I have been going to Sara at Skinavative for a few years now and have never been disappointed with a treatment. I began with terrible adult acne that she helped me get under control with clarifying masks, microdermabrasions, (my new favorite) derma-planning, and her expert advice on home treatment. Now that it is under control, we have moved focus to anti-aging treatments and I highly recommend the hydro-facials. The office is extremely well maintained and even during the height of COVID, I felt completely comfortable going in for an appointment. I have encouraged all my friends, colleagues, and a few unsuspecting strangers to go in to see Sara.

Dr. Fulton listens and then points out things that I may not have thought about. He is not a doctor that does things if you don’t need them. He may suggest waiting a few more months - I feel he is “in it” for his patients not for the money. My sister referred me to Dr. Fulton and it took me a few years to make an appointment. I’m so glad I finally did! Dr. Fulton and Rori are kind and professional and do excellent work. I’ve struggled with 11 lines between my brows for years. Previous attempts at Botox barely touched the problem. Dr. Fulton was able to inject the perfect spots and my forehead has never looked better!

Dr.Fulton performed fillers for my lips as well as nasal labial folds. He was absolutely amazing and so patient from consultation, the injections and then after when I called with some concerns he called me back right away and even checked on me the next day to make sure everything was going well. I also see Sara for facials. My skin looks great from the hydro facials. She truly knows what she is doing. As I am almost 54 I noticed parts of my face that creams, oils, some treatments are just not enough to lift and tighten. After researching several locations that perform the Y-lift, I decided to visit Skinovative to see if I was ready for this procedure. Dr Fulton and his staff were very professional and kind from the start. I was nervous from the beginning and somewhat reluctant but I must say, that team made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself was not painful, but there was some pressure sensation at times. I went home with immediate changes, but with each day I saw improvement as my face seemed to smooth out (maybe from the very slight swelling). Fast forward a month later and I am absolutely loving it as everything is smooth, natural and I keep telling myself I’m so happy I had the Y lift. My face looks more filled out where it was starting to sag, it’s lifted where it was starting to droop. Yes I’d do it again, yes I’d get touch ups (if needed in 2-3 years) and I’d absolutely recommend this doctor for this procedure. It wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought and the results are fantastic. Loved my experience at SKINovative. I had the PDO Threading done on my face due to the normal aging process with sagging skin. I heard threading was a great way to tighten and lift, all while building back your own collagen. I chose SKINovative because of their positive reviews of Dr. Fulton and staff. It is a beautiful spa and Dr. Fulton and his staff were wonderful, and kind to me and very knowledgeable of the kind of procedure I was having. I am very, very happy with my results so far. It has been one month and you can alreafy see a difference with lifting in my cheeks, eyes and jawline! I cannot wait to see more results over time!! Everyone is absolutely wonderful here! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fulton and Sarah for a couple years now, and we have never had a bad experience. I do not do well with needles, and have been getting Botox (first time!) with Dr. Fulton for about a year now. He is wonderful, gentle, and easily distracts me from feeling naturally queasy with needles. In fact, I am able to get Botox with complete ease due to the doctor. If you are hesitant to try Botox, I would absolutely recommend him. Sarah is outgoing and fun, and is wonderful with Hydrafacials and Peels. 10/10 experience.

I recently had PDO Threads procedure by Dr.Fulton and I am so happy with the results. Dr.Fulton and Karina were excellent in explaining and preforming the procedure with complete ease. I had a little bruising and swelling, which was gone in about a week. I recommend this procedure instead of a face lift. The cost is inexpensive and the results are amazing.

Dr. Fulton is great, he really does a fantastic job and is always welcoming and shows a lot of gratitude for your business. I was very disappointed, however, by the customer service I received from the office staff on my visit last week. I got 15 units of Botox and when I went to go pay, I informed the guy at the desk that I had some brilliant distinctions points to use as well. He said “Karena (who is Dr. Fulton’s wife and office manager) just told me we can’t apply them to 15 units” I asked him why and he looked at me blankly and said “I don’t know”. I said that it seemed arbitrary and he said “yeah.” I asked him how many units I would have had to purchase to be able to use my points and he again looked at me blankly and said “I don’t know”. I felt like I was in the twilight zone, if you don’t know the answer to something you should say “I’m not actually sure, let me find that out for you” that is customer service 101! I ended up doing my own research and learned that you have to spend $200 before you can apply points per brilliant distinctions program rules, which is fine and understandable but shouldn’t your office staff be able to tell me this? Skinovative is NOT close to me, I drive very far out of my way to go there because I really like Dr. Fulton, but this interaction has me second guessing my future visits.

Sara is an amazing aesthetician and really takes the time to explain the process and tailor solutions that are right for your skin concern- for a customized treatment. The HydraFacial is the most fantastic treatment and leaves my skin glowing.

What can I say about Rori? Utmost professionalism, amazing knowledge and care. She listened as I explained what I wanted and gently acknowledged my fears as a “newbie”. I have never had anything done before and wanted Botox and fillers. I am beyond happy with my results!! Everyone from the Jill at the front desk to Rori is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is very apparent throughout. If you are scared, new or just beginning to investigate cosmetic procedures I highly recommend you go to Skinovative and see Rori.

