Great little ice cream shop. I really liked the ice cream roll! It’s unique and new. The ice cream is soft and delicious and they make it right in front of you!The menu has too many things on, I didn’t know what to order, but we loved what we got.

First time in after a vegan ice cream search nearby. First of all I noticed how absolutely filthy the floors were. There was no one in the store when we walked in. Im very observant and I noticed the young man that was helping us touching the ice cream with his gloves that he touched multiple other things with. I was biting my tongue been already decided that we will not be returning. Another guy walked in and went to the back to work. He automatically grabbed gloves and put them on without washing his hands. Ive worked in the food industry a very long time and everybody knows you need to wash your hands before you put gloves on. Really appreciate the vegan option ice cream, but Ill definitely not be back. Please educate your staff on how to properly handle food and clean the location.

How did we not know about this place? We really enjoyed the custom ice creams we ordered. We did FERRERO ROCHER rolled ice cream and Time Square. Both were delicious!!! FERRERO ROCHER was crushed evenly throughout the ice cream. Love how the milk was poured on and turned to ice cream. The warm donuts in the Time Square are super sweet but balanced well with the vanilla ice cream. I recommend coconut and butterscotch to round it out but entirely your choice. Cant wait to try a drill treat!!! Definitely going back (make sure you sign up for the reward program).

Great dairy-based and dairy-free options! Many tasty unique options. Some in our family have have a dairy intolerance so we are very happy we found 212. Excellent customer service. A true experience watching them make made-to-order desserts. My daughter was so excited to watch them make her ice cream rolls. The gentleman who made our treats was super nice and a hard worker. We’ll be back!

Service was great - I loved that there was a vegan option as Im non-dairy. Ice cream was pretty good but not knock-your-socks off. It was nice to be able to have ice cream with my kids though so 4 stars!

Above and Beyond what I was expecting in multiple ways! I came here on a Thursday afternoon with my 2 kids. The guy who helped us was so nice! My daughter went to the bathroom and when we came out he had 2 balloons ready for my 4 year old and 9 month old. He was very patient with us and answered all questions. He took care when creating our ice cream treats and helped with my picky eater. I was blown away! It made our special ice cream outing that much better. The kids loved the balloons and the whole experience. We dont live nearby but Ill be making a trip out in the future just for this place. The ice cream was so yummy too!

This is the first time we tried 212 ice cream studio. They have vegan options and lots of good ice cream and mix ins. The ice cream was good. I would recommend you try it out especially if you are a vegan. They have a live face book like counter that the kids love because it only has about a 5 second delay. Go see them! Please let me know what you think of the ice cream when you try it out.Update 2-14-20 they have vegan options and gluten free mix ins. Now you no reason not to stop by and try some ice cream.

So many delicious choices. It may seem like a bit much at first, but dont work you can still just get a simple scoop or a float (I like the Old Fashioned). Beyond that they have all kinds of amazing creations that look almost as good as they taste.

Had so much fun at 212 ice cream! I love their wild mix of flavors! We have had charcoal, lavender, and dragon fruit so far and nothing has been bad! Love the shovel spoons and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Love the funky feel and my kids love getting cereal on their ice cream! Definitely the place to be and we will be frequent fliers this summer to survive this heat!

I love that this place offers ice cream for people with dietary restrictions. My brother-in-law who is on the keto diet and my sister who is a dairy-free can still go and have a good time at this place. It brings the family together.

I love the vibes and ambience of this place. When I stopped in the plaza to run an errand, I saw their open door and their ice cream shop just looked so cool and enticing.Server was patient and you are also able to sample ice-cream flavors before buying (flavors are listed on the wall by the left of the ice-cream glass serving area). Love how they have many different flavor cones too and in different colors too!Be aware there may be a bit of a wait when they prepare your ice-cream. ...The ice-cream portion size is pretty big. Didnt feel too overly sweet and I was feeling more than full when I finished eating. :)I do hope they bring charcoal ice cream back, would love to come back if they do. :D

Our kids love this place and it’s more like an experience versus just getting ice cream. It takes a while though - maybe 5 minutes per ice cream order/person so just assume you might be waiting a long time especially if there are others in front of you.

