Got there before my appointment, went across the street to Wendy’s to grab something to eat, went straight back and he had my phone ready for me!

Helpful to a extent. Went to Superstition store and was told they couldn’t fix the screen of a iPad due to the frame being bent. I nearly pushed on it and it was straight but said they still wouldn’t be able to fix it until 3-4 days for parts to come in. So we called another store in south Gilbert. I know he was reluctant on sending me there but I chose to go anyway. I show up and right away he goes straight to the issue the other guy had said I had. Superstition had called and told him I bent it back and they couldn’t help me. Now I’m at ubreakifix store. It’s fixed!!!! To the sales rep who turned me away at the Gilbert store.....you lost business due to not trying. Effort is what I expect when something costs 250 to fix.

I had a car key that needed to be cut and went to two other locations today. One tried and couldnt get it right, the next said his machine acts funny when it gets updates. This store was by far the most professional and confident and got it done the first time!

I needed new batteries for my car key fobs. I got both replaced in less the 5 mins!! Plus a lifetime warranty. I will definitely go back for any battery needs

Ordering online is very convenient, and sometimes can get you a discount. I was replacing an assembly with new component batteries, and the guy behind the counter was very helpful in getting that done. He didnt have to help me take it apart and put the new batteries in it but he did anyway. Thats good customer service. The store carries comparable quality batteries to anywhere else. And not having to pay shipping for something as heavy as a lead-acid battery makes in-store pick-up a great option.

Always have want I need and the Service is very good. Today I purchased on-line and picked up at the store, which provided me with a 10% discount! I am military so my have gotten the discount at the store in person; however, the on-line purchase was good, as I know the product was in stock!

Highly recommend!! I dont give out 5 stars usually but I think they deserve it as their customer service was excellent on the two occasions Ive been there. I originally needed a battery for my camera. They helped me right away and got me out the door. Several months later, I was no longer able to charge the battery so I returned. Within my 5 minute visit, he tested the battery, found no charge, and did a warranty replacement just in case. In and out. They not only sell batteries and bulbs, but some other things like flashlights and key fobs. Definitely check them out next time you need a battery or bulb and see all the things they offer!

Amazing experience getting a new key/fob for my vehicle. Ordered online. Store called me when it was available (quicker than expected). 15 minutes for them to cut the new key and program the fob.Any WAY cheaper than the dealer.

Very helpful in replacing an I phone screen but a week later with a temperate glass screen protector in place phone screen has cracked. Phone was NOT dropped to create this crack, it developed on its own. Shop not helpful when reporting this glass replacement defect.More than likely not asking repairs to be done at this store again.

Ordered a motorcycle battery online, about 30 minutes later, received an email that it was ready for pick-up. Got to the store and the 2 guys working there were really nice and polite and had the battery ready for me right at the register. No wait. No hassle. Great experience!

We went in to get batteries in 2 car fobs. The staff was very friendly and super fast. The price wasnt too bad and we fell it is justified with how great and quick the customer service was.

I had a great experience here. My S7 has a non removable battery and it was just done. I thought Id have to buy a new phone, but I found out that it could be replaced here. So, instead of getting a $500+ phone (which I really did not want to do), for $60 I got a brand new battery! And it only took one hour! Amazing! Thanks, guys!

This company is a joke!! My Ram pick up would not start and my battery was still under warranty. I called them and they told me not to even bother bringing it in unless the battery was fully charged. I put it on my charger and left it on over night and it showed fully charged the next day.I then drove my truck there for it to be tested. They said my battery was fine and that it had to be an issue with my truck. I then booked an appointment with the Dodge dealer in the area who said I had to leave my vehicle there over night. at the end of the next day they said the truck checked out fine and that the problem was in fact the battery. I learned later that Batteries Plus Bulbs was not even checking the battery correctly. Since it was still under warranty I took my paperwork with test results for the battery back to Batteries Plus and this time they checked with a different machine and agreed this time that it was in fact defective. They replaced the battery which they should have done on my first visit. But now I had a $200+ bill for diagnostics at the Dodge dealer and they were unwilling to help me with that expense. I even suggested upgrading me to a better battery to help offset my expenses and they laughed at me.My best advice is to buy your batteries at Costco or Sams club or anywhere besides these guys.

Arranged to purchase a battery on line that said battery was in stock and available for local pickup. Then got a call saying it was NOT in stock at that store and I had to go to another location. System needs to work better than that!

I ordered a new car battery on-line. I received an email less than an hour later, notifying me that it was ready. I drove to the store, picked it up with no wait and returned home. It was about as easy as it can get.

Went to the location on Val Vista and Elliot and was referred to San Tan location, as they had the battery I needed in Stock..... Went home, called San Tan and Dustin confirmed they had the battery I needed. When I showed up, was greeted immediately and Dustin remembered I had called. He explained I needed to turn in the old battery to get the core credit, but I didnt have the tools. So he helped me take out and install the new battery. Phenomenal customer service... Will go back again and refer those I know to this location as well.

My battery that I bought from Batteries Plus 20 months ago was dead. Batteries plus gave me a new one after finding it was under warranty for no charge. In and out of the store in 15 minutes with no hassles. It worked the way they told me it would.

Staff was helpful, and I got what I wanted, but pickup experience was odd. When I receive an email saying your order is ready for pickup, I expect it IS ready for pickup. I went to the store today, asked for my order, and the guy had to look up the order and find the products on the shelves. Seems odd to me.

Checked on line and found an AGM to replace the flooded acid battery just by entering the flooded number. Purchased on line and got the discount. Picked the battery next day. In and out of the store in about 5 minutes. EASY!

I placed an order online for three batteries that came to a bit over $350.00, I got an email that my order was ready for pickup. I drove to the store and walked in. The clerk at that time said Let me see what you ordered, only to find that they only had 2 in the store. They said I could drive to one of two different stores that were about 10 miles away to get the last battery.WOW, it gets even better!!! The first store sent me to another store because they had the 3 batteries I needed. When I got there, they only had ONE. That guy called other stores that the computer showed to have what I needed. Strike 2, Strike 3 and Strike 4. He came out of the back room and said he ordered them and they will be here on Thursday.Now I have almost 2 hours of my time and 20 extra miles on my truck, WASTED!!! If I wanted them on Thursday I would have ordered them on AMAZON!!

I got on the net and ordered them to this office. i then got a call telling me that they had one of them but not the other two.However another store had the two that they did not have. I went to the 1st store, they were very nice, got my one battery, then proceded to to the 2nd store for the others. when i got there i was informed he was given the wrong number but had the ones i wanted. i bought them, he came out and put them in the bed of my truck, all was well.They were a bit confused but everything came out ok, they were very nice and helpful, and I am happy. Needed 6 new golf cart batteries, ordered online with discount and picked up same day and I brought my old cores. The only part of the process that seems to be not customer friendly is that I have to wait days to get my core deposit back. I dont see why I should pay up front for core deposit when I bringing the cores with me when picking up the new batteries. If I show up without the cores, then adjust the order and charge me.
