Self serve! The machines are all in working order and theres always someone ready to help you at the register.You get to pick up your cup from the right and choose a flavor of Froyo along the wall of the shop. You can pick as much or as little as you like by mixing flavors, or even getting a full cup of one flavor.All the toppings are set up in a table at the center of the room. Top your yogurt to your hearts content!Once youre done, you can head over to the register where your yogurt gets weighed and priced. They charge by the ounce, so be careful how much you get :P

The lovely ladies that work here are absolutely LOVELY! Salted caramel is delicious and the vanilla is yummy, too!

I come here more than I’d like to admit. Flavors are good. The cake batter tastes very Icy instead of creamy. Sometimes you can taste the flavor from the other side of the machine bleed into the other.

Me and my family love this place! We can do our own toppings some places still arent allowing you to self serve so we love that Zoyo does, Which my kids love to. My 2 favorite flavors is the Horchata & Insta Graham & a very friendly staff is always great.

Took our granddaughters here. The frozen yogurt is very good with many flavors. There are many choices for toppings. Masks are required. There are disposable gloves to wear and hand sanitizer. The cashier was very friendly. We ate at a table with an umbrella outside. We enjoy taking out granddaughters for frozen yogurt!

This is a great spot for froyo with outdoor seating. They had 3 different flavors that were dairy free for us lactose intolerant peeps! My wife and kids loved there froyos as well. Well definitely be going back

They change flavors often and offer a military discount.

Pulled into the parking lot and the two employees were the only people in the store. One was eating out of the toppings with bare hands in the middle of a pandemic. Never again. Thanks anyway.

I love this frozen yogurt place. Cute trendy self serve yogurt bar. It has yogurt stations you choose your flavor in self serve cups weighed. There are two topping bars with a huge assortment. Join the yogurt club by registering your phone into registry system, no Punch cards needed. Each visit you get 10% off of purchase. After 12 visits, a free yogurt. There is usually 1-2 selections each week thats sugar-free. Theres a few rotational flavors they change weekly as well as regular flavors. Really great place if you prefer frozen yogurt over ice cream.

First time checking out this neighborhood frozen yogurt shop. Very clean, attentive staff.. we were able to try any of the flavors of frozen yogurt - and there were plenty! Numerous toppings to choose from.. healthy ones too! (Nuts and berries, etc). They also have brownies baked in a dish, that you can add the frozen yogurt on top of!I just found the yogurt too sweet in general.. and then when we got to the end to pay, two of them - over $10?! Seemed a bit steep for dessert.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a while. I took my daughters there for a treat, and the flavors they wanted were out of service. I asked the young girl behind the cash register, when it might be cold enough to be served again, and she said, I dunno. I told her it looks like all the flavors they want are not ready right now. She didnt really respond. It was more of a look of indifference. There wasnt any greeting when we came in. She had a dirty look on her face the entire time we were there. I felt like our being there was an inconvenience to the employees/owner. We probably wont be back.

Ok so I went here a couple days ago and the frozen yogurt isnt bad but also not the best Ive ever had. They could have a few more flavors at least. They dont have as many toppings as the other places that Ive been to either. Its also pretty expensive for frozen yogurt compared to other places. I would only go here for a last resort but for better frozen yogurt I would suggest Swirl It or Menchis.

Delicious yogurt & sorbet, with tons of add-ons and fixings! Wish the nut products were separated from being in the middle of the rest of them, due to allergies and cross-contamination. Would visit again

I love this store! The atmosphere is great. We come, usually last minute, Willis has been there each time to greet us with a smile and happy energy. Wouldnt be as awesome if the staff was not so personable.

I got my yogurt and there was no one around to ring me out. I waited 10 minutes before someone eventually came to the front and didnt even apologize for the wait or not being at the front. Definitely wont be coming back with poor customer service.

I always get salted caramel yogurt with reecces pieces and caramel sauce soo good

I’ve been here before and the yogurt was good (but a little pricey). I stopped in again today and I ended up not getting anything because there was no employee there. I walked around inside for a few minutes thinking someone would come out but ended up leaving without any yogurt.

This is like the frozen yogurt from a Chinese buffet that tastes like frozen ice milk. Definitely will not be coming back. There are way better frozen yogurt places out there

I come here all the time, theyre always changing up their flavors seasonally so there are always new flavors to try. The fruit is always fresh and they have a great selection of toppings.

Empty No sugar free yogurt

This shop has no free drinking water to serve, I bring 3 kid and brought 2 bottle water and ask can I get a cup, the answer is : we don’t have free cup here to serve too, compare with yogurt land and all other ice cream shop, Zoyo is really Not generous enough

The yogurt had an odd sourness. I wasnt a fan. They did have a good variety of toppings.

Amazing selection amd nice staff. Easy to get in and out and if you want to eat there, they have a nice outdoor patio.

Just tried this place to compare to Yogurtland. Id have to say it was extremely clean, nice employees, great service and the yogurt options were new and delicious. Horchata froyo is amazing and the fresh fruit toppings were on point. Keep it up Zoyo.

Last week, a man was working there. He picked up dropped pieces of the toppings and put them back in the bins. He then proceeded to pick up an old dirty rag and wipe the counter tops. Then he sat the rag back down, and later used the same rag to wipe the spigots. No rinsing of the rag. Gross.

I came in on june 26 and i used a chandler public library promotion for 1000 points for 6oz and i got 6.2 oz a bit over. i only got theyogurt not really a yogurt just flavored ice and only 1 topping for getting 0.2 over i wanted more then 1 topping. So i dont reccomend going here. im just kid and they got all mad for getting 0.2 over. For the people that got 1000 points dont reccomend going to this location. dont go here

I had the salted Carmel and wow it tasted more like salt then Carmel, yikes. I also had chocolate which was very good!

Its good, but overpriced and not as good of a selection of toppings compared with menchies IMHO.

We went for the yogurt today! The air condition was broken and they served us rotten and stale fruits. They didnt remove the fruits from the counter knowing the fruits has gone bad because of the heat(115)
