This is the best place you can go to for your repair needs. Was looking after my door got hit. Looked up best repair shops and they came up. I looked at reviews and canceled where I was going after speaking with caliber. Very professional, friendly, keeps you up to date with what’s going on. Explains anything and everything you need to know. They even cleaned the car inside and out. And give you a life time warranty. If I could give a 10stars I would give a 15 stars. Due to an accident, I chose Caliber to do the repair work on my car. The staff was friendly and informative. I was not left wondering what the next steps were. My rental car representative met me at the shop the day I dropped the car off. (did not have to walk down the street to get it) Andy kept me well informed about the status of repairs on my car while it was there. The staff did a great job on the repairs and detailing the car afterward, it looks brand new...even on the interior. The inside was cleaned and vacuumed, and smelled brand new too. Got estimate on my car bumper, it was maybe a $800 job and they gave me an estimate of 3500. All I wanted was the bumper fixed but they didnt listen to me and they just saw dollar signs I was clearly disappointed with them

Took my truck there to take care of a scratch down the side. They got me in quicker than I would have thought and I was out the door just as quickly. Feels good to have it looking like new again. They did beautiful work fixing the back bumper on my Sequoia!! In addition they not only washed the outside of the car but wiped up and vacuumed out the inside of the car. And after a long Wisconsin winter hauling 3 kids around, that was greatly appreciated!! They told us the work would be done in 5 days but had it done by the end of day 3! Overall, they were a pleasure to do business with!!

Worst repair experience in my life. Got an estimate for repair after being rear ended and setup an appointment. While waiting for repair date (during a salty winter) a fine line of rust started developing from cracked paint. Notified shop as rust wasnt present at estimate and they said they would address. Car was repaired and told everything was fixed. Had to return to shop as bumper was not installed properly and hitting on tailgate. Tape job was not clean and had bleeding; flashing from seam was not sanded down. About three weeks after repair noticed rust in repair area. Called shop and Andy immediately said they were not covering it, claimed it was another accident. They could not explain how the rust showed up after the accident but he insisted it was caused from something else. Took to second repair shop for additional estimate and they were shocked it was not being covered. Spent the next two months arguing with the insurance and shop, eventually they split the cost. Insurance said they would have easily covered additional repairs if the shop would amend the quote, cannot figure out why they were so against correcting what they missed.

I unfortunately needed to bring my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Germantown twice over the past few months, for separate accidents. Their staff is professional, efficient, good communicators, and they do excellent work. Hopefully I never have the need to take mycar in for repairs agaon...but if I do this is whereI will take it.

No one ever wants to have an accident but the team at Goffs made the experience far less painful. Customer Service was absolutely excellent. I was able to set up an estimate appointment and bring our car in within 20 minutes of our request. Andy was very professional and helpful as he talked me through what repairs were needed, how it would be done and what it would take to get the necessary parts in, what I needed to do to ensure my insurance company had authorization ready on their end to accept the estimate, etc. Andy also made sure that if needed, we would have had a rental vehicle. Throughout the repair process, I was provided frequent updates and I knew exactly where our car was in the repair process. The car was also done a week and a half AHEAD of schedule! Very impressed with their speed, communication, and the excellence of their work; our car looks like brand new! Everyone I encountered at Goffs was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. My friend doesnt have a computer, so I am doing this review regarding what she told me. She had a new back fender put on, and the work was done quick and expertly done. She then noticed that a minor problem had also been fixed. AND, to complete this, her car had been thoroughly cleaned and washed!! She was treated with respect. If she could, shed give Goffs (Caliper) another extra 5 stars!!!

They did a great job on my wifes 2020 jeep, an Amazon truck not watching where she was going side swiped the jeep and ripped off the fender, bent the bumper, and ripped off the blinker, they said it would take about week to finish but were done in 3 days, great job, and thank you.