Horrible, horrible experience with their nurse Rori and the owner. She did a PDO thread in my nose and while it was fine for a day, I kept noticing it moving while I ate. I expressed my concern and she said it was fine. A week later, I notice a bulge on the tip of my nose. I come in to see her after 2 weeks, and she basically pokes and prods 10-15 times at my nose with a needle to get to the thread to cut it. She finally does, and cuts it maybe 1mm. I asked if it should be removed and she said no. I also asked if tugging on it upward to cut would leave it in its new position (at the skin level) and she said no. Day after, I could still feel a bulge. And see it as well. I notify the office, I was told she would call me, never did. My now scab ended up peeling and the thread underneath was literally coming out of my nose. I thought the dark color was dried blood, nope! It was the thread coming out of my nose and oozing. I ended up having a virtual appt with the little clinic to get an antibiotic. I contacted the on call at Skinovative and Karena calls me and tried to get in touch with Rori who couldnt see me after work because she has family plans. Meanwhile, my nose has threads coming out of it, oozing with probable infection and probable scarring. The thread was bulging out so bad that I actually pulled one out myself. Just appalling. My nose literally looks no different than before, I now have multiple scars on my nose from this thread and Ive spent 800 dollars for it. What a joke this office is. I asked for a refund several times and was never offered any. In fact, my last email of which I asked for even a partial refund was entirely ignored. Funny part too, when I asked what to do, Karena said the doctor is out of town and I cant reach him and the doctor is her husband. Stay away from this office unless you enjoy scars, infections, lack of communication and unprofessional humans.Update: I called at 230am to get an on call number since that’s when the thread started to bulge out of my nose. But it rung to a phone instead. Thus I intended on calling the next day, which I did. She came in on her day off? Well I would hope so. She doesn’t know what she’s doing which is why the thread moved, which is why I had this done on October 2 and I now have not 1 but THREE scars of which I asked your wife about scar treatments and she didn’t offer any assistance. 2 of the scars are from the treatment a month ago that I have been avidly using scar treatment oils on and still remain on my nose. The third GASH is from your unqualified nurse poking and prodding at my nose literally 15 times with a needle to attempt to fix my nose. Perhaps her license should be revoked. Not only that but your wife also didn’t reply to me when I asked for a refund several times. Your entire office is unprofessional. I didn’t follow up the fourth time because I didn’t want to drive an hour for Rori to tell me my nose is fine when in reality, she shouldn’t have done the thread to begin with, she also shouldn’t have created another scar in attempt to fix it which left the thread literally coming out of my nose and becoming infected. She doesn’t know what she’s doing, neither does Karena. My nose is still red and now I have to see a dermatologist because of your facility.

This is a beautiful spa like facility. Just visited with a friend of mine (I have visited Dr. Fulton for 3 years...maybe 4?) and I keep bringing new clients (even from the West Valley!) with me because Dr. Fulton has been so good to me and I completely trust him. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Karena and the front desk staff are kind, professional, and quick to follow up with appointments, follow ups, and for any questions I may have. If you are a new patient Dr. Fulton will first sit down with you to discuss your concerns and your treatment options. This office is trained well and has a list of menu items for you to choose from but it is clear that your visit is completely about you and your particular needs. I highly recommend.

I was early for my appointment, the skinovative team was able to take me in right away, get a consultation done quickly and move me to a room for a treatment for sclerotherapy vein treatment. The procedure was painless and effective to treat the sites of my concern. Dr. Fulton and his associates, Karena, and other front area staff were pleasant to do business with and met my needs. I received two treatments of Sclerotherapy to treat the veins on my legs and I am blown away by the results! I was self-conscious about wearing clothes that would expose my legs because of my veins but now I am flaunting my legs! Dr. Fulton and his team are amazing! He took the time to make sure that we were targeting the areas that I wanted to treat first and that I was comfortable during the treatment process. I had such a good experience with Sarah today. I went in for a first time chemical peel. Sarah was very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable from our first interaction. She didnt try and upsell me on a product I didnt need and was very sweet. I will definitely be going back to see her again if my work schedule will allow it.

The SKINovative office in Gilbert is the best. From the moment you walk in and are greated by the lovely ladies/lady up front, to the moment you are walked to the exit. I was quite scared about the hormone replacement therapy when I first walked in. Dr. Fulton talked me through everything and when I was ready he was. No rushing me through, he took the time to answer all my questions. There was no pain, and the doctor and his assistant were wonderful. Dr. Fulton also called me himself a few days later to make sure I was doing okay. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I love this place!! I have been getting spider veins injected by Dr. Fulton. He is brilliant!! I have had great results just in time for summer. All of the office staff is super helpful and friendly. Ive never had to wait very long for an appointment and when I wasnt as early as I should of been for my appointment, they checked me in fast and got me back in time. It is always a pleasure to go to Skinovative. My first visit was a little less than one year ago. It is like my personal spa because the folks here are professional and caring. I first went for a face peel from Sara which brought dramatic results. I continue with her for skin care. She knows what she is doing and is always nice to be around. I have also done cool sculpting and Kybella with good/dramatic results. It is so obvious that everyone is well trained in the procedures they perform. I also love that Dr. Fulton who is board certified is the only one who gives injections. He explains what he is doing and is very mindful of shot timid patients. I would recommend them to anyone.

So Ive loved Dr.Fultonfor years just visited yesterday for Hrt pellets that Ive come to depend on, wont understand the benefits till you try.
