Nice service, nice clothes but pricey

The best services Ive encountered in a while from a clothing store. All of the employees are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. This shirt and denim are from Banana Republic.

I work at a Banana Republic, and I can assure you that this store has exemplary customer service, the store always looks perfect and the selection is much better than the smaller (but still good!) bridgeport store.

I come here a few times a year and just spend a lot of money and buy a big pile of clothes to wear it work. Versatile, easy to take care of, and always look good. They typically have really good sales here and I can always get my moneys worth. A lot of people might think banana Republics kind of expensive, but if you consider what youre getting for your money, its actually really worth it. I love the clothes here and I love shopping here.

Very few mens shirts or pants on display, catering mostly to women and children.

Really great collection of womens and mens clothes. Just enough to get what you need and not be overwhelmed with choice. Its a little on the pricey end. Usually start will the sales rack ;)

Typically the staff here are great, but one rep in particular really soured my experience on this day.I came in for one specific thing, I knew exactly what it was and how to find it, and I did not want or need her help. But she was in my face from the moment I walked in, stood in between me and the thing I was trying to look at to ramble about specials, and when I told her directly Im good, I dont need help, she asked me my name, started talking to me about her kids and insisted I shake her hand - again, while standing in between me and the thing I was just looking at.Shopping is bad enough without reps who not only wont take a hint, but continue to harass you even after youve very politely told them that you dont need their help. That, coupled with the fact that the thing I drove out here for that the Bridgeport store told me was here wasnt actually here, has me thinking its time to spend my money elsewhere.

The BEST customer service.My husband and I went into the Banana Republic in Tanasbourne and were ready to leave in a short period of time. Then we were engaged by multiple helpful, friendly associates who asked us what we were looking for, styles we liked, and then they got a dressing room together for me. Emma was great! She would check in frequently, answered a ton of questions and gave really helpful suggestions.Banana Republic isnt somewhere I would normally shop, but their excellent customer service really did make the difference. Thanks to Sam and a big thanks to Emma.

The Best Customer Service! Exceedingly helpful and friendly. They make shopping a pleasure. If you have every shopped at the downtown location, they are like the opposite of that snotty store.

This banana republic isnt the nicest I have seen, but I didnt have any bad customer service experiences here. The location is convenient in this mall, so just hit it up while you are here.