Tina the owner came from NYC. Had a blast on mothers day here. I was surprised that they have vegan ice cream. A nice community of people. They use all natural flavoring. Real ish yo! They have 224K gold topping in which I had. Tasty! They have wild ideas of combinations that blow your mind. Everyobe loves it, all ages. They ship in the highest quality and will NOT compromise on quality ingredients. The customer service is heart warming. Come and enjoy!

Great place that I highly recommend! Adults and kids alike would love it! Unfortunately, a worker called out sick when we were there, so the owner was doing everything by himself. This is not a place that can be run by 1 person. However, he did an amazing job upholding the standards and didnt just cut corners to move people through the line. You can just tell that upholding standards and doing everything as advertised was very important to him. If the ice cream you chose had 10 Fruit Loops on it, then he placed all 10 fruit loops 1x1. That told me alot about the place. And after we waited and he served us, he gave us a discount and Thanked us for being patient. Great Customer Service!!!Well, in the end, it was worth the wait. The rolled ice cream, the floats and the drilled ice cream was excellent. Even just a regular basic scoop of chocolate ice cream was soooooo good ( I tasted everyones choices)....Therefore, I will definitely go back here.The owner is from Long Island, so I now understand why its called 212 (NY Area Code)

We were greeted promptly upon entering. We were provided a run down of how to go about ordering. Which was super helpful as it was our first time. The drill concept was pretty cool. The idea of rolled ice cream was nothing new; it’s been around for a few years in the valley before this store opened it up and brought it close to Gilbert area. The downfall of this place: it has a long way to go before they can master the technique of making this leisure treat within an acceptable time so if you have a family of two coming for a treat, you can get out of here before the night is over. We ordered two rolled ice cream, our first order is already consumed before they even finish making the second one. The service is subpar; the cashier is rude and rigid. Will not return ever again.

I have to say that this is my new favorite for ice cream. We were waited on by a young man that was such a delight. He was informative, friendly, patient, checked on us several times. He even made a point of thanking us and telling us to come back. I wish I remembered his name. We were there late Saturday afternoon. Im sure all of their employees are just as nice! Check it out!

Vegan lavender cone with acai magic and mint glacier. And vegan birthday cake come with mocha madness and sea salt caramel. We also found out that the ice cream is agave sweetened. The very friendly and helpful staff gave us samples of the soft serve too. The matcha is amazing. Great store, great staff, great vegan ice cream!

The ice cream is 4 stars, but the service was a 1. We came on a Saturday night and there were 6 customers ahead of us. We waited 40 minutes before we could even place our order. Then once we placed our order, it took an additional 15 minutes for us to get our ice cream and pay. The employees were also wearing headphones while they had a full house. Very unprofessional.

We’ve been here a few times and it is always clean and the staff always friendly. I am never disappointed when I stop in. They have many flavors (including vegan and keto) so I think there is something for everyone. I always suggest coming here to my other mom friends! Today when we went they gave our kids balloon!

Came here tonight with my family and we were very disappointed by the terrible service. There were 3 younger guys and it was just chaos. I wouldn’t say they were working together or playing together... they kind of just did nothing together. Once we saw one of the couples leave, we bailed too. Those 3 need to get their act together ASAP.

The Ice cream is real ice cream, hubby and I got the classic rocky road and was really impressed (were picky about our RR). Great staff. Super friendly and very helpful. They walked us through the process and all of the options. We chose drilled ice cream. There are so many options including vegan and keto. I had the Heavenly Hazelnut (vegan) with the cinnamon pecans which was tasty. Our son had the Vanilla Sky with Oreos. My husband had the Cafe Chocolate with reece cups and marshmallows. It is pretty expensive for ice cream however.

Ice cream was good as was the service, but I spent nearly $10 for a vegan flavor with one topping. My friend spent over $8 for a non vegan flavor. Thought the flavor and texture was nice but not necessarily worth the price.

