On the website it says store opens at 10am, the girl with black and green hair I guess who opens it didnt get here until 10:18 am. Then she left again a couple minutes after, the store is currently locked with the lights off. It is 10:34

The store was super clean, employees wore masks the entire time, super friendly, and ultra helpful, answered all my questions, even researched different styles and checked with other stores to see if they had them in stock.

I stopped on Journeys last night to buy a pair of shoes. The 2 young ladies working were extremely helpful, friendly and eager to help! Being in the customer service industry I appreciate a good sales experience. Thank you ladies for your help! I’ll be back!

Yesterday around 11am my family and I went into Journeys and there was a girl with curly hair and glasses helping my family and I and I must say she did a dang good job. She was very kind to my family and I and she kept a smile which is what I loved! The customer service was amazing! I will be back and so will my family very soon!

This is the only store at this outdoor mall that discriminated against my fiancé and I for our medical condition and our religion, for not being able to wear a face mask. They would not accommodate us or attempt to serve us at all. This is medical and religious discrimination. Keep it up, and you might get sued.

Bought shoes online. This store wouldnt return them because I wore them. All I did was walk around in them for 5 minutes to try them out (like anyone would). The lady that helped me just wanted to say no to customer. This will be my one and only purchase with journeys.

Went into the store today and two guys and a girl were working and they completely ignored my father and I. We tried asking for help and they point blank looked at my dad and turned to another customer that was already being helped. Another man was in there as well and tried asking for help and was ignored. I will never be shopping here again!

They can return a journeys kids shoe cuz they claim its a different store!!! They send me all the way to Superstion springs mall to return. Never coming back here again!!!
