It says they are open. However when you arrive the whole store is shut down. Their signs that say going out of business sale..... But they are definitely out of business theres nothing in there at all. I wish that they would reflect that its actually closed on Google maps. Dont waste your time coming over here
I love this store! Rebecca is amazing! This store is the reason I shop 90% of my clothing used. It is so warm and inviting. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I learn something new about clothing and sustainability every time I go in. I also appreciate that they kept their mask policy in place despite the state requirements or lack of requirements. I know they had to deal with a lot of backlash because of this but they continued to enforce this policy for the safety and health of their staff and customers. I am incredibly grateful!
First time I sold here and I can already tell this will be my go to spot. They were super nice and answered all my questions, I got a very fair offer for the items I was selling and they explained everything very thoroughly for me. Very clean store and great customer service!

I love this store to buy clothing, specifically lightly used Lululemon. The staff are so friendly and down to earth. I have been consigning for about 1/2 a year here and am always pleased with both Becky and Megan. Both so professional and am always happy with the amount given for my clothing. I though was not so happy when finding out they changed their policies on cash or store credit options. They no longer offer a store credit option. I always always chose this option so that I could purchase something for myself and invest back into the business. I hope you can rethink this decision and bring it back.

I love this place! It was my first time coming to this store and it truly was worth my while. They made the selling process easy and it was so fun to shop with my credit. I came in yesterday evening, the staff is very unfriendly. I was the only potential custoner in there and neither of the two girls greeted me or said 1 word the whole time. It was awkward and off-putting, so I left. Never again unless they train their staff in customer service.
Save your self some time and Take your stuff to Namebrand exchange(valvista& southern) they buy every day. I have gone to urban exchange twice and they said there not buying clothes. I got off work early today (Wednesday) just to be told sorry we’re closing early . Not to mention Sunday when I got to this place the girl was late opening. So not only did I wait for them to open I waited just to get told they weren’t buying. Your welcome for the box of stuff I donated today because I’m completely over your buying BS!!

This place is great! Rebecca and the staff are always welcoming. If you have little ones there is a spot where they can color while you shop. There is always a great selection of name brand clothes for men and women. They even have designer handbags! If you’re shopping for a special outfit they will help you put pieces together for a great look at a fraction of the price.
This is the best buyer and reseller of second hand clothes and accessories. They wont buy any worn out or dated stuff which means that the stuff they have for sale is top quality. They pay a fair price but they are definitely picky.Make sure to call ahead and double check the buying counter hours. Its a great place with an excellent staff who focus on customer service.
I have followed Urban Xchange for awhile, I live in MA so never expected to shop there due to them being in AZ. The other day I found a purse I loved and HAD to have (a Betsey Johnson for $16 😱). I instantly sent a message, not even 2 minutes later I recieved a message saying it was pulled from the shelves and was shipped the next day!Becky made sure to message me about any defects on my purse, to make sure we were on the same page, and there was no surprises when I recieved it! The best customer service Ive recieved anywhere! Will be browsing their instagram stories and online shopping there again!
While definitely a great spot. I found four pairs of jeans that cost me $56. These jeans normally cost $49 each. the girls that were working there or fast and helpful with everything that we did

Great customer service ! They went through 3 trash bags and 2 laundry baskets (FULL) in 20-30 minutes on a Friday. They hardly took anything, but I got offered $76 in cash or $115 in store credit. Picked out a t-shirt and some joggers and got those and left with $64. TONS of super cute, brand-name items in there. I had to stop myself as I ran short of time and had to jet to work! Lol one of my new favorite places! Will definitely be returning and recommending to people ! Thanks again for an awesome experience !
I really like this store. They are a little more selective on the items they will take, they always pay more than the other place I go though! I usually get a store credit because I always find great things at this location. I have also been to the California location and once to the Tacoma store... all very nice!

We found this thrift store almost by accident and really liked it. Better selection than Platos and decent prices. I know that reviews for this store have been all over the map but we had a really great experience, we will definitely go back.
They are very fair with their buying process, theres hardly ever a wait and they always give me a fair offer. I usually take the trade offer because I absolutely love this store! I always find so many nice name brand clothes here! I have also purchased an authentic Louis Vuitton from here about a year ago, I got a great deal on that as well!

Brought 3 large bags in to sell, there were lots of other people selling at the same time as me. I was surprised how organized they kept and the girls working there were very efficient, there had to be 3 people ahead of me and I only waited about 15 minutes. They only took my designer jeans and a couple of Michael kors purses, out of all of stuff. They are a bit picky about what they take, but I am more than pleased with what they gave me for my items! I will go there again for sure, maybe do some shopping next visitMy only reason for not giving 5 stars, there were too many people in there at once and kids running around.

I always take my clothes to Urban Xchange to trade, I love the fact that I can buy my clothes and wear them for a few months then take them there and get trade or cash. I usually take trade and buy something there because they really do have a great selection. They are pretty picky about what they take, but as a shopper I appreciate that I’m not digging through racks of old, dirty out of style clothing. They only take the best and that’s what really sets them apart.
Way better than the other exchange stores I have shopped/sold at. Ive been resale shopping for years and this is so far my favorite. Best prices, nicest selection of name brand clothes and purses and they always give me so much more for my trade ins! I live closer to another store but I always go to Urban first.Oh and the girls that work there are always very helpful and friendly, I have seen people be down right mean to these girls and they still remained friendly and nice.* Yes I would recommended this storeVisited again (august) loved it even more!I love supporting locally owned non-franchised businesses!
Great clothes and great selection of name brand clothes, however the lady who went through my clothes with dark hair and Im pretty sure I overheard her say shes the manager was completely rude to not only me but the man who was in front of me. I had LA idols in my bag and a brand new hurley shirt with tags on it and she said they wouldnt take it, then the man behind me asked a simple question of why they wouldnt take a shirt just for future references and she replied with I just dont like the style when she just accepted almost the exact same shirt from a man before him. she is the reason I rarely shop here and also the reason why I gave this store 3 stars.
If i could give no stars i would i drove a long way to sell 3 tubs of clothes i arrive and take items of of car and girl runs out and says were not buying today waste of my time and very rude so they have random days they dont buy or dont feel like going thru clothes cause them not buying certain days isnt posted anywhere