2011 Grand Caravan: From their website I scheduled a date and time to bring my vehicle in for an estimate and everything went as smooth and silk!When I arrived everyone was very friendly, they went over all the details with what needed to be done to my van. Their estimate was even a little less than the other auto-body quotes I received.The office atmosphere felt pleasant and relaxing (Very clean and friendly)!They did a fantastic job of repairing my van and actually finished the repair sooner than expected.I really liked how well my van was cleaned and polished when I picked it up. It had been completely vacuumed, the interior was wiped down. The outside of the van was washed and polished (even the rims were clean), it looked new again.Phenomenal customer service from start to finish! Brought my car in when it was still Goffs and they were great. Ive since had to go back 4 times for various things that I found wrong or missing, the latest being that my trunk was leaking. They found the leak and hopefully fixed it as it was cold out when I picked it up and have been out of town without it for the last week. Always very friendly and stress free dealing with the staff.Side note.... When I picked up my car after them fixing the leak in my trunk I noticed my right rear turn signal was out (blinker on the dash was blinking fast) bought a new bulb...same thing. They forgot to hook up the right rear light cluster. Easily missed and easily fixed by me.

Andy and Jenny were amazing with informing me of everything going on and letting me know every few days how far along they were with my vehicle and of course I can not forget the guys in the back who made it all happen. You all are very talented and did a great job thank you! What really topped off my great experience with Goffs was the complementary interior wipe down, vacuum and car wash (I have 2 small children who destroyed my back seats over the winter and they are messy marvins with their snacks so this truly meant the world to me and made my day so I didnt have to do it once it got warm out again).

Goffs was great. Got truck in for estimate very fast, and had the repairs done the next week. Truck was done 2 days early. They worked with our insurance, and there was no issues. Very good service!

Had a rock from a lawnmower strike my car door making a nasty deep paint scratch and small dent . I met with Andy who was very knowledgeable and professional . Goff’s shop was clean and could tell run like a well oiled machine . Where the 3 star review comes from Is the estimate . They quoted me at 1500$ for the repair . In the back of my mind I’m thinking 600 to 700$ tops. I take the car to Maaco where a friend on mine works. Looks at the damage for about 10 seconds and says 500$ not a penny more. Estimate was 500$. Look Goff’s seemed like a legit operation but I lose all respect for companies that charge solely based on their reputation and throw out bogus quotes thinking people will just pay them . I just can’t justify coming back here

Phenomenal repair & customer service from start to finish! Jenni (at the front desk) and Andy (the estimator) were both genuinely friendly, thorough, and great communicators. Loved that I could receive my choice of update (daily, mid-week, etc.) through phone call/voicemail regarding my vehicle--so I never had to sit there wondering or make a call myself. Reports were clean and easy to understand, and explained well in personEven the indoor office here felt calming and organized! Not to mention that my car looked practically brand new after their exterior/interior cleaning, and they have a lifetime limited warranty on their repairs. Goffs in Germantown is an all-around personable and professional repair service that I recommend to anyone (and will be revisiting myself again as needed)!

Jenni was super super friendly and helpful and made sure that my short wait for the estimator was comfortable, offering refreshments if I wished. My wait was about 3 minutes, awesome!!!! Andy B greeted me with a smile and we walked out to look at my car. He gave me his honest advice and answered all of my questions and made sure that my concerns were all addressed. He was not the typical pushy salesguy type which was very cool. He told me what my options were, and I left happy, which is usually unheard of when you visit a body shop. Highly Recommended! - They repaired my truck a couple of years ago and did a great job. I will be taking in my new truck for some repair work and expect that they will continue to do great work. They were quick and professional the first time I saw them after a hit and run driver wrecked the driver side of a 2012 Jeep.

They are very professional with their work and very precise with the timeframes for the work, I like the work they perform in my car. I will recommend them with out question.

Extremely pleased with this place! First of all, they told my my vehicle would not be ready until the 13th..which I was fine with because there was pretty extensive damage. They called yesterday (the 4th) and said it was already done. So I went to pick it up and the interior of my car was spotless (I should mention that I have 2 toddlers who often have snacks on the road, my car was full of crumbs and it was a sticky mess) I was so happy and HIGHLY recommend Goffs to anyone who needs body work.

My truck got rear-ended and the took care of it. I got it back a few days later in better-than-new condition and the inside was cleaner than its ever been!

I brought my BMW into Goffs for front end body work from an accident in a parking lot at work. I have to say I am very impressed with the service and quality at Goffs in Germantown. I am very particular when it comes to quality and value and I am very happy with the outcome and service I received from Andy. Their estimate was by far the best compared to Concours and Prestige.
