Great Donuts.Quality Donuts.Almost always fresh when I get Donuts from them.However, I was very turned off when they charged me .50 for an extra small cup of water with no lid.For me, it shows a bit of greed.

Fast, fresh and Great prices! I usually get the sandwiches and they are fresh and delicious. Crispy lettuce and fresh tomatoes and onions. Nice crusty toasted croissant. Friendly service as well.

Ok so Ill start by saying the ham & cheese croissant was absolutely delicious. The chocolate custard filled donut, on the other hand, had the strongest fishy flavor Ive ever tasted. Tasted like dead raw fish, so bad that I immediately started throwing up. Horrible experience. Again though, the croissants are amazing. I probably will order there again, just not donuts.

My children and I frequent this establishment a couple times a week, though their speaker system SUCKS, their customer service is wonderful. They generally have the raised and cake donuts they like, they overly accomodate my special requests for a small strawberry smoothies that they split into smaller half sizes at no extra cost. Its a home run for me at a end of a long day when I can get my children what they enjoy for the long ride home.

Very helpful! We ordered donuts in advance for our fathers day event. They had both orders ready to go and labeled. I also had a gentleman help me out to my car with all the boxes. And of course they have the best donuts!

When you just HAVE TO have that midnight donut... this is the place. Open 24 hours a day, your donut cravings can always be satisfied. They also serve boba tea drinks which I super appreciate because they are delicious. I have never had a bad donut from BoSa and will go back anytime I need donuts!

Not that great as many suggested. Not sure why I felt as lesser than Dunkin, contrary to others opinion. Tried multiple varieties and none of them were satisfying.

BoSa Donuts is probably the most under rated donut shop. They have all kinds of donuts and other entrees. Compared to other donut competitors, BoSas price/quality would be number one. Had a great time enjoying my donuts!

Order via Google app and they didn’t have the order ready and then Once I arrived they got the order confused with other orders so I stood around for 10 minutes while 5 other people were in and out. I spoke up and they looked at the Google orders an then quickly did the order. Just order thru the drive thru or at the store. What a waste of time!!!

They sold me a Boston cream without the filling!! That’s the whole reason I went there :( but donuts are sooo good

There donuts are so delicious but are very rude when you dont know exactly what you want. I went when I wasnt feeling real well. So I went to drive up and was given alot of attitude by taking a moment to order. I wont be back

This is the best Bosa location around, hands down. We have tried other locations and it just isnt the same. They do a great job here. The seasonal pumpkin cake donuts are my absolute fave. They are just dynamite!!! Most visits we go through the drive thru. They have fast, friendly service. Great prices for the best donuts around. Try the donut holes too. They only offer glazed donut holes but theyre amazing as well. Great for grabbing a few dozen and sharing.

Great donuts.The staff here are friendly and know their donuts.The menu outside of the donuts includes sandwiches, caffeinated drinks, bagels & Thai Tea (its good, but can be extra sweet). Try the Thai tea with the boba.I usually go in to order because I like picking my donuts. Check out their specials if you eat to get a good deal on glazed donuts or donut holes.

If you go to a chain they ate WAY better than any of the others.

Asked the woman to fill a maple bar with the vanilla cream for my husband. I was told no even when previous they have done so. They had no customers. they were not busy yet would not perform a simple task for customer service. They were also out of donut holes which is the main reason I come for my kids. Will no longer go to this location. Customer service and kindness can go along way.

Bosa has been part of our familys monthly Fried Dough Friday tradition for years. The consistency is incredible. Nothing over the top here, just great donuts.

The donuts are usually how they should be (usually only get donut holes anyways). But when I take a sip of mold in my coffee we have issues. This is so gross I took a picture, and no its not the creamer or add in. It tasted horrid and I litteraly have only delt with this if the coffee was old.

Ordered a dozen doughnuts and got 5 free. The doughnuts are always so good.. Always great customer service!

