Best MAC counter I have been to! The staff is expert with their service skills and skincare/product knowledge. Thank you Allie and Alani for inspiring me to have fun and enjoy my makeup again!

Women working didn’t seem very friendly but I’ve always have had great service before this. Love my free travel bag that I got for spending over $60!!!

Went in for a product, but it was sadly out of stock. The saleswoman, within 90 seconds, called a nearby store to have them hold my desired item for me (limited edition highlighter. Snowflushed to be specific).I had my kid with me. That kind of promptness and courtesy was VERY appreciated when Im shopping with my 2 year old. Thanks so much!

I made an appointment for Day of the Dead makeup. I was booked with Melissa. I cannot say enough how amazingly professional, creative, and very attentive to the look I wanted. I was blown away with how stunning my makeup looked. I was always hesitant to go and get my makeup done there because I wasn’t sure if someone my age could get away with it. The entire staff that was there today was so extremely kind, professional, and honestly made the entire experience so much fun. For what Melissa did I wish they could accept tips because she certainly outdid herself. Again Melissa thank you so so much!!!! I know where I will be coming again.

I frequent this location often and I always receive great service from all the ladies. My last makeover was for a wedding that I was attending and the gal who did my make-up was phenomenal. She exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great job!

Ive never been a supporter of MAC since theyre not cruelty-free. I was at this spot to find a lipstick to gift to my friend since she loves their brand. I asked the ladies where to find said lipstick and they completely turned me away. Didnt show me where the lipstick was, just waved over to the direction, Its over there somewhere... yeah, very helpful. They even gave me that look like What is she doing here? kind of attitude. OVER THE TOP RUDE. Now this adds to the list of why I dont support MAC. Bratty entitled rude staff.

We made an apt, and as of now we are about 20 minutes behind. As the apt was for a dance, obviously timing is important. The ladies at this location took a walk-in and now are being rude and snappy at us while we sit here waiting. Worst MAC location. Youre better off going anywhere & have someone respect your time.

Basically, the toilet bowl of MAC stores. Being inside of Dillweeds apparently makes them exempt from services/amenities offered at a real, stand-alone store. More do-it-yourself than full-service, as staff wasnt overly helpful or available. And too many products out of stock. Save yourself the aggravation, go to Nordstrom/Chandler or the real MAC store in Scottsdale.

The women are NOT helpful or friendly at all. MAC needs to step it up in Customer Service Trainings! Its customers who pay their salaries, they can at least be nice and smile.

I came to get my makeup done for prom and was blown away! My makeup artist was great and did a beautiful job with my makeup.
