Staff is really busy and it’s pretty clean, but it’s really annoying dropping your car off a day early so you don’t have to wait, then proceed to come back the next day, not only is it not ready but I watch the lady go out and tell them I was here and they haven’t even starting working on my truck. I’ve been here almost two hours already and my truck is still lifted in the air getting worked out. I’m insanely upset. If I would have known they didn’t even start working on it I would have took my truck and left. Now I’m late and there’s nothing I can do but sit here beside pout. Maybe 2 stars is to high..... if I’m here much longer I’m writing another reviewUpdate they admitted the mistake which highly impressed me. They also discounted the price do to the long wait. So at least they own their mistakes and I give an extra star for that
2 Hours from start to finish on a oil change. When i recieved my vehicle back. I found trash in my car. A service worker left a half empty water bottle and recees cup chocolate wrappers in my 3 month owned new vehicle. I contacted the service manager and never recieved a call back. Absolutely no accountability. No respect for someone elses property. Theres a covid19 outbreak and this worker is Violating health regulations by this type of action. Sales department was awesome!!! Service department has much needed room for improvement.

I don’t know what the two star review is for but this is a good dealer in my opinion. I have taken my Chevy Cruze here since I moved to Gilbert 2 years ago and have always felt like I was taken care of. The service team is very good! As soon as you pull up there is someone there to greet you and ask what needs to be fixed and I have never have an issue getting a loaner car. It’s simple I just drop at off and go, or if I have time I don’t mind sticking around as they have free coffee and donuts. I’ve had to take my car in multiple times and never left feeling like I had been taken advantage of. They make it easy and I don’t have that same sense of dread if something goes wrong with my car bc I know I have a trusted dealer who can take care of the issue. I’ve had bad experiences with dealers and have to say this is the best dealership service department I’ve dealt with. Would recommend. Extended warranty helps too.
Had scheduled appointment a week prior for steps to be put on my new 2500 part of the purchase of the truck. After reaching my 3rd hour in the waiting area I asked the gentleman I dropped my truck off with how the step install was going. I got a blank look, obviously he did not remember me from 3 hours ago. He told me he would send over my service advisor. She came over and told me they had to get the steps from somewhere else. (made this appointment a week ago) And there was confusion with the sales department. Very surprised I had to ask after 3 hours to find this out. And I told them I was waiting from the get go. Very disappointed. Steps came in damaged. Now in loaner car, and get to come back sometime later to get my truck. Autonation Chevy Gilbert really screwed the pooch.
