so welcoming too!

First Street Coffee House is one of the best coffees Ive had in the US. The breakfast entrees are good, but not as great as their coffee. Nevertheless, if I want a good cup of coffee in San Francisco, this is the place I would go to.

A genuine neighbourhood coffee house, locally owned, with a terrific selection of coffees and tasty bites. There are folks who come and stay all day. Think of it as the coffee house equivalent of Cheers, where the barista knows your order and everybody knows your name!
