Dillon is the best mechanic! We were visiting from out of town and my AC was making a weird noise. The sound was intermittent, but Dillon went ahead and put it on the hoist, had a good look around and took it for a spin. He found nothing wrong, which was a relief. Thanks Dillon!!

I really don’t have much experience because im still waiting on a call from Cole to program my new 6.0 into my 4.8 computer. I took my truck in but did not have a lot of time because my truck its my daily driver. My truck runs rough but still drives. So Cole worked with me about taking a look at it. Then was going to program everything that my truck needed. Now im waiting to see when he is able to take it in to program it now.... highly recommended him. Once i have the work done to my truck i will update.

I rarely use a machanic and when I do I am always sceptical o about will they be honest because I am a woman? These guys came highly recommended to me by 2 different friends. This place is awesome. The girl at the reception was very courteous and friendly. Bob the mechanic gave us much time and attention and found the issue. They went ahead and tried finding the part locally to no avail. After all that time and effort he didn’t want to charge me a dime. These are caring and giving people. They even called to follow up afterwards since he did a small repair to try to make it work. I recommend them with total confidence. Much appreciated all they did for us to get ya back on the road. Could not have made a better choice! 14 hours from home transmission blew. We quickly looked up the repair shops in the area found Northwest Performance and they took care of everything. Cole and his wife treated us like family and our car like it was their own. They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get home on time and even got us a car while we waited so we could get around. Great prices and good people if your car needs any service this is the shop to go to.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!!! At 4:00pm I discovered that I needed the oil changed in my truck immediately. Not only did they thankfully hav an open slot,they used the correct brand and grade,plus this place was also able to get me in the shop @4:25pm and done before 5:00pm. The staff and mechanics were very friendly and polite.

I am here in Gillette for only a short while so I didnt know who to go to. I went to this place with a screaming vehicle and even though they where swamped with work, they still took the time to help someone in a panic. ( : They where so friendly and helpful. The price surprised me even more. Excellent price for what they actually took the time and did for me. You wont be disappointed here. TRY THEM!! They all are wonderful people. This is a great shop!! I had something wrong with my truck and needed to get back to college, I had come home for the weekend, when I was headed back my truck was acting up!! I took it to Northwest Performance it was done quickly and at a fair price!! All the employees are really nice and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

Apparently Gillette, Wyoming is the place to break down. Just like a lot of other reviewers, my check engine light popped on and I needed a place to get it looked it. The dealership couldnt get me in, about four other mechanics didnt have time, but this place got me in quickly and got the job done quickly. Thanks to the fast turnaround, I didnt have to change my schedule at all.Additionally, the mechanic went out of his way to tell me about a potential issue with my vehicle that I wouldnt have known about otherwise.Its hard to argue with good service, reasonable prices, and an honest mechanic. Cant recommend this place enough.

Got us in last minute for some repairs that could have been catastrophic if we continued down the road. They could have easily gouged us knowing we were in a pinch and just trying to get home but were upfront, honest and personable. Would recommend to anyone.

Good folks. We were traveling through Gillette on a Saturday and broke down. Although the shop wasn’t even officially open that day they made the repair—on a Saturday afternoon. Great service. Not outrageously priced. Highly recommend.

This shop is absolutely fantastic. These guys went out of their way to fix our problem. We are from Spokane Washington and we needed to get home. These guys worked outside in 30 degree weather to fix our RV so we can make it home. If Im ever in the area again and need work done these are the first guys that I will go to to have it completed.The owner even went out of his way to call me to make sure that I made it home okay. Was driving through to Yellowstone and started hearing a rattling sound coming from under my car. Hopped off the highway into Gillette, called these guys ten minutes before they closed, explained the situation and they stayed late to fix the problem. Gave me a more than fair bill, especially given the circumstances. Even called me 20 minutes after I hit the road again to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly — nicest crew, definetely a good place to stop if you’re in a tight spot.

These guys really helped me in a pinch while traveling did great to help me get on my way at a rate I could afford, and even came out and double checked everything with me best customer service. Dont be fools these guys have the right tools.

The owner himself came for a ride with me and listened to help diagnose my bad wheel bearings. Then gave me an awesome quote and came back to pick up my rig all fixed with owing less than the quote! Wont go anywhere else anymore!