The donuts taste identical to donuts you can get at a gas station. It was hot, so my wife and I each got smoothies. They were watery, and the Boba was.... not good. Tougher to chew than normal and sticky, like gum. First time there, and probably last time there too.

Drive thru is great. Donuts are always fresh & delicious. Get there early to ensure you get your favorite.

Hit or miss. Last few times Ive been through the drive thru, theyve gotten my order wrong or missed a few things- even though they read my order back to me correctly before I get to the window. I dont understand. Also the boba I got tonight was rock hard; sometimes its subpar, and VERY RARELY are they ever fresh and good. The donuts here are okay depending on when you go. The only thing good about this place is that the taro smoothie itself tastes great every time. This location is the one closest to me, but other BoSa locations are better.

Currently my go-to place for breakfast before work. My order only takes a couple minutes each time, and Ive never had any issues! I normally get a breakfast sandwich and taro smoothie, and they cook the sandwiches perfectly! Im also a big fan of their giant tuna sandwich ❤️ and I have never had donut holes better than this Bosa!!

Before you pay using your credit card, make sure the charges they input into the cc machine are correct. They use a strategy to always overcharge you, hoping you will not notice.

Always fresh donuts. Always polite and helpful employees. I did go to Dunkin but Bosa has changed my mind.

I love the sandwiches at this location. Fresh crispy lettuce, fresh meat and cheeses, fresh bread or roll. I get my moneys worth with these sandwiches. Where else can you go and get this much food for your money. Doesnt hurt that there are dozens of donuts to choose from for desserts. The snow cones remind me of when I was in grade school. The girls working the counter are always super friendly and will greet you with a smile before you get through the door. Everyone super nice and polite here.Thank you guys, Keep up the good work.

Friendly and fast service! Donuts are fresh and delicious. Best donuts Ive found in Gilbert. Great dining area that is clean and open. The breakfast sandwiches are also wonderfully tasty. The croissant they use on the sandwich is flaky and soft. Truly a gem of a donut shop. Well worth the stop if you are looking for a treat!

I go here every few days, and get a smoothie with boba. And I am in the process of trying all the flavors. I personally love strawberry banana. Also the assorted doughnuts are great after work.

Best donuts in Arizona hands down!I recommend the buttermilk, this donut is amazing.My 4 year old enjoys the various sprinkle donuts they carry (pink, white, or chocolate he says they are the best).Husband is a fan of the Boston cream and when they have them the chocolate filled.Their apples fritters are traditional fritters and my employees favorite.Once you eat BoSa you have a hard time eating anything else.

Fantastic! The Bosa by our apartment is terrible, nothing like this location. This location had TONS of options, all fresh, and the girls working the front were so friendly. They even threw in a couple extra donut holes for us. The donuts were delicious, and I wish we had bought more.Im so impressed! Cant wait to return to this location! I wish they were all like this.

Good selection of tasty donuts but they cant seem to get the order right when I go through the drive thru .If I order 2 glazed, 2 raspberry filled and 2 cinnamon rolls ( my usual order at least 2x a week ) Ill end up with chocolate covered with sprinkles or buttermilk ? Also their watermelon boba smoothie had an odd taste.

Food was great and service was amazingly fast even with the chaos of free sandwich day. I am very impressed and will be back!

Bosa Donuts is the best local donut chain in town. Their apple fritters are unbeatable, as are pretty much any other donut variety. You can also get great iced tea, Thai tea, sandwiches, and more, all served with a friendly smile.

Absolute worse customer service ever! Person vehind the counter threw my ham & cheese croissant in a bag to heat it up. Then forgot about it. When I finally got it the bag was grease soaked and soggy. She says here you go. NEVER AGAIN

The manager at this location is disrespectful to his employees and customers he will be on the phone while there is a alot of people waiting in line. And never apologizes. He seems to be hard at hearing and just stand at the register while the the girls that work there are always rushing to get orders done.
