Customer service was excellent at Victra!Malik was very friendly and helpful when I purchased my new phone. He and his co-worker were busy, and interacted with the customers with professionalism.

My husband and I went here to register our new 2021 iPads. Yet every time after our visit when we went into our account it showed our iPads were unregistered. In addition, we were unable to obtain the $200 gift card associated with the purchase and registration of our new iPads because, despite several trips to this store, we could NOT get the problem fixed! It was such a mess that when we called Verizon the individual on the phone could not just enter our device ID numbers and get our devices to connect. What a mess the store made! Ultimately we were sent to the technical department. The tech was able to get us connected. I find it obnoxious that we came into this store to simply connect our new iPads. Instead we had a several week maze to unlock a problem that should have been done correctly to begin with. Don’t go here!

Manager JT did a wonderful job helping me. He was able to multitask and help multiple people at once. A true problem solver with a great personality. Victra is lucky to have such a great manager

Heather K was so helpful and kind. She helped me get a new phone about a month ago. Have had bad experiences at other verizon stores, so we came back to her when my husband needed a phone. Couldnt be happier with the service she gave us.

Wow is all I can say- not sure how this place has a business with such horrid customer service. I went in for help with set up of a new phone after trying unsuccessfully to do so on my own. The lady working there essentially refused to help & without even asking the issues I was having directed me to apple. After asking very plainly could she not just assist in set-up & her very clearly not wanting to do so even when I agreed to be charged, I left offering my business to another location.Update: I went to the Verizon location near White Station & Poplar & was immediately welcomed & assisted. Within minutes I had an activated phone & was not charged for the service.

Malik at this location was awesome! His customer service was exceptional!! As a new customer, I needed assistance with finding a case and other accessories and he patiently assisted me. Thank you Verizon for hiring such a great employee! He was very knowledgeable on how my plan worked and walked me through the details.

I had best customer service experience here. Heather, a manager filling in from out of town, was very friendly and helpful. A previous employee didn’t do an order quite right but Heather made sure to get it straightened out and get me on my way with my new phone😊

I’d been having problems for over a week dealing with Verizon on the phone. In a matter of minutes all of my problems were addressed and dealt with once I visited the Germantown Verizon store. Michael assessed the problem once I explained it and then proceeded to turn a bad experience into a win. Kudos to Michael at the Germantown location!