I called the place in advance asking what kind of clothes they took so I wouldnt waste my time but unfortunately I did waste my time. They girl who answered said they were looking for fall clothes that were mall brands and thats what I brought in. I brought in 3 bags full of clothes and they accepted none of them and she once again gave me a list of clothes they were looking for and I had plenty.I noticed that she didnt look through all my clothes. I didnt want to argue so I just took my stuff and sold somewhere else. Not the best customer service but has a good selection but it IS a little over priced for used items.
This place has a lot of hidden treasures. However..I called ahead and spoke to a young girl on the phone asking which brands of clothing they took. After our conversation, I brought over 3 bags of clothing that fit the description on what the girl told me. She took them back and had me wait 30 minutes just to tell me that they were overstocked and couldnt buy anything at the time. What a waste of my valuable time and money. I drove 30 minutes to get there for nothing.
I would not recommend selling name brand clothes here, (you wont get ur moneys worth) brought in lulu lemon and nike with tags last week and was offered terrible amount. Sold online instead and made $110, would avoid and just use OfferUp and Poshmark...

I drive by this store everyday and I finally stopped in to check it out. Wow, they have a huge selection of name brand used clothing. I couldn’t believe how many designer jeans like miss me, rock revival, true religion, etc. they had. I think I spent my whole pay check lol, I will definitely be stopping in there more often!
It was my first time in and I brought some clothes to sell. I’ve worked in the secondhand designer appearal industry, so I’m familiar with how some things work. As I walked in, I do want to mention that it was neat and organized but very little inventory. Some of the other secondhand stores that I’ve been to in the Mesa/Gilbert area have been super clustered and disorganized.Aside from that, I want to talk about my selling experience and their pricing.When I gave the lady my bag of folded clothes she went through it right away which was awesome. But as I was browsing through the store, I noticed she wasn’t even looking at the full on design of my clothing. The clothes were all still folded and she was just looking at the brands. (Keep in mind I only took fairly new clothing in and some were even big brands such as; BKE, Daytrip, Forever 21 etc). She took literally 3 minutes to “look” through my clothes. And when she was done she said that she couldn’t take anything! At first I was a little surprised and I said okay. But then I was starting to wonder why, and as an experienced employee whose worked in this type of industry, it is important to tell your customers why. So I went back and asked her why she couldn’t take anything, and she said that their store is very stocked on the type of brands that I brought in. (Also keep in mind that they literally barely have any inventory as it is). I was very disappointed with my experience. They couldn’t even take 1 nice gently used shirt from my bag, but take a STAINED Victoria secret shirt that they have on their rack priced at $15. Their clothes here are very over priced and if you plan on selling here, only bring in Victoria Secert or Lularoe clothing because it looks like that’s the majority of their store even if it’s over worn or stained.The lady that helped me wasn’t mean in anyway, but I just dislike how limited the inventory is, how over priced they are, and their buying policy.I took my clothes to NameBrand Exchange shortly after and received $45 cash.

Dont bother taking your clothes in for sale, and if you do take in only a few select items because the very inattentive will never look through all of it. Took in three very large boxes and the third was unopened I knew this because it was taped but the girl assured me she looked through everything. unless you have the same style of the person examining your clothes dont bother. As far as pricing, youre better off buying new for $2 more from Dillards or Macys or go to Ross or Tj maxx for the same products at a cheaper price.

I got there literally a minute after they stopped buying and after one lady said they would look at my clothes, another offhandedly said they couldnt. She didnt even look at me and I felt very unwelcome. Not sure if Ill be back anytime soon, and since Ive started to sell my clothes elsewhere. Im extremely disappointed with the staff.

Checked this place out while thirfting around town. Compared to some of the companies similar to this one (buffalo exchange, platos closet, name brand exchange, etc.) I have to say this one is by far the cleanest and most up-to-date on current fashion. Featuring brands like Victoria secret, express, rock rival and miss mes. Clothes all looked to be in great quality and contained alot of accessories as well. My only hang up with this store was the sizes they carry. No plus size anything, and my generic figure (Medium top, and Medium size pants) had nearly half the amount as the smalls. Almost all of there tops were size small or xs. Was a bit bummed because the brands I liked were only carried for smaller sizes. Considering I fall into the average young womens body size Im rather surprised they wouldnt carry more in my size.

Took my clothes in which where im great condition and I first came in to see the rest of the clothes to see if my stuff will make the cut and after looking at a few items I was convinced that if they bought, have what I saw for sale in there theyd for sure take some of my items, well I left my stuff and less than a minute later my name was called, there is NO WAY they went through everything in less than 1 MINUTE, I was dissapointed and needless to say I wont be coming back

They are more concerned with brand names then quality. I brought in a bunch of jeans that had never been worn that they passed on. When I checked out the jeans they were selling, I saw a bunch of Sevens and Miss Mes that had stains on them and frayed bottoms. I would skip this place and try to find a store concerned more with quality.