Great organic ice cream. You can add all sorts of extras like ceral, chocolate, gummy bears, and more. Even if you have just a couple minutes to grab see dessert, this is the place to go to. Stopped by for 212s soft opening today and tried their Cheeto ice cream! It was so delicious! I was able to chose from cereals or toppings and mix ins and create my own little creation. I wasnt sure at first how Cheeto ice cream would taste but the little bit of crunch made it delicious. I cant wait to go back and try their 24k gold ice cream once they have their grand opening! Great location, good people, and yummy ice cream. Its a win-win...well minus the waistline.

Plus they have vegan and dairy free options for people who cannot enjoy traditional ice cream or cones. Prices are not bad considering what some other places charge. Would recommend to anyone.

Took my two grands here for a treat, they had been here with their dad before, were so excited and knew exactly what they were getting. I didn’t know what I was getting into...Grand #1 ordered a two scoop rocket cookie dough and cookies & cream. Grand #2 a outrageous chocolate ice cream roller. I was planning on getting something until I saw the prices...I like ice cream, but I prefer to keep my arms and legs attached. The process took about 5 minutes to make the roller, a typical cold surface lay out the ingredients and viola ice cream, grand 2 was clearly entertained. The cookie dough/cookies & cream cone had a literal scoop of cookie dough (not ice cream) when grand 1 got to the cookie dough she didn’t want her cone. The ice cream was nothing special, they got a 2 🌟 because the entertainment factor was there for grand 2. Prices are astronomical, ice cream is meh. I suggest Baskin and Robbins, 1/2 the cost and twice the ice cream goodness! Oh, if you have more $ than sense, go there and spend $20 on a couple items!

Just tried this for the first time tonight! They were so patient as I took forever to decide what I wanted. Everything we had from a root beer float to birthday cake ice cream was great. The choice of waffle cones is amazing! Super nice people and great products. I highly recommend going there!!!!

This was such a great stop for ice cream. Not only do they have tons of options, they have a variety of vegan options as well! I opted for a non dairy salted caramel flavor with a dark cocoa cone. My boyfriend got the strawberry non dairy soft serve. They were both so creamy and delicious. It’s hard to find different vegan flavors that aren’t bland and boring and 212 Ice Cream Studio really impressed me. I will definitely be back again!

My family and I went in to try their dairy free flavors on Vegan Day, and we were all blown away at how great their lavender and strawberry ice creams are! I’m normally a chocolate fanatic and don’t tend to stray from that, but the lavender was incredible. My kids and husband loved both, plus the employees were SO kind and helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

I drove all the way here and they were out of keto ice cream. When I asked if they still had some they said yes so I ordered it and then a few minutes later he came back and let me know they were out. I wish they would of initially told me they were out otherwise I wouldn’t be stuck looking at my fiancé eating his ice cream.

Delicious dairy-free, vegan, and refined sugar free (agave, fruit, or Stevia sweetened) flavors. They have about 10 vegan flavors along with 2 keto ones. The Charcoal black ice cream is vegan too. Its very lightly sweet and great for mix-ins. They have awesome creations and regular ice cream too, of course! My husband has enjoyed everything hes tried. You can get the ice cream in regular scoops, artfully rolled into rolls, or drilled to make soft serve. My vegan favorite flavors are the charcoal, coconut, and Namaste NYC (vanilla ice cream rolled with strawberries and vegan cheesecake, can also be drilled into soft serve.)

Amazing experience. Took the kids to Bosa donuts with my wife and was gifted 4 coupons to 212 by the Male owner. We went a couple days later not sure what to expect. We were slightly overwhelmed with the options, but in a good way, and they were more than happy to explain and give recommendations. They offer delicious vegan flavors, awesome cones, donuts, and ice cream rolls. They have color changing spoons which the kids loved and then the female Owner even came out to ask about our experience and thank us for coming. I was impressed and grateful. Thank you!

Wow! Glad we tried this place. Their Drilld ice cream is different and amazing! Crushing a bunch of sweets and putting it in a bowl or cone like soft serve then topping it with chunks of toppings. Super nice employees too. Definitely will be back.
